Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
Referring to fig. 1, a positioning device comprises a first line or rope 10a passing through a first reference point 20a, a second line or rope 10b passing through a second reference point 20b, a tensioning unit 30, a measuring unit 40 and a processing unit 50, wherein the overhanging ends of the first line or rope 10a and the second line or rope 10b are connected with a unit to be positioned. One side of the straight line passing through the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b forms a region to be positioned, that is, the region to be positioned is on one side of the straight line, so that the distances L1 and L2 between any point of the region to be positioned and the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b correspond to a unique point, and the region on the right side of the dotted line in fig. 1 forms the region to be positioned. The tensioning unit 30 is used for keeping the first string or rope 10a extending from the first reference point 20a and the second string or rope 10b extending from the second reference point 20b in a stretched state, the measuring unit 40 is used for measuring the length L1 of the first string or rope 10a extending from the first reference point 20a and the length L2 of the second string or rope 10b extending from the second reference point 20b, and the measured lengths are only the linear lengths when the first string or rope 10a and the second string or rope 10b are stretched by the tensioning unit 30, so that subsequent position calculation can be conveniently carried out. And the processing unit receives the lengths L1 and L2 and calculates to obtain the position of the position to be positioned in the area to be positioned. By selecting the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b of the fixed position, and then measuring the extension lengths L1 and L2 of the first string or rope 10a and the second string or rope, the length L1 here is also the distance between the position to be positioned and the first reference point 20a, and the length L2 is also the distance between the position to be positioned and the second reference point 20 b.
Referring to fig. 2, the positioning plate 60 includes a square positioning plate 60, a protruding strip 61 is disposed on a plate surface of the positioning plate 60, the protruding strip 61 is disposed adjacent to one side of the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, a step is formed between the protruding strip 61 and the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, two through holes are spaced on the step to form the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b, and the positioning plate 60 is hollow for accommodating the tensioning unit 30, the measuring unit 40 and the processing unit 50. After the positioning plate is arranged in this way, the plate surface of the positioning plate 60 without the convex strip 61 forms the area to be positioned; two through holes are formed in the step formed by the positioning plate 60 and the convex strip 61, the positions of the two through holes are fixed, so that a first reference point 20a and a second reference point 20b are formed, the first line or rope 10a extends out of the first reference point 20a, the second line or rope 10b extends out of the second reference point 20b, and overhanging ends of the two lines or ropes are connected with the unit to be positioned, so that when the unit to be positioned moves on the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, the extending lengths of the first line or rope 10a and the second line or rope 10b are driven to change, and the extending lengths are processed by the processing unit 50, so that the position information of the unit to be positioned on the positioning plate 60 can be obtained.
Generally, two reference points and two wires or ropes are arranged to realize the positioning of a position to be positioned, and in order to ensure the positioning accuracy, the invention further comprises the following steps: the positioning device comprises a third line or rope 10c passing through a third reference point 20c, wherein the overhanging end of the third line or rope 10c is connected with a unit to be positioned, and the third reference point 20c is not collinear with the other two reference points. The area enclosed by the rectangle with four sides passing through the three reference points forms an area to be positioned, and the statement can also be understood as follows: a rectangle is fitted through the first reference point 20a, the second reference point 20b and the third reference point 20c, and the rectangle forms an area to be located, and mathematically, any number of rectangles can be drawn through the three non-collinear three points, and only one rectangle needs to be selected, for example, the dashed square in fig. 3 is an optionally selected area to be located. The tensioning unit 30 is used for keeping a third wire or rope 10c extending from the third reference point 20c in a stretched state, the measuring unit 40 is used for measuring a length L3 of the third wire or rope 10c extending from the third reference point 20c, the processing unit 50 corrects the position of the unit to be positioned in the area to be positioned according to the length L3, since the position of the unit to be positioned can be calculated through the lengths L1 and L2, the distance between the calculated position and the third reference point 20c is not necessarily exactly equal to the length L3, and the calculated position coordinate can be finely adjusted at this time, so that the distance between the calculated position and the third reference point 20c is equal to L3.
Fig. 4 is an instantiation structure of fig. 3, including a square positioning plate 60, a protrusion 61 of an L shape is provided on the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, the long side of the protrusion 61 is parallel and adjacent to the long side of the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, the short side of the protrusion 61 is parallel and adjacent to the wide side of the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, a step is formed between the protrusion 61 and the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, two through holes are provided at intervals on the step at the long side of the protrusion 61 to form the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b, a through hole is provided on the step at the short side of the protrusion 61 to form the third reference point 20c, and the positioning plate 60 is hollow to accommodate the tensioning unit 30, the measuring unit 40 and the. After the positioning plate is arranged in this way, the plate surface of the positioning plate 60 without the convex strip 61 forms the area to be positioned; the first line or rope 10a extends from the first reference point 20a, the second line or rope 10b extends from the second reference point 20b, the third line or rope 10c extends from the third reference point 20c, and overhanging ends of the three lines or ropes are all connected with the unit to be positioned, so that when the unit to be positioned moves on the plate surface of the positioning plate 60, the extending lengths of the first line or rope 10a, the second line or rope 10b and the third line or rope 10c are driven to change, the extending lengths are processed by the processing unit 50, and the position information of the unit to be positioned on the positioning plate 60 can be obtained, and the device is very convenient to detect.
The position information of the unit to be positioned can be acquired through the structure, so that the motion trail of the unit to be positioned can be acquired only by continuously detecting the position information of the unit to be positioned, and therefore, the handwriting of a pen can be recorded by using the positioning device. In this embodiment, specifically, the position-to-be-positioned unit is a pen 70 capable of writing or performing analog writing, the pen capable of performing writing is a common gel ink pen, a pencil, or the like capable of writing a writing on paper, and the pen capable of performing analog writing is a pen having a pen shape but not capable of writing a writing, for example, a common capacitive pen may be considered as a pen capable of performing analog writing; the overhanging ends of the first line or rope 10a and the second line or rope 10b are connected with the pen points of the pen 70, and writing paper or a display screen placed on the board surface of the positioning board 60 forms the area to be positioned; during normal writing, the pen 70 is not continuous when moving on the positioning plate 60, and includes two states: one is that the pen 70 writes on the positioning plate 60; secondly, the pen 70 is separated from the positioning plate 60 to move the position of the pen point. If the position of the pen point of the pen 70 is always detected, the pen point of the pen 70 at many positions is not written and is invalid position information, so the present embodiment further includes a pressure detection unit 80 for detecting whether the pen point is writing, if the pressure detection unit 80 detects that the pen point is writing, the position information at this time is valid, and if the pressure detection unit 80 detects that the pen point is not writing and the pen point is moving away from the positioning plate 60, the position information at this time is invalid. The processing unit 50 only needs to convert the position information of the pen point during writing into electronic handwriting.
The invention provides a handwriting processing method based on pen point position, which does not need excessive calculation and has very high processing speed, and comprises the following steps: (S1) initializing the size and color of the electronic paper and the handwriting, wherein the color of the electronic paper is different from that of the handwriting, so that the electronic paper and the handwriting can be obviously distinguished, and a user can conveniently check the electronic paper and the handwriting; generally, the color of the electronic paper is mostly white or kraft paper, and the handwriting is mostly black, red or blue; the thickness of the handwriting is d, and the handwriting detection period is T; (S2) every time the time T elapses, the processing unit 50 receives the output information of the pressure detecting unit 80 and the measuring unit 40 and performs the following steps; (S3) the processing unit 50 judges whether the pen tip is writing according to the pressure detecting unit 80, if the pen tip is writing, executes the next step, otherwise returns to step S2; (S4) the processing unit 50 converts the distance information output from the measuring unit 40 into coordinates (x, y); (S5) the processing unit 50 draws the circular selection area with the coordinates (x, y) as the center of circle and the size d as the diameter, modifies the color of all the pixels in the circular selection area to the color of the handwriting, and returns to step S2. FIG. 5 is the handwriting drawn by the above steps, and for convenience of viewing, the color in the circular selection area in FIG. 5 is not modified to be the handwriting color, and through the above steps, the position information is not required to be curve-fitted to form the track, so that the complicated operation is not required; the area beside the position (x, y) is simply dyed, and finally continuous handwriting is formed through continuous dyeing, although the handwriting obtained by the scheme is not smooth enough, the handwriting can be used sufficiently.
When the position of the pen 70 in the area to be positioned is obtained, the actual relative position of the pen tip of the pen 70 with respect to the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b is obtained, and when the position of the writing paper or the display screen placed on the positioning board 60 changes, the relative position of the pen tip on the writing paper or the display screen has changed even though the position of the pen tip has not changed. In order to avoid the occurrence of such errors, the step S1 further includes a coordinate calibration step: (S11) setting a reference origin on the writing paper or the display screen; (S12) moving the pen tip to the reference origin position, the processing unit 50 converting the distance information output from the measuring unit 40 into reference coordinates (x0, y 0); in step S5, the processing unit 50 draws a circle with the coordinates (x-x0, y-y0) as the center. Therefore, the accuracy of handwriting can be ensured when the paper is replaced or the calibration is carried out at intervals. The reference origin is arbitrarily selected, as long as the position of the reference origin is ensured to be on the paper surface of the writing paper or in the screen area of the display screen; the reference origin is the new coordinate system origin, the coordinates (x-x0, y-y0) are the coordinate values in the new coordinate system, the coordinates are relative coordinates, namely the coordinates relative to the reference origin, after the reference origin is calibrated each time, handwriting is drawn through the relative coordinates, and the result is very accurate.
There are many methods for calculating the position coordinates (x, y) of the location unit to be located in the area to be located, and in the present invention, the processing unit 50 preferably converts the distances L1, L2 into position information according to the following steps: (A) establishing a coordinate system by taking the middle point of a connecting line of a first reference point 20a and a second reference point 20b as an origin, wherein in the coordinate system, the coordinates of the first reference point 20a are (0, b), the coordinates of the second reference point 20b are (0, -b), wherein b is equal to half of the distance between the first reference point 20a and the second reference point 20b, b is a constant, and in the coordinate system, an area to be positioned is an area with the X axis as a positive number; (B) the position coordinates (x, y) of the position location unit in the area to be located are calculated according to the following formula:
the above formula is directly stored in the processing unit 50, and the processing unit 50 can calculate the coordinates (x, y) conveniently by substituting the distances L1, L2 and the distance b into the above formula, and it should be noted that the coordinates (x, y) here are absolute coordinates, that is, the position of the position to be located in the coordinate system established in step a.
There are many configurations of the tension unit 30 and the measuring unit 40 that can be implemented and, in practice, designed as a whole. The invention also discloses a measuring system for measuring the extending length of the line or the rope, which comprises the line or the rope 10, a reference point 20, a tensioning unit 30 and a measuring unit 40, wherein the line or the rope 10 extends from the reference point 20, the tensioning unit 30 is used for keeping the line or the rope 10 extending from the reference point 20 in a stretched state, and the measuring unit 40 is used for measuring the extending length of the line or the rope 10 from the reference point 20. Thus, when the positioning device is formed, only two or three groups of such measuring systems need to be arranged, and then the overhanging end of the wire or rope 10 is connected with a unit to be positioned; the measuring system may also be used in other applications where it is desirable to measure the length of an extended line or rope 10, such as tape measures and the like.
The structure of the tension unit 30 is various, and referring to fig. 6, it is preferable in the present invention that: the tension unit 30 includes a reel 31 and a coil spring 32, one end of the string or rope 10 is fixed on the reel 31, and the string or rope 10 is extended to drive the reel 31 to rotate in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the reel 31 driven by the elastic force of the coil spring 32, so that the string or rope 10 is always in a straightened state under the elastic force of the coil spring 32. The structure is simple, and the tensioning is very reliable.
Referring to fig. 7, there are also many implementations of the structure of the measuring unit 40, since the present invention mainly measures the length change of the string or rope 10, it is also necessary to detect the moving direction of the string or rope 10. Preferably, the measuring unit 40 includes a direction detecting module 41, the direction detecting module 41 includes a first partition 411, a second partition 412 and a driven sleeve 413, the thread or rope 10 extending from the reel 31 sequentially passes through a through hole formed on the first partition 411 and a through hole formed on the second partition 412 and then extends from the reference point 20, the driven sleeve 413 is sleeved on the thread or rope 10 between the first partition 411 and the second partition 412, the inner diameter of the driven sleeve 413 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the thread or rope 10, so that the thread or rope 10 can drive the driven sleeve 413 to move together when moving, and the thread or rope 10 can still move independently when the driven sleeve 413 is blocked by the first partition 411 or the second partition 412; two contacts are respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the first partition 411 and the second partition 412, the driven sleeve 413 is made of a conductive material, the two contacts on the first partition 411 are conducted when the driven sleeve 413 abuts against the first partition 411, the two contacts on the second partition 412 are conducted when the driven sleeve 413 abuts against the second partition 412, and the processing unit 50 judges the movement direction of the string or rope 10 according to the conduction state of the contacts. When the wire or rope 10 extends out of the reference point 20, the wire or rope 10 inevitably drives the driven sleeve 413 to move towards one side of the second partition 412, when the driven sleeve 413 abuts against the second partition 412, two contacts on the first partition 411 are disconnected, two contacts on the second partition 412 are conducted, and the processing unit 50 determines that the wire or rope 10 extends out after receiving the contact conduction on the second partition 412, and the driven sleeve 413 does not move after abutting against the second partition 412 due to the blocking of the second partition 412; similarly, when the tensioning unit 30 tensions the string or rope 10, the string or rope 10 drives the driven sleeve 413 to move toward the first partition 411, and the processing unit 50 determines that the string or rope 10 is retracted inward when receiving the contact conduction on the first partition 411. The direction detection module 41 can be very small, its structure is very simple, and the direction detection is very reliable.
Further, the height of the two contacts on the first partition 411 protruding out of the plate surface of the first partition 411 is the same, the height of the two contacts on the second partition 412 protruding out of the plate surface of the second partition 412 is the same, and the distance L4 between the contacts on the first partition 411 and the contacts on the second partition 412 and the length L5 of the driven sleeve 413 satisfy the following relation: L4-L5 is more than 0 and less than 2 mm. L4 must be longer than L5 so that the driven sleeve 413 can move between the first compartment 411 and the second compartment 412; however, the L4 cannot be too long compared to the L5, and if the L4 is too long, the direction detection module 41 cannot detect the direction change in time when the line or rope 10 changes direction, theoretically, the L4 is a little longer than the L5, and can be 0.05mm, so that the timeliness of the direction detection can be ensured.
The line or rope 10 may be selected from stainless steel thin line or fishing line, and there are many possible ways to detect the length of the line or rope 10, and two specific embodiments are provided for reference in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8, in the first embodiment, the string or rope 10 includes a transparent segment 11 and a non-transparent shielding segment 12 connected end to end, the transparent segment 11 and the shielding segment 12 are equal in length and are arranged at an interval, a photoelectric detection module 42 is disposed beside the string or rope 10 between the reel 31 and the reference point 20 for detecting the light transmittance of the string or rope 10, and the processing unit 50 calculates the variation Δ L ═ a ═ k of the protruding length of the string or rope 10 according to the variation times k of the light transmittance and the length a of the transparent segment. By selecting the wire or rope 10 consisting of the transparent section 11 and the shielding section 12, the change value of the extension length can be judged by monitoring the light transmittance of the wire or rope 10 when the wire or rope 10 moves, which is very convenient.
In order to facilitate installation of the photodetection module 42, in this embodiment, preferably, the measuring unit 40 includes an installation seat 43, a cross section of the installation seat 43 along a length direction thereof is "E" shaped, a first through hole 431 is formed on a middle cross plate of the installation seat 43 along the length direction of the installation seat 43 for the wire or rope 10 to pass through, and an aperture of the first through hole 431 is consistent with an outer diameter of the wire or rope 10; the middle transverse plate of the mounting seat 43 is further provided with a second through hole 432, the second through hole 432 is intersected with the first through hole 431 and perpendicular to the first through hole 431, the aperture of the second through hole 432 is smaller than or equal to that of the first through hole 431, the photoelectric detection module 42 comprises a light emitting tube 421 and a first photoresistor 422 which are respectively arranged in two grooves of the mounting seat 43, and light emitted by the light emitting tube 421 is incident on the first photoresistor 422 through the second through hole 432. Through the mount pad 43 that sets up "E" style of calligraphy, installation photoelectric detection module 42 that can be convenient to through setting up first through-hole 431 and second through-hole 432, the luminousness to certain place on line or rope 10 that can be convenient carries out reliable detection, and this structure is very simple and convenient, convenient processing and installation.
