Background
The raw rice is soaked with water before processing rice food such as husk powder and rice husk. Since the soaking time is about 8 hours, the soaked rice has sour taste and high bacteria content, and thus the rice needs to be rewashed. When the rice is washed manually by manpower, the rice is too tired and is not washed uniformly enough. Because the soaked rice is fragile, the rice is easy to break by using the existing rice washing equipment, and then the rice is lost along with water, so that waste is caused.
