Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a pull-cord of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides an elevator composite traction rope, which comprises a first wrapping layer 10, a plurality of first strands 20 and a plurality of second strands 30, wherein the first strands 20 and the second strands 30 are wrapped in the first wrapping layer 10, the first strands 20 and the second strands 30 are arranged adjacently and are arranged in a vertical and horizontal mode, the number of the first strands is smaller than that of the second strands 30, and the first wrapping layer 10 is filled in gaps among the second strands 30 and the first strands 20.
Preferably, the elevator composite traction rope of the present invention includes 4 first strands 20 and 5 second strands 30, and the distance between each strand is equal. According to the invention, through the staggered arrangement of the first rope strand and the second rope strand, the internal stress of the traction rope is uniform, the integral strength of the traction rope is effectively improved, and the stretching length of the traction rope is reduced. Furthermore, the arrangement of the first rope strands and the second rope strands can ensure that when the traction rope passes through the rope groove of the traction rope wheel, no self-rotation force is generated inside the traction rope, so that the phenomenon that the first wrapping layer on the peripheral surface of the traction rope is sheared due to the action of the self-rotation force to cause over-quick fatigue fracture of the first wrapping layer and damage of the service performance of the traction rope is avoided, the service life of the traction rope is prolonged, and the operation safety of the elevator is ensured.
Further, the first wrapping layer 10 fills the gap between the second strand 30 and the first strand 20, so that the second strand 30 and the first strand 20 are fixed and supported, meanwhile, abrasion between the second strand 30 and the first strand 20 can be avoided and reduced, and the service life of the traction rope is prolonged. Further, the tensile portions of the first and second strands 20 and 30 may be transmitted to the first wrapping layer 10, thereby reducing the tensile lengths of the first and second strands.
The first strand 20 of the invention comprises a second wrapping layer 21 and a first core body 22, wherein the first core body 22 is formed by twisting steel wires with the diameter of 0.3-0.8mm and the strength grade of 1900-.
According to the invention, the tensile strength of the first rope strand 20 is improved through the plurality of high-strength steel wires which are mutually twisted, the diameter of the first rope strand 20 is reduced under the condition of ensuring the breaking tensile force of the traction rope, the overall diameter of the traction rope is reduced, and further, the traction machine matched with the traction rope is miniaturized, the cost of the traction machine is reduced, and the space of an elevator shaft is saved.
The manufacturing method of the first rope core main body 22 comprises the following steps: the steel wire with the diameter of 0.3-0.8mm and the strength grade of 1900-plus-2300 MPa is made into parallel twisted strands with the structure of 1 × 29Fi and the diameter of 2.0-3.5mm by a stranding machine, and the lay length is 15-20mm in the stranding process. The method selects a parallel twisted compact steel wire rope as a first rope core main body; compared with other common line contact steel wire ropes, the parallel-twisted compact steel wire rope has a high filling coefficient which reaches about 65%, and high breaking tension can be obtained by improving the filling coefficient of the steel wire rope under the same condition; and the parallel-twisted compact steel wire rope has a stable structure, is beneficial to prolonging the fatigue life of the steel wire rope and reducing the stretching length of the first rope strand.
Specifically, the second wrapping layer 21 is made of a silicone oil substance, and the viscosity of the silicone oil substance is 1200-3000 cst/25 ℃. According to the invention, a silicone oil substance with the viscosity of 1000-3000 cst/25 ℃ is used for manufacturing the second wrapping layer, so that the second wrapping layer and the first wrapping layer are bonded together, and the tensile force, the pressure and the shearing force acting on the first rope strand are transmitted to the first wrapping layer, thereby reducing the stretching length of the first rope strand.
In order to further increase the bonding force between the first and second wrapping layers, the surface of the second wrapping layer 21 is provided with a continuous array of suction cups (not shown).
The silicone oil substance is one or more of amino modified silicone oil, epoxy modified silicone oil, carboxyl modified silicone oil, alcoholic hydroxyl modified silicone oil, phenolic hydroxyl modified silicone oil, sulfhydryl modified silicone oil, polyether modified water-soluble silicone oil, zirconium phosphate based silicone oil and betaine based silicone oil.
Based on the existing production process and environmental protection requirements, the silicone oil substance is preferably polyether modified water-soluble silicone oil, and the viscosity of the silicone oil substance is 1000-3000 cst/25 ℃. Specifically, the viscosity of the silicone oil material may be 1000cst/25 ℃, 1200cst/25 ℃, 1500cst/25 ℃, 1800cst/25 ℃, 2000cst/25 ℃, 2200cst/25 ℃, 2500cst/25 ℃, 2800cst/25 ℃, 3000cst/25 ℃, but is not limited thereto.
More preferably, the silicone oil substance is one or more of alkyl polyether silicone oil, epoxy polyether silicone oil, amino polyether block silicone oil, glyceryl ether group silicone oil and glycosyl polyether silicone oil, and the viscosity of the silicone oil substance is 1200-2500 cst/25 ℃.
The method for making the first strand comprises the following steps: coating lubricating oil on the first rope core main body to form a lubricating oil layer; and coating a silicon oil substance on the lubricating oil layer to form a second wrapping layer, wherein the lubricating oil is filled between the first rope core main body and the second wrapping layer.
The lubricating oil disclosed by the invention can reduce the friction among the steel wire ropes in the first rope core main body, improve the wear resistance and high flexibility of the first rope core main body and prolong the service life of the traction rope. Furthermore, as the second wrapping layer is made of the silicone oil substance with the viscosity of 1000-3000 cst/25 ℃, the lubricating oil can also reduce the friction force between the first rope core main body and the second wrapping layer and prolong the service life of the traction rope.
The second rope strand 30 comprises a third wrapping layer 31 and a second rope core main body 32, wherein the second rope core main body is composed of carbon fiber wires with the diameter of 0.1-0.5mm and the strength level of 2500-.
Specifically, the third wrapping layer 31 is made of a silicone oil substance, and the viscosity of the silicone oil substance is 1200-3000 cst/25 ℃. According to the invention, a silicone oil substance with the viscosity of 1000-3000 cst/25 ℃ is used for manufacturing the third wrapping layer, so that the third wrapping layer is bonded with the first wrapping layer, and the tensile force, the pressure and the shearing force acting on the first rope strand are transmitted to the first wrapping layer, thereby reducing the stretching length of the first rope strand.
Furthermore, a plurality of carbon fiber tows are combined into one strand without bending and weaving, the carbon fiber tows are in a natural vertical state, an external silicone oil substance is tightly wrapped and molded, and the third wrapping layer is used as an isolation layer of the carbon fiber yarns and the steel wire and vertically wraps the carbon fiber yarns therein to prevent the carbon fiber yarns from generating carbonization influence after contacting the steel wire. In addition, the lubricating oil can reduce the friction among the carbon fiber yarns in the second rope core main body, so that the carbon fiber yarns are kept in a vertical state. Furthermore, as the third wrapping layer is made of the silicone oil substance with the viscosity of 1000-3000 cst/25 ℃, the lubricating oil can also reduce the friction force between the second rope core main body and the third wrapping layer, and prolong the service life of the traction rope.
The second rope core can bear considerable tensile force, and the strength of the carbon fiber tows with the same cross section area is 7-9 times that of the common steel core. Because the carbon fiber yarn is not woven, the carbon fiber yarn cannot be twisted and damaged, and the advantages of the carbon fiber yarn are fully exerted. In addition, the weight of the carbon fiber tows is only one fourth of that of steel wires with the same cross section, and the rope using amount can be reduced by 25%. Furthermore, under the condition of equal tension, the tensile length of the carbon fiber wire with the same cross section area is 70-90% smaller than that of the steel wire rope.
The second rope core is adopted in the invention, so that the tensile resistance of the traction rope can be greatly increased, the overall outer diameter of the traction rope is reduced, the size of an elevator traction sheave is greatly reduced, the energy is saved, a series of adverse effects caused by the self weight of the traction rope are reduced, the tensile length of the traction rope can be further reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
In order to further increase the bonding force between the first and third wrapping layers, the surface of the third wrapping layer 31 is provided with a continuous array of suction cups (not shown).
The first wrapping layer 10 of the present invention is made of resin. Preferably, the material of the first wrapping layer 10 is thermoplastic polyurethane resin. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin has high wear resistance and ductility, and has strong natural aging resistance and acid and alkali resistance, thereby further improving the wear resistance and high flexibility of the traction rope and prolonging the service life of the traction rope.
Compared with a pure steel wire rope, the tensile elongation of the traction rope is greatly reduced, and although the tensile elongation of the traction rope can also be reduced by adopting the carbon fiber wires to manufacture the traction rope, the ductility of the carbon fiber wires is inferior to that of the steel wire rope, so that the carbon fiber wires are easy to break, and certain safety risk exists. The traction rope provided by the invention has the advantages that through the mutual matching of the first rope strand and the second rope strand, a good balance is obtained between toughness and ductility, the service life of the traction rope is prolonged, and the use requirement of an elevator is met.
Furthermore, the plurality of first strands and the plurality of second strands are adjacently arranged and are arranged in a longitudinal and transverse mode, and the distances among the strands are equal, so that the internal stress of the traction rope can be uniform. Since the core of the first strand is made of steel wire, the core of the second strand is made of carbon fiber wire, the ductility of the second strand is lower than that of the first strand, when the first strand and the second strand are simultaneously stressed, the second strand can inhibit the stretching of the first strand, and meanwhile, the tensile force of the second strand can be increased.
