Abstract

Background
The asphalt pavement refers to various types of pavements paved by blending mineral materials with asphalt materials, is applied to urban roads and highway trunks, and becomes a high-grade pavement with the largest paving area in China at present.
After the asphalt pavement is used for a long time, diseases such as surface cracks or subsidence easily occur, particularly after snow in winter, the asphalt pavement is easy to shrink to cause the surface cracks under the coverage of snow, if the treatment is not carried out in time, accumulated water formed after the snow melts can permeate into a base layer downwards, under the load action of a traveling vehicle, the grout phenomenon occurs at the cracks, cement-stabilized macadam falls off due to water, and the cement-stabilized macadam is loose and has insufficient bearing capacity of a pavement structure, the phenomenon of edge gnawing occurs, and the cement-stabilized macadam can be developed into net cracks or pot holes, subsidence and the like, so that the traveling vehicle jumps when the traveling vehicle is driven, the service life of the road is seriously influenced, the safety and the comfort of the traveling vehicle are also influenced.
The traditional asphalt pavement crack repairing method is to pour molten asphalt into cracks, fill the cracks after the molten asphalt is cooled and solidified, and spend a large amount of time waiting for the molten asphalt to be cooled, so that the influence on traffic is large.

By adopting the technical scheme, firstly, the snow sweeper sweeps the accumulated snow to one side, so that the crack on the asphalt pavement is exposed, then the grooving machine performs grooving according to the size of the crack, a repairing groove with a larger opening is formed at the crack position, the edge of the repairing groove is tidy, the subsequent repairing is facilitated, and broken slag generated in the grooving process is removed manually or by using a movable blower, so that the integrity of the asphalt pavement after repairing is prevented from being influenced by the broken slag; the broken slag is cleared away and is filled with the accumulated snow back into the repairing groove, then the melted asphalt is slowly poured into the repairing groove, and in the process that the accumulated snow is melted and evaporated by the melted asphalt, the heat in the melted asphalt is absorbed, so that the cooling of the melted asphalt can be accelerated, and the repairing of the pavement can be completed more quickly.
Preferably, in S2, the opening of the repair groove is flared outward.
By adopting the technical scheme, the opening of the repairing groove is outwards expanded, so that subsequent groove cleaning and snow filling can be conveniently carried out.
Preferably, in S4, the accumulated snow is filled into the repair groove to abut against the groove walls of the repair groove, and a pouring cavity for pouring molten asphalt is formed between the accumulated snow on both sides.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, because the density of pitch is bigger than the density of water, if the melting pitch directly emptys in the snow top, the snow melts and the vapor of evaporation can't obtain timely discharge, can cause the influence to the repair on road surface, offsets with the both sides cell wall of repairing the groove in filling the inslot with snow, and the melting pitch is poured into and is filled the intracavity, and the snow that is located the melting pitch both sides melts the evaporation afterwards, can make things convenient for the discharge of vapor.
Preferably, after the accumulated snow is filled into the repair groove, ventilation holes for discharging water vapor generated by melting and evaporating the accumulated snow upwards are formed in the accumulated snow.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the snow that is close to repairing tank bottom surface is earlier further melted into water, and water upwards transports and evaporates through the bleeder vent and spreads out afterwards, can make the vapor after the evaporation better spill out, further alleviates the existence of vapor and causes the influence to bituminous paving's repair.
Preferably, the ventilation holes penetrate through the bottom surface of the repair groove.

Preferably, after the crack pouring machine finishes the crack pouring, the repaired road surface is compacted through a flat compactor or a road roller.

and S6, path sealing and maintenance.
2. The method for repairing cracks in an asphalt pavement after snow as set forth in claim 1, wherein in S2, the opening of the repair groove is flared outwardly.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S4, the snow is filled into the repair groove and abuts against the two side walls of the repair groove, and a pouring groove for pouring the molten asphalt is formed between the snow on the two sides.

7. The method for repairing cracks in an asphalt pavement after snow as set forth in claim 2, wherein in S6, 3mm stone chips are put into the grouter while the grouter heats the molten asphalt, and the stone chips are mixed with the molten asphalt and stirred uniformly.
8. The method for repairing cracks in an asphalt pavement after snow according to claim 6, wherein in step S6, after the melted asphalt melts the snow and fills the repair groove, emulsified asphalt is sprayed to the edge of the repair groove to prevent water.
9. The method for repairing cracks on a post-snow asphalt pavement according to claim 1, wherein the repaired pavement is compacted by a plate compactor or a road roller.
