When the electrical property of the finished radar cover is tested, the radar cover is required to be installed on an electrical property testing rotary table, so that the requirement on the relative spatial relationship between the radar cover and a radar antenna array surface is met. The clamping head 2 is arranged on the base 1 through a pin shaft 3, and the clamping head 2 can rotate around the pin shaft 3 within the range of 0-48 degrees; the ejector rod screw 4 is in threaded connection with the clamping head 2, and the top end of the ejector rod screw 4 is attached to the bottom surface of a deep counterbore with the depth of 1mm on the side surface of the base 1 in a clamping state. The mandril screw 4 is provided with a manual screwing head, so that rapid clamping operation without tools is realized; the thickness of the protective rubber sleeve 5 is 0.5mm, and the protective rubber sleeve is 2 in total and is respectively stuck to the clamping head 2 and the base 1.

Before the radome is installed, the ejector rod screw 4 is rotated anticlockwise, so that the front end of the ejector rod screw does not extend out of the clamping head 2, and then the clamping head 2 is rotated to form an angle of about 48 degrees with the initial state. And mounting the Boeing 777 radome, so that the connecting pin shaft at the root part of the radome is tightly contacted with the small semicircular arc surface at the upper part of the base 1. The clamping head 2 is reset, and the mandril screw 4 is rotated clockwise until the mandril screw cannot rotate. At this point, the Boeing 777 radome has been securely mounted in the desired position.
