Abstract

本发明公开了一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,包括以下组分:油茶饼粕100份、增稠剂5‑15份、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3‑5份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠3‑5份、增溶剂2‑4份、分散剂4‑8份、硅烷偶联剂4‑8份;其制备方法包括以下步骤:S1,油茶饼粕脱脂;S2,油茶饼粕球磨、离心,得油茶粉末块A和清液B;S3,将油茶粉末块A、增稠剂、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠及增溶剂加入到胶体磨,搅拌得乳化胶体C;S4,将清液B、分散剂和硅烷偶联剂加入到乳化胶体C中,搅拌得洗洁精成品D。本发明制备出一种新型的、粘度较大的、含有微米颗粒的洗洁精,其除菌效果佳、去污能力强,为油茶饼粕的再回收利用提供了一种新思路。

一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油茶饼粕回收利用技术领域,尤其涉及一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
油茶籽榨油后的渣一般称之为油茶饼粕,饼粕中含18.2%的蛋白质、70%左右的无氮提取物、约10%的茶皂素以及少量的残油,茶皂素是一种良好的天然表面活性剂,其水溶液震荡时能够产生维持较长时间似肥皂溶液样的泡沫,故有皂甙之名。
现有的油茶饼粕再回收利用技术,主要包括以下方式:1)脱脂,将残余油渍脱去;2)提取茶皂素,主要采用水提取法和有机溶剂提取法;3)其余用作肥料或是废弃填埋。
提取茶皂素后的饼粕仍然占有较大的比例,目前大部分研究集中在对油茶饼粕中蛋白质的应用,主要有菌类培养、鱼塘清污、养殖饲料以及土壤发酵肥料等,总体而言,当前的回收利用率较低,副产品的价值也较低,需要进一步开发。
另一方面,茶皂素可以作为清洁剂或洗涤剂使用,但油茶饼粕中茶皂素的提取成本较高,杂质分离困难,难以就地消化,不利于存放或运输。
综上,开发新的油茶饼粕再回收利用技术迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,包括以下重量份的组分:油茶饼粕100份、增稠剂5-15份、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠3-5份、增溶剂2-4份、分散剂4-8份、硅烷偶联剂4-8份。
优选地,油茶饼粕为油茶籽榨油后经过干燥处理的饼渣。
优选地,增稠剂具体为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂及卡波树脂中的任一种。
优选地,增溶剂具体为山梨醇酯、失水山梨醇脂中的任一种。
优选地,分散剂具体为聚磷酸盐(焦磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、磷酸四钠、六偏磷酸钠)或硅酸盐(偏硅酸钠、二硅酸钠)。
优选地,硅烷偶联剂具体为A151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)、A171(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)或A172 (乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷)中的任一种。
本发明还提出了一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照前述的配方将油茶饼粕除霉去杂、粉碎处理,然后进行脱脂处理;
S2,将脱脂后的油茶饼粕和少量的水加入到超细球磨机,高速球磨30-60min,离心得到油茶粉末块A和清液B;
S3,将油茶粉末块A加入到胶体磨中,再依次加入增稠剂、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠及增溶剂,继续搅拌得到乳胶状灰白色的乳化胶体C;
S4,一边搅拌一边将清液B加入到乳化胶体C中,再加入分散剂和硅烷偶联剂,40-60℃下,继续搅拌4-10h,得到洗洁精成品D。
优选地,油茶粉末块A的粒径范围为270-450目。
优选地,洗洁精成品D的粘度为2000-10000mPa•s。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明利用油茶饼粕中各种组分,尤其是具有去污效果的茶皂素和其余纤维颗粒,通过球磨-离心-胶磨-稀释溶解的工艺,制备出一种粘度较大的、并悬浮有微米颗粒的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其除菌效果佳,去污能力强。
2.油茶饼粕中蛋白质及纤维素成分,通常都作为肥料或废料,利用率较低,但本发明将其细磨成微米颗粒,并作为洗洁精中的颗粒成分,具有良好的吸收效果(颗粒粉末具有吸油效果),同时还增加清洗时的摩擦力,大大提高清污能力。
3.本发明并未将油茶饼粕的茶皂素提取出来,而是采用研磨方法将茶皂素溶于洗洁精溶液中,直接利用其去污能力,从而提供了一种新的油茶饼粕再回收利用技术,节约茶皂素提取成本。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:
一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,取100份油茶饼粕除霉去杂、粉碎处理,然后进行脱脂处理;
S2,将脱脂后的油茶饼粕和100ml的水加入到超细球磨机,高速球磨30-60min,离心得到油茶粉末块A和清液B;
S3,将油茶粉末块A加入到胶体磨中,再依次加入8份的聚丙烯酰胺,3份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5份的乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠及3份失水山梨醇脂,继续搅拌得到乳胶状灰白色的乳化胶体C;
S4,一边搅拌一边将清液B加入到乳化胶体C中,再加入5份的六偏磷酸钠和6份的A172硅烷偶联剂,40-60℃下,继续搅拌4-10h,得到洗洁精成品D。
油茶粉末块A的粒径范围为270-450目,粒径越大,洗洁精成品D中的颗粒感越强,增加清污时的摩擦力,提高了清污能力,但吸油能力降低;粒径越大,分散越均匀,洗洁精越稳定,但颗粒达到微米级别时容易絮凝厨房污水,造成管道堵塞。
洗洁精成品D的粘度为2000-10000mPa•s,粘度与清液B的加入量有关,清液B中含有球磨榨取出的部分茶皂素、蛋白质及其他纤维素,且清液B还含有灰白色的色素,是洗洁精成品D颜色的主要提供者。
洗洁精成品D的杀菌试验:采用细菌革兰氏染色试验,样品为涂有5%大肠杆菌水溶液的瓷盘或衣物,采用粘度为5080 mPa•s,颗粒为325目的洗洁精成品D,以洗洁精成品D:水为20:1的体积比例,对沾菌的瓷盘进行刷洗,并用水清洗2-3次;用同成分、同比例的洗洁精成品D水溶液,对沾菌的衣物进行浸渍3-5min,搓洗几次,再用水清洗2-3次;分别对瓷盘和衣物进行染色,干燥进行镜检,结果均为阳性,表明除菌后已经超出检出限,说明本发明不仅可用于厨房用具清污,还可以用在衣物清洗领域。

1.一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:油茶饼粕100份、增稠剂5-15份、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠3-5份、增溶剂2-4份、分散剂4-8份、硅烷偶联剂4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,所述油茶饼粕为油茶籽榨油后经过干燥处理的饼渣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,所述增稠剂具体为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂及卡波树脂中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,所述增溶剂具体为山梨醇酯、失水山梨醇脂中的任一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,所述分散剂具体为聚磷酸盐(焦磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、磷酸四钠、六偏磷酸钠)或硅酸盐(偏硅酸钠、二硅酸钠)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂具体为A151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)、A171(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)或A172 (乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷)中的任一种。
7.一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照权利要求1所述的配方将油茶饼粕除霉去杂、粉碎处理,然后进行脱脂处理;
S2,将脱脂后的油茶饼粕和少量的水加入到超细球磨机,高速球磨30-60min,离心得到油茶粉末块A和清液B;
S3,将油茶粉末块A加入到胶体磨中,再依次加入增稠剂、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠及增溶剂2-4份,继续搅拌得到乳胶状灰白色的乳化胶体C;
S4,一边搅拌一边将清液B加入到乳化胶体C中,再加入分散剂和硅烷偶联剂,40-60℃下,继续搅拌4-10h,得到洗洁精成品D。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,所述油茶粉末块A的粒径范围为270-450目。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种以油茶饼粕为原料的乳化杀菌型洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,所述洗洁精成品D的粘度为2000-10000mPa·s。
