Abstract
本发明公开了温控型多层瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、锡箔纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层,其中前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层均由纸制成,第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层均由钙塑纸制成。本发明的多层瓦楞纸板,综合利用普通瓦楞纸和钙塑瓦楞纸的优点,利用普通瓦楞纸板提供纸箱的保温性和耐滑性;利用锡箔纸进一步提高保温性能,降低外界环境温度对纸箱内部的影响;结合凝胶使用,使得瓦楞纸板具备“凝胶冰袋”的温控功能,制成的纸箱能够有效的控制箱内温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸板技术领域,具体涉及温控型多层瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。相对于单纯的纸板,具有较高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。现有的瓦楞纸板制成纸箱后只有单纯的包装功能,对于需要保温控温的物品,一般都会选择使用保温箱等进行保存运输。这极大限制了瓦楞纸板的应用。因此,设计一种具有温控能力的瓦楞纸板,具有巨大的经济价值和实用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:温控型多层瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、锡箔纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层,其中前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层均由纸制成,第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层均由钙塑纸制成。
第三瓦楞纸层与第三纸板层之间形成若干第一瓦楞腔,每个第一瓦楞腔中均设有若干隔板,隔板将第一瓦楞腔分隔成若干独立的容纳室,容纳室内注有凝胶。
凝胶为聚乙烯醇水凝胶。
第三纸板层与第四瓦楞纸层之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔,内面纸层上布满若干分别连通第二瓦楞腔的通孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的多层瓦楞纸板,综合利用普通瓦楞纸和钙塑瓦楞纸的优点,利用普通瓦楞纸板提供纸箱的保温性和耐滑性;利用锡箔纸进一步提高保温性能,降低外界环境温度对纸箱内部的影响;结合凝胶使用,使得瓦楞纸板具备“凝胶冰袋”的温控功能,制成的纸箱能够有效的控制箱内温度。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,温控型多层瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的前面纸层1、第一瓦楞纸层2、第一纸板层3、锡箔纸层4、第二纸板层5、第三瓦楞纸层6、第三纸板层7、第四瓦楞纸层8、内面纸层9,其中前面纸层1、第一瓦楞纸层2、第一纸板层3均由纸制成,第二纸板层5、第三瓦楞纸层6、第三纸板层7、第四瓦楞纸层8、内面纸层9均由钙塑纸制成。第二纸板层5、第三瓦楞纸层6、第三纸板层7、第四瓦楞纸层8、内面纸层9起到加强结构的作用,制成纸箱后维持纸箱内部结构稳定,同时起到保温控温的作用;锡箔纸层4能够有效隔离外界环境对多层瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱内部温度的影响;前面纸层1、第一瓦楞纸层2、第一纸板层3起到防滑作用,防止锡箔纸层4被破坏。
第三瓦楞纸层7与第三纸板层6之间形成若干第一瓦楞腔10,每个第一瓦楞腔10中均设有若干隔板,隔板将第一瓦楞腔10分隔成若干独立的容纳室,容纳室内注有凝胶11。凝胶11与容纳室形成“凝胶冰袋”的功能,还能够增加箱体的结构强度,纸箱耐撞耐摔,对箱体内物品形成保护。
凝胶为聚乙烯醇水凝胶。
第三纸板层7与第四瓦楞纸层8之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔12,内面纸层9上布满若干分别连通第二瓦楞腔12的通孔13。通孔13能够缩短纸箱内部与“凝胶冰袋”之间的距离,使得“凝胶冰袋”能够快速控温。将本发明的多层瓦楞纸板加工制成纸箱,独立容纳室形成的“凝胶冰袋”不影响纸板的折叠、切割,制成纸箱后将纸箱置于冰柜等冷冻一段时间后使用。

1.温控型多层瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括有依次粘接的前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、锡箔纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层,其中前面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层均由纸制成,第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、内面纸层均由钙塑纸制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的温控型多层瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述第三瓦楞纸层与第三纸板层之间形成若干第一瓦楞腔,每个第一瓦楞腔中均设有若干隔板,隔板将第一瓦楞腔分隔成若干独立的容纳室,容纳室内注有凝胶。
3.如权利要求2所述的温控型多层瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述凝胶为聚乙烯醇水凝胶。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的温控型多层瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述第三纸板层与第四瓦楞纸层之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔,内面纸层上布满若干分别连通第二瓦楞腔的通孔。
