本发明提供了一种清罐污油的处理方法和装置。该处理方法包括将清罐污油加热至60℃‑90℃,进行调节处理,得到调节污油;对调节污油进行分离,得到回收油、污水和含油固体杂质;对含油固体杂质进行萃取除油处理,得到萃取油和含油残渣;将含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离,完成对清罐污油的处理。本发明还提供了一种清罐污油的处理装置。经过本发明的处理方法和装置处理的清罐污油的回收油的含固率和含水率低;产生的残渣的含油率低,易于干化处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污油的处理方法和装置,尤其涉及一种清罐污油的处理方法和装置,属于固废处理技术领域。
背景技术
原油在储存过程中,重质油组分(高熔点蜡、沥青质、胶质)、非油组分(细小颗粒物质、大颗粒泥砂、盐类、机械杂质、硫化亚铁等无机杂质)会和水一起沉积至罐底部形成油泥,减少油罐的有效容积,累积至一定量后,将影响正常生产运行,需要进行清罐。按照原油轻、重不同,除了前期的剪切混合清罐外,还分别采用优质轻质原油和轻柴油清洗,清理出的混合物称为清罐污油。一般情况下,1个千万吨级的炼厂,每年产生的清罐污油可达2万余吨,目前我国原油加工量超过5亿吨,由此推知我国年清罐污油增量可达百万吨以上。
为减少资源浪费,炼厂对清罐污油常规的处置方式主要包括少量常减压回炼和焦化掺炼。清罐污油的最大问题是高度乳化、高含细小颗粒物,回炼过程严重影响生产装置的长周期稳定运行、增加能耗、降低效益。其一,加重电脱盐排水乳化程度,导致电脱盐切水出现“黑水”,排入污水系统后,仍以污油和危废的形式出现,造成恶性循环;其二,影响装置换热网络热平衡,污油中的重质油组分和非油组分逐渐沉积在换热器管束表面形成沉积垢,降低换热器的传热效率,导致原油换热终温不断降低,浪费热源,同时极大增加了柴油、常渣油的冷却负荷;其三,影响蒸馏塔稳定运行,部分颗粒物会沉积在塔板表面,影响传质效率,对设备的运行参数及长周期运行产生严重影响,经济损失巨大;其四,焦化掺炼是将清罐污油作为渣油对待,本身就降低了其应有的品质,且掺炼过程除了影响分馏塔效率外,焦炭灰分增加、品质降低,经济效益受损也非常严重。
清罐污油的少量常减压回炼处理或焦化掺炼处理的不利因素太多,外委处理又造成极大的资源浪费和经济损失,均不能合理、有效地解决清罐污油问题,为长期、有效的解决该问题,从清洁生产考虑,亟需成熟的回炼处理技术。
将高度致乳化因素和非油物质从清罐污油中分离出来,得到高品质原油,是实现清罐污油正常回炼、避免不利影响的根本途径。为此,从环境保护和经济效益的角度出发,开发清罐污油回炼处理新技术,实现清罐污油资源化、无害化处置,不仅可以解决清罐污油的存量及增量问题,也可为整个炼油行业清洁生产水平的提升起到积极的引领作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种针对清罐污油的处理方法,经过该处理方法处理的清罐污油的回收油和残渣的含水率和含油率低,残渣易于干化处理。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明提供了一种清罐污油的处理方法,该处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将清罐污油加热至60℃-90℃,进行调节处理,得到调节污油;
步骤二:对调节污油进行分离,得到回收油、污水和含油固体杂质;
步骤三:对含油固体杂质进行萃取除油处理,得到萃取油和含油残渣;
步骤四:将所述含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离,完成对清罐污油的处理。
本发明的处理方法针对的是清罐污油,这里的清罐污油包括但不限于油田、炼厂等原油储罐在清罐时产生的污油。
清罐污油经过本发明的处理处理方法处理后,回收油可以达到商品原油品质,含水率小于1%,灰分含量小于0.005%,回收率大于95%,残渣易于进行干化处理,干化残渣的含油率低于2%,含水率小于30%。
本发明的清罐污油的处理方法包括将清罐污油加热至60℃-90℃,进行调节处理,得到调节污油的步骤。
在步骤一中,对清罐污油进行加热、调质,目的是降低清罐污油的粘度。这里的加热温度可以视清罐污油的性质而确定。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,采用的加热方式可以为蒸汽加热或导热油加热。
在步骤一中,调节处理是指将污油与原油混合均质的步骤。具体地,本发明在除油步骤得到的萃取油可以直接与污油混合,进行均质。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,调节处理的处理时间为20min-60min。比如,混合均质的时间可以为30min、40min、50min。
本发明的清罐污油的处理方法包括对调节污油进行分离,得到回收油、污水和含油固体杂质的步骤。
在步骤二中,对调节污油进行分离,目的是借助远高于重力的离心力,维持一定的分离时间,使液相与固相分离,分离调节污油中的油份、水份和固体杂质。即将高度致乳化因素和非油物质从清罐污油中分离出来。
经过步骤二分离的回收油进入净化油储罐,进行回炼或加工。经过步骤二分离的污水进入污水处理系统。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,分离可以采用离心分离机完成。具体地,当调节污油的含水率较高时,可以采用三相离心机;当调节污油的含水率较低时,可以采用两相离心机。
在本发明的处理方法中,分离的分离因素大于6000。这里的分离因素是指离心力与重力的比值。
在本发明的处理方法中,分离的时间可以为10min-60min。比如,分离的时间可以为20min、30min、40min、50min。
本发明的清罐污油的处理方法包括对分离出的含油固体杂质进行萃取除油处理,得到萃取油(萃取相)和含油残渣(萃余相)的步骤。
在步骤三中,将分离得到的含油固体杂质(油、固、水),进行萃取,进一步脱油及体积减量化,具体包括溶剂萃取和分离的步骤。
经过萃取、分离处理后的萃取油可以回用到步骤一中的调节处理的步骤,与污油进行混合均质。
在本发明的一具体实施方式,进行萃取除油处理,萃取时,萃取剂与含油固体的体积比为0.5-2∶1。比如,萃取剂与含有固体的体积为可以为1:1、1.5:1。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,进行萃取除油处理,萃取时,萃取的时间为30min-60min。比如,萃取的时间可以为40min、50min。
进行萃取时采用的萃取剂视含油固体的性质而定。在本发明的一具体实施方式中,萃取时,萃取剂可以为石油醚、汽油、柴油或石脑油。
在步骤三中,萃取之后进行分离的步骤可以采用两相离心机。离心分离的时间可以为5min-30min。
本发明的清罐污油的处理方法包括对萃取分离得到的含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离的步骤。
在步骤四中,将经过萃取处理产生的萃余相(含油残渣)进行深度除油处理,包括解析、电催化氧化、固液分离的步骤。
其中,解析步骤使油从固相表面脱附;氧化步骤进一步氧化降解油含量;固液分离步骤将水溶液与固体残渣分离,从而进一步提纯含油残渣。
解析、氧化、固液分离三个步骤,可根据清罐污油的性质及具体净化要求,进行适当删减。
经过步骤四分离出的油相可以返回萃取除油处理的步骤,与萃取剂混合利用;分离出的水溶液可以在深度除油处理过程中循环使用;分离出的残渣可以进一步干化及最终处置。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,解析的时间为30min-60min。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,解析采用的解析剂可以为热的酸的水溶液或碱的水溶液。比如,采用的解析剂可以为温度为50℃-90℃的硫酸水溶液、盐酸水溶液、氢氧化钠水溶液或氢氧化钙水溶液。
为强化解析效果,解析处理可以采用搅拌和/或超声的手段。
本发明的处理方法通过电催化氧化可以将电能直接转化为化学能,成本低、绿色环保。在本发明的一具体实施方式中,处理电压为3V-15V。
在本发明的一具体实施方式中,固液分离可以采用离心机或旋转压滤机进行。
清罐污油回炼最大问题是高度乳化、高含细小颗粒物。常规的油泥处理技术主要集中在油、水、固三相分离处理,其中油水破乳分离的技术较多,比如药剂破乳、表面活性剂破乳、微波破乳、超声破乳等,主要集中在油水分离过程,但是关于清罐污油中存在的乳化因素研究的很少,清罐污油经过常规破乳技术脱水处理后还存在反乳化问题,影响常减压装置稳定运行。本发明的处理方法通过对清罐污油进行调节处理和分离,实现了乳化因素的彻底分离。
清罐污油中的固相污染物主要包括:细小颗粒物质、大颗粒泥砂、盐类、机械杂质、硫化亚铁等,常规的液固分离技术可以将清罐污油中的大颗粒泥砂、盐类、机械杂质、硫化亚铁等污染物去除,但是难以除去其中的细小颗粒物质。本发明的处理方法通过对清罐污油进行调节处理和分离,实现了清罐污油中细小颗粒物的彻底分离。
常规的污油处理技术油品回率在50%-85%,大量的石油烃依然赋存泥沙上面,不仅增加了外委处置成本,也浪费了宝贵的石油资源。本发明的处理方法通过进行萃取除油处理,得到萃取油和含油残渣,并对含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离,实现了清罐污油高效、清洁分离的同时,以清罐污油高品质、高回收率为目标,最大化的将固相吸附的石油烃分离出来,既回收了油资源,同时也极大降低了固废中的油含量,不仅节约处置成本,回收了能源,同时减少了污染物的排放。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明还提供了一种清罐污油的处理装置,该处理装置包括:调节单元、分离单元、萃取单元、深度除油单元;其中,
调节单元用于加热清罐污油并进行均质,得到调节污油;
分离单元用于对调节污油进行分离,得到高品质油、污水和含油固体杂质;
萃取单元用于对含油固体杂质进行萃取除油处理,得到萃取油和含油残渣;
深度除油单元用于对含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离。

本发明的清罐污油的处理装置,安全高效,经济和环境效益显著。清罐污油经过本发明的处理装置处理后,回收的油达到商品原油品质,含水率小于1%,灰分含量小于0.005%,回收率大于95%;产生的残渣易于进行干化处理,干化残渣的含油率低于2%,含水率小于30%。
目前在我国炼化企业,建设和运行清罐污油高品质回炼工业化装置的报道很少。已报道的相关技术,基本都存在工业化放大问题。清罐污油产量较大,现有的处理技术很难满足生产需求,结合炼厂工况特点,清罐污油最优化处置还是以常减压掺炼为主。本发明的清罐污油的处理方法和装置结合生产实际,为炼厂清罐污油高效、清洁处理提供了切实可行的解决方案。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种清罐污油额处理装置,该净化处理装置包括:调节单元1、分离单元2、萃取单元3、深度除油单元4和萃取剂罐5、解析剂罐6。
调节单元1与分离单元2连通,分离单元2与萃取单元3连通,萃取单元3与深度除油单元4连通。
萃取剂罐4与萃取单元3连通,解析剂罐6与深度除油单元4连通。
本实施例还提供了一种利用上述装置完成的对清罐污油进行处理的方法,工艺流程图如图2所示,其包括以下步骤。
装置处理规模设计为2m3/h,清罐污油进料指标:含油率93%,含水率2.5%,固含量4.5%,灰分含量1.2%。
收集到储罐内的清罐污油通过污油泵提升至调节单元1的蒸汽加热设备,再进入调节单元1的均质设备,萃取单元2产生的萃取相(油)进入均质设备,温度控制在80℃,混合均质水力停留时间为40min。
调节单元1的均质污油自流进入分离单元2的两相离心设备,离心设备的分离因素为8000、分离时间为30min。分离出的净化油含水率0.4%、灰分含量0.003%,进入净化油储罐。
分离单元2分离出的油渣进入萃取单元3的萃取罐,萃取剂的投加比例为1∶1(与油渣的体积比),混合萃取时间为40min;萃取混合液在萃取单元3的两相离心机中进行离心分离,分离时间为20min,分离出的萃取相返回调节单元。
萃取单元3产生的萃取相(含油残渣)进入深度除油单元4,在该单元的解析设备中,采用70℃热的1%氢氧化钠水溶液作为解析剂处理萃余相(含油残渣),处理时间60min,解析出的油返回萃取单元3;在该单元的电催化氧化反应器中消解石油类,控制直流电源6V,电流密度600A/m2,反应时间90min;在该单元的分离设备中,采用旋转过滤设备,对氧化降解后的泥水混合物进行固液分离,分离出的水溶液在该单元循环利用,分离出的残渣含水率为71%,送污泥干化装置处理,干化后的污泥含油率1.6%、含水率24%。
Claims (2)
1.一种清罐污油的处理方法,其特征在于,该处理方法包括以下步骤:
将清罐污油加热至60℃-90℃,进行调节处理,调节处理的处理时间为20min-60min,得到调节污油;
对所述调节污油进行分离,所述分离的分离因数 大于6000,得到回收油、污水和含油固体杂质,所述分离的时间为10min-60min;其中,分离因数 是指离心力与重力的比值;
对所述含油固体杂质进行萃取除油处理,萃取剂与含油固体的体积比为0.5-2׃1,萃取的时间为30min-60min,得到萃取油和含油残渣;
将所述含油残渣进行解析、电催化氧化和固液分离,其中,解析出的油返回萃取除油处理,对氧化降解后的泥水混合物进行固液分离,解析采用的解析剂为温度为50℃-90℃的硫酸水溶液、盐酸水溶液、氢氧化钠水溶液或氢氧化钙水溶液,所述解析的时间为30min-60min,电催化氧化的处理电压为3V-15V,完成对清罐污油的处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,萃取除油处理采用的萃取剂为石油醚、汽油、柴油或石脑油。
