Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a ship house comprises an aquatic house body 10 and a buoyancy tank 1, wherein an underwater house 15 is arranged in the buoyancy tank 1, an interlayer is arranged on the wall and the bottom wall of the underwater house 15, a main deck 3 is arranged on the top surface of the buoyancy tank 1, the aquatic house body 10 is arranged on the main deck 3, and a pedestrian passageway for communicating the underwater house 15 with the aquatic house body 10 is arranged on the main deck 3.
The water house 10 is a two-layer building, and the water house 10 comprises two 7-shaped wallboards, wherein the two 7-shaped wallboards are respectively a bottom 7-shaped wallboard 4 and an upper 7-shaped wallboard 6; the bottom 7-shaped wallboard 4 comprises a short vertical wallboard 41 and a lower transverse bottom plate 42, the lower end of the short vertical wallboard 41 is connected with one side of the main deck 3, and the lower transverse bottom plate 42 is positioned right above the main deck 3; the upper 7-shaped wallboard 6 comprises a high vertical wallboard 61 and an upper transverse bottom plate 62, the lower end of the high vertical wallboard 61 is connected with the other side of the main deck 3, and the upper transverse bottom plate 62 is positioned right above the lower transverse bottom plate 42. The first floor of the aquatic house body is formed between the main deck and the lower-layer transverse bottom plate, the upper layer of the aquatic house body is formed between the lower-layer transverse bottom plate and the upper-layer transverse bottom plate, a terrace is formed at the part, extending out of the orthographic projection of the upper-layer transverse bottom plate, of the lower-layer transverse bottom plate, a glass guardrail 5 is arranged at the edge of the terrace, and a massage bathtub and the like can be arranged on the terrace.
The two 7-shaped wallboards are respectively and integrally formed and are made of glass fiber reinforced plastics.
The other end of the lower horizontal bottom plate 42 of the bottom 7-shaped wallboard 4 is connected with the inner side of the high vertical wallboard 61 of the upper 7-shaped wallboard 6.
The main deck 3 is provided with a hydrophilic drift table 31, and the hydrophilic drift table 31 extends out of the top surface of the buoyancy tank 1.
The wall of the underwater house 15 is provided with a transparent landscape window 2, and the transparent landscape window 2 is in sealing connection with the wall of the underwater house 15.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, a planting floating platform 18 is arranged on the outer surface of the buoyancy tank 1 corresponding to the lower part or lower part of the transparent landscape window 2, and the planting floating platform 18 extends out of the periphery of the transparent landscape window 2.

The lower end of the fixed pile 8 is conical, and the lower end of the fixed pile 8 is driven into the seabed.
The fixing piles 8 are steel pipe piles, and the cross sections of the fixing piles 8 are round.
Referring to fig. 6, the buoyancy tank 1 includes a side wall 16 and a bottom wall 17, the side wall 16 surrounds the bottom wall 17, the side wall 16 and the bottom wall 17 together form a concave cavity, the concave cavity forms the underwater house 15, an interlayer is disposed in the left and right side walls 16 and a part of the bottom wall 17, and the side wall 16 is provided with a transparent landscape window 2. The inner wall surface of the concave cavity is a vertical surface, and the inner bottom surface of the concave cavity is a horizontal surface.
As shown in fig. 11, the front and rear side walls 14 of the buoyancy tank 1 are provided with the transparent landscape window 2.
The left and right side walls 16 are sandwiched with solid ballast and vertical conduit channels leading to the bottom wall 17.
An interlayer is arranged in the bottom wall 17, and a fresh water tank b, a gray water tank c, a black water tank d, a balance adjustment water tank 4 and a horizontal pipeline channel are arranged in the interlayer and are communicated with the vertical pipeline channel.
The buoyancy tank 1 is provided with mooring piles 11. The outer bottom surface of the buoyancy tank 1 is provided with a front-back directional reinforcing convex rib 12.
The left and right sides of the outer surface of the buoyancy tank 1 are provided with saddles 7, the saddles 7 are L-shaped, the longitudinal sections of the saddles 7 are welded with the outer side surface of the buoyancy tank 1, and the transverse sections of the saddles 7 are welded with the outer bottom surface of the buoyancy tank 1. The saddle is connected with the cabin body, which is beneficial for the cabin to be fixed on the sea, is not influenced by wind waves and tides, and can be used as a protection and collision prevention device on the whole cabin berthing wharf or other objects. In addition, the saddle not only can protect the appearance and the internal structure of the cabin from collision, but also can be connected with the pile, so that the cabin is not affected by tides, waves and wind power, does not swing and is safe and sinking.
As shown in fig. 5, the saddle 7 includes a bottom support portion connected to the outer bottom surface of the buoyancy tank 1, and a wall protection portion connected to the outer side surface of the buoyancy tank 1. The saddle 7 longitudinal section forms the collet portion, the saddle 7 transverse section forms the retaining wall portion, and the collet portion and the retaining wall portion are welded with the outer surface of the buoyancy tank 1 respectively.
The saddle 7 is formed by welding side plates 74, a bottom plate 76, a top plate 75, an outer end plate 79, a diaphragm plate 78 and a longitudinal diaphragm plate 77, wherein the side plates 74 are L-shaped, more than two side plates 74 are arranged, and the side plates 74 are parallel to each other; the bottom plate 76 is arranged on the bottom surface of the side plate 74, and the top plate 75 is arranged on the top surface of the side plate 74; the outer end plate 79 is arranged at the outer end of the side plate 74; the diaphragm 78 is provided with more than two pieces, and is arranged between the side plates 74 and 74 of the protection wall part of the saddle 7; the vertical partition 77 is provided with two or more pieces, and is provided between the side plate 74 and the side plate 74 of the bottom of the saddle 7.
The surfaces of the side plates 74, the bottom plate 76, at least part of the transverse partition plates 78 and at least part of the longitudinal partition plates 77 are provided with hollowed-out windows.
The outer surface of the outer end plate 79 is provided with a guide sleeve 71.
Two saddles 7 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the buoyancy tank 1, and convex ribs 12 at the bottom of the buoyancy tank 1 separate the saddles 7 on the left side and the right side.
The outer wall of the fixed pile 8 is provided with a sinking limit 81, a section of the fixed pile 8 corresponding to the upper part of the sinking limit 81 is a guide section 82, the guide sleeve 71 is provided with a sleeve hole, and the sleeve hole is sleeved outside the guide section 82 of the fixed pile 8.
The sinking limit 81 is a limit convex ring, and the outer diameter of the limit convex ring is larger than the diameter of the trepanning of the guide sleeve 71. The guide sleeve 71 is provided with a roller 73, and the roller 73 is in rolling friction contact with the surface of the fixed pile 8.
The number of the rollers 73 is more than three, and each roller 73 is distributed around the center of the trepanning of the guide sleeve 71.
The fixing pile 8 is provided with an upper guide sleeve 71 and a lower guide sleeve 71, the upper side of one guide sleeve 71 is provided with the roller 73, and the lower side of the other guide sleeve 71 is provided with the roller 73.
The guide sleeve 71 is provided with a wheel frame 72, and the roller 73 is rotatably arranged on the wheel frame 72.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, at least part of the outline of the water house (shown by the central line in fig. 6) is provided with a light strip assembly 9, the light strip assembly 9 includes a base 92, a light strip 98, a light guide 94 and a reflector 93, the base 92 is disposed on the house, the base 92 is provided with a light groove 96, the light strip 98 is disposed in the light groove 96, the light guide 94 covers the light strip 98, and the reflector 93 is disposed on one side of the light guide 94.
A base plate 95 is arranged in the middle of the lamp groove 96 of the base body 92, and the reflector 93 is arranged outside the base plate 95; the lamp strips 98 are arranged outside the two sides of the backing plate 95, and the light guide 94 is pressed and connected on the edge of the outer surface of the reflector 93.
The lamp groove 96 is trapezoid, the light guide piece 94 is acrylic glass, and the acrylic glass is connected with the side plate 74 of the lamp groove 96.
Stainless steel mirror plates 97 are further arranged on two sides of the backing plate 95, a flanging is arranged at one end of each stainless steel mirror plate 97, the flanging is lapped on the edge of the outer surface of the reflector 93, and the light guide 94 is in pressure connection with the flanging.
The section of the stainless steel mirror panel 97 is C-shaped, the two ends of the stainless steel mirror panel form the outward flange and the inward flange, and the edge of the reflector 93 and the edge of the backing plate 95 are inserted between the outward flange and the inward flange of the stainless steel mirror panel 97.
The backing plate 95 is an FRP plate, and the FRP plate is fixed with the seat 92 through screws; the stainless steel mirror plate 97 is fixed to the backing plate 95 by another screw.
The lamplight belt assembly 9 further comprises a side sleeve 91, the side sleeve 91 is in a channel steel shape, an opening of the side sleeve 91 is buckled with the outline, and a seat body 92 is arranged on one side, back to the opening, of the side sleeve 91.
As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the front and rear side walls 14 of the buoyancy tank 1 are sealing plates, an opening 18 for communicating the inside of the concave cavity with the outside of the buoyancy tank 1 is formed, the transparent landscape window 2 is formed on the opening 18, the transparent landscape window 2 comprises a transparent plate 26, a sealing member and a pressing member, and the transparent plate 26 covers the opening 18 and is fixed on the opening 18 through the pressing member; a seal is provided at the edge of the transparent plate 26 to seal the mating gap between the transparent plate 26 and the aperture 18.
The transparent plate 26 is arranged outside the opening 18, and the sealing member comprises a sealing gasket 25, and the sealing gasket 25 is pressed between the transparent plate 26 and the outer edge of the opening 18.
The pressing piece is arranged on the outer side of the buoyancy tank 1 and comprises a pressing plate 24 and a locking bolt 23, one part of the pressing plate 24 is lapped on the transparent plate 26, and the other part of the pressing plate 24 extends out of the periphery of the transparent plate 26 and is connected with the buoyancy tank 1 through the locking bolt 23.
An annular boss 13 is arranged on the outer side of the buoyancy tank 1 corresponding to the periphery of the transparent plate 26, and a threaded connection hole is formed in the annular boss 13 corresponding to the locking bolt 23; the pressing plate 24 is annular, the inner ring part of the pressing plate 24 is lapped on the transparent plate 26, and the outer ring part of the pressing plate 24 is in threaded connection with the threaded connection hole of the annular boss 13 through the locking bolt 23. The annular boss 13 is surrounded by a steel plate, a nut is arranged in the annular boss 13, the center of the nut is provided with the threaded connection hole 131, and a hole position is arranged on the surface of the annular boss 13 corresponding to the center of the nut.
The sealing piece further comprises a T-shaped sealing ring 21 with a T-shaped cross section, the T-shaped sealing ring 21 comprises an upper sealing piece 211 and a lower sealing piece 212, and the upper end of the lower sealing piece 212 is integrally connected with the middle part of the bottom surface of the upper sealing piece 211; one end of the upper sealing piece 211 is arranged between the inner ring part of the pressing plate 24 and the outer side edge of the transparent plate 26, the other end of the upper sealing piece 211 is arranged between the outer ring part of the pressing plate 24 and the outer side surface of the annular boss 13, and the lower sealing piece 212 is arranged between the outer peripheral surface of the transparent plate 26 and the inner ring surface of the annular boss 13.
The locking bolt 23 sequentially passes through the pressing plate 24 and the other end of the upper sealing piece 211 of the T-shaped sealing ring 21 and is in threaded connection with the threaded connection hole of the annular boss 13.
The lower sealing piece 212 of the T-shaped sealing ring 21 has a wide upper end and a narrow lower end.
And a cushion block 242 is further arranged between the pressing plate 24 and the annular boss 13, the cushion block 242 is positioned on the periphery of the T-shaped sealing ring 21, and the thickness of the cushion block 242 is smaller than that of the upper sealing sheet 211 of the T-shaped sealing ring 21.
The locking bolt 23 is also sleeved with a stop washer 22, the outer end of the locking bolt 23 is provided with an adjusting head, and the stop washer 22 is positioned between the adjusting head and the pressing plate 24.
The periphery of the adjusting head is provided with a stop plane, a stop groove 241 is arranged beside the outer side surface of the pressing plate 24 corresponding to the locking bolt 23, the stop washer 22 is provided with an upper flange 221 and a lower flange 222, the upper flange 221 is close to the stop plane, and the lower flange 222 is inserted into the stop groove 241.
