Background
The muffler means that for the air flow pipeline with noise transmission, the noise in the pipeline can be attenuated or reflected back by using the pipeline with sound absorption lining and elbow or using the noise reduction devices such as the pipeline with suddenly changed sectional area and other discontinuous acoustic impedance. The sheet type muffler is characterized in that the shape of the muffler sheet is a sheet type muffler, and the resistance of the muffler is mainly concentrated at the inlet of the muffler and mainly the local resistance of the muffler sheet. In the prior art, the inlet end of the silencing sheet of the sheet type silencer is of a semicircular structure, when air flow enters the sheet type silencer, the air flow collides with the semicircular structure, the impacted air flow collides with the semicircular structure again, the area of the outer wall of the semicircular structure is larger, and the local resistance of the windward side of the silencing sheet is larger, so that the silencer is only suitable for occasions with large air flow and has limited application range; meanwhile, when the air flow overcomes the resistance and enters the inner cavity of the sheet type muffler, the flow speed of the air flow in the sheet type muffler is correspondingly larger, and the time for absorbing noise by the sound absorption lining is short, so that the silencing effect of the sheet type muffler is poor.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The sheet type muffler of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a base body 1, a muffler sheet 2, and a mounting portion 6.
The silencing sheets 2 are arranged in the inner cavity 3 of the base body 1 and are arranged in parallel, and the side walls 5 of the silencing sheets 2 are parallel to the extending square of the silencing sheets 2. The silencing sheet 2 is provided with a windward surface positioned at the inlet of the seat body 1 and an avoidance part 7 positioned at the outlet of the seat body 1.
The windward side includes a windward portion 41 and an inclined portion 42 connected to the windward portion 41, and the inclined portion 42 has a set inclination angle with respect to the extending direction of the muffler sheet 2. In this embodiment, the windward portion 41 is a plane perpendicular to the extending direction of the muffler plate 2, that is, the windward surface is an isosceles trapezoid with an upper bottom facing the inlet of the base 1.
In the sheet muffler of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the air flow enters the inner cavity 3 from the inlet of the seat body 1, the air flow collides with the windward surface; the air flow collides with the middle part of the windward part 41, the rebound track is A, and after rebound, the air flow flows into the inner cavity 3 outside the side wall 5 of the silencing sheet 2; the air flow collides with one end of the inclined part 42 far away from the windward part 41, the rebound track is B, and the air flow flows into the inner cavity 3 through the outer side of the side wall 5 of the silencing sheet 2 after rebound.
One end of the avoidance portion 7 is located at the outlet of the seat body 1, the other end of the avoidance portion 7 is located at a position where turbulence can be generated in the inner cavity 3, and the thickness of the avoidance portion 7 is smaller than that of the silencing sheet 2. In this embodiment, the evacuation portion 7 is formed by inwardly shrinking the muffler sheet 2 in the thickness direction, and two evacuation side walls 71 of the evacuation portion 7 in the thickness direction are parallel to the center line of the muffler sheet 2. As shown in fig. 1, the projection of the relief portion on the plane of the muffler sheet in the thickness direction and the longitudinal direction is rectangular.
The structural resistance and the silencing amount of the sheet type silencer are simulated and predicted, and when the thickness of the avoidance part 7 is 1/3 of the thickness of the silencing sheet 2, the length of the avoidance part 7 is 2 to 4 times of the thickness of the silencing sheet 2; and the thickness of the windward portion 41 perpendicular to the extending direction of the sound damping sheet 2 is 1/3 of the thickness of the sound damping sheet 2, and the projection of the inclined portion 42 in the extending direction of the sound damping sheet 2 is 1 time of the thickness of the sound damping sheet 2, the sound damping effect of the sheet type muffler is best.
The installation department 6 sets up pedestal 1 entrance, the one end of keeping away from of installation department 6 pedestal 1 is connected with the air current output piece to guarantee that the air current that exports from the air current output piece flows into the pan silencer in whole, make the noise cancelling effect of piece formula silencer better.
In the sheet type muffler of the embodiment, after the airflow collides with the windward side at the airflow inlet, the airflow enters the inner cavity 3 through the outer side of the side wall 5 of the muffler sheet 2, and does not collide with the windward side again, so that the resistance of the airflow entering the inner cavity is reduced; moreover, because the windward side comprises the inclined part 42, the outer wall area of the windward side is smaller than the outer wall wind-blocking area of the semicircular structure, and the local resistance when the air flow enters the inner cavity 3 can be correspondingly reduced, so that the sheet type muffler is also suitable for occasions with small air flow, namely suitable for air flow output pieces with small power, and the application range is wider. In addition, the air flow can be crossed with the air flow directly entering the inner cavity 3 after rebound of the windward side to form mixed flow, so that the flow speed of the air flow in the inner cavity 3 is reduced, and the silencing effect of the sheet type silencer is better. At the air flow outlet, the arrangement of the avoiding part can prevent the air flow from generating turbulence in the inner cavity, reduce noise generated again due to the turbulence and enable the silencing effect of the sheet type silencer to be better.
As an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the relief portion 7 is 1/5 to 5/2 of the thickness of the sound damping sheet 2.
As an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the windward side perpendicular to the extension direction of the sound damping sheet 2 is between 1/5 and 5/2 of the thickness of the sound damping sheet 2, and the projection of the inclined portion 42 in the extension direction of the sound damping sheet 2 is 0.9 to 1.1 times the thickness of the sound damping sheet 2, and this size arrangement of the windward side has the advantage of small local resistance as well.
As an alternative embodiment, the windward portion 41 has an arc shape, and two ends of the arc shape are respectively connected to the inclined portions 42. When the air flow enters the inner cavity 3 from the inlet of the seat body 1, the air flow collides with the windward part 41; the air flow collides with the middle part of the windward part 41, and flows into the inner cavity 3 outside the side wall 5 of the silencing sheet 2 after rebounding; the air flow collides with one end of the inclined part 42 far away from the windward part 41, and after rebound, the air flow flows into the inner cavity 3 through the outer side of the side wall 5 of the silencing sheet 2.
