A full-automatic pipe bending machine comprises a pipe input transmission unit 1, a pipe clamping unit 3, a bending unit 2 and a finished product taking-out unit 4.
The pipe fitting input transfer unit comprises a material taking cylinder 1-5 and a pushing rodless cylinder 1-3, two guide rails 1-6 are fixedly arranged on the top surface of a frame 1-7 at parallel intervals, a support plate is slidably arranged between the two guide rails, the rear end of the support plate is connected with the material taking cylinder, the material taking cylinder pushes the support plate to slide back and forth, the pushing rodless cylinder is fixedly arranged on the support plate, a material stirring plate 1-4 is fixedly arranged on a sliding block of the pushing rodless cylinder, a plurality of straight pipe support frames 1-1 are fixedly arranged on the support plate at uniform intervals on the front side of the pushing rodless cylinder, straight pipes 1-2 are placed on the straight pipe support frames, the pushing rodless cylinder drives the material stirring plate to slide, and the material stirring plate pushes the pipe fitting into the bending unit.
After the pipe fitting enters the bending unit, the front side of the pipe fitting is clamped by the pipe fitting clamping unit, and the pipe fitting clamping unit comprises a top plate and a top plate driving cylinder. The top plate props against the middle part of the pipe fitting to enable the pipe fitting to be motionless, and then the bending unit bends the front end and the rear end of the pipe fitting.

The pipe fitting 2-4 is horizontally fed into the bending unit, a shaping mould is fixedly arranged on a frame above the middle part of the pipe fitting, the front end of the pipe fitting is opposite to a front end traction core of the pipe fitting, and the front end traction core of the pipe fitting is driven by a front end core driving cylinder 2-1 to be inserted into a front end hole of the pipe fitting. The traction core at the front end of the pipe fitting and the driving cylinder thereof are fixedly arranged on a supporting plate 2-3, the supporting plate is connected with a core rotating unit at the front end of the pipe fitting through a rotating shaft, and the core rotating unit at the front end of the pipe fitting is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the pipe fitting. After the pipe fitting front end traction core is inserted into the pipe fitting front end, the pipe fitting front end core rotating unit drives the pipe fitting front end traction core to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, meanwhile, the pipe fitting front portion rotates 90 degrees around the shaping die, the first bending action of the front end is completed, then the pipe fitting front end traction core is slightly withdrawn from the pipe fitting for a certain distance and still inserted into the pipe fitting, the pipe fitting front end traction core continues to rotate for a certain degree, meanwhile, the pipe fitting front portion rotates for a certain angle around the molded surface of the shaping die, the second bending action is completed, and the pipe fitting front end traction core is withdrawn from the pipe fitting. And a pipe fitting rear end bending unit is obliquely arranged below the rear end of the pipe fitting, and comprises a pipe fitting clamp 2-11 and a driving cylinder 2-12 thereof, wherein the pipe fitting clamp clamps the rear end of the pipe fitting, and the driving cylinder pushes the pipe fitting clamp to the arc-shaped surface of the shaping mould to realize first-step bending. And a pipe fitting rear end traction core and driving cylinders 2-7 thereof are arranged above the rear end of the pipe fitting, the pipe fitting rear end traction core is vertically downward, the pipe fitting rear end traction core and the driving cylinders thereof are fixedly arranged on a supporting frame, the supporting frame is connected with a pipe fitting rear end core rotating unit through a shaft, and the pipe fitting rear end core rotating unit controls the pipe fitting rear end traction core and the driving cylinders thereof to rotate clockwise. When the pipe orifice at the rear end of the pipe fitting is bent upwards in the first step, the traction core at the rear end of the pipe fitting is inserted into the pipe orifice at the rear end of the pipe fitting. Meanwhile, the pipe fitting rear end core rotating unit controls the pipe fitting rear end traction core to rotate clockwise by a certain angle, and the second bending action is completed. The pipe fitting clamping unit loosens the pipe fitting, the pipe fitting falls into the pipe groove below, and the pipe fitting which is bent is sent to the next process through the finished product taking-out unit.
The front end core rotating unit and the rear end core rotating unit of the pipe fitting are identical in structure and opposite in placement position. The structure comprises a rack 2-16, a rack lifting driving cylinder 2-17 and a gear 2-14, wherein the rack is vertically arranged between a front supporting plate 2-13 and a rear supporting plate, one end of the rack is connected with the rack lifting driving cylinder, the rack is meshed with the gear, the gear is connected with a rotating shaft 2-15, and the rotating shaft penetrates out of the front supporting plate and is connected with a supporting plate of a traction core at the front end or the rear end of a corresponding pipe fitting. In order to limit the up-and-down moving distance of the rack, a rack limiting mechanism 2-5 is arranged at the tail section of the rack, and the rack limiting mechanism is a lifting mechanism regulated by a screw rod.
In order to limit the front end placing position of the pipe fitting, a feeding position positioning cylinder and a positioning baffle plate driven by the positioning cylinder are fixedly arranged on one side of the frame, which is close to the front end of the pipe fitting, and the positioning baffle plate limits the feeding position of the front end of the pipe fitting.
The finished product taking-out unit comprises a receiving groove 4-1, a feeding plate 4-2 and a receiving hopper 4-4, wherein the receiving groove is fixedly arranged below a shaping mould of the bending unit, a pipe clamping unit releases a folded pipe 4-5, the folded pipe falls into the receiving groove, a feeding plate is arranged on the side wall of the receiving groove and is connected with a spring mechanism, when the folded pipe falls into the receiving groove, the feeding plate is pressed and is retracted first and then bounces back to the original position, the feeding plate is arranged on a guide rail of a rodless cylinder 4-3, the feeding plate moves out of the receiving groove to the receiving hopper with the folded pipe, the receiving hopper is arranged on a sliding block of a translation mechanism 4-6, and the folded pipe leaves the full-automatic pipe bending machine after being received, and is sent to the next procedure.
