Chemical liquid can be sprayed out by the liquid spraying mechanism 5 to react with the surface of the plate, so that an oxide layer on the surface of the plate is reacted, and the liquid spraying mechanism 5 is of an up-and-down distribution structure and can treat the two sides of the plate; the scraping plate 62 can scrape off impurities on the outer wall of the plate, and the second spray head 64 arranged at the bottom end of the scraping plate 62 can spray water introduced by the second liquid distribution pipe 322, so that the impurities gathered at the bottom end of the scraping plate 62 are washed away, the plate is washed, and the impurities are washed out to the guide plate 22 to be discharged; the liquid in the cleaning process is discharged along the guide plate 22, and then filtered by the first filter plate 71 and the second filter plate 72, so that the liquid is collected and stored for recycling. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) during conveying, the first conveying roller 9 and the second conveying roller 9a convey the plates, then the plates enter the processing box 2, the liquid pump 31 pumps water in the liquid collecting box 73, then the water is pumped to the first liquid dividing pipe 321 and the second liquid dividing pipe 322 through the liquid pumping pipe 31, the chemical liquid storage tank 4 is opened, the chemical liquid is discharged into the first liquid dividing pipe 321 to be mixed with the water for dilution, then the liquid is discharged into the liquid storage box 51, and finally the liquid is discharged through the first spray head 52 to react with the surfaces of the plates, so that the oxide layers on the surfaces of the plates are reacted, and the liquid spraying mechanism 5 is of an up-and-down distribution structure and can treat the two surfaces of the plates; the cleaning liquid will be discharged along the guide plate 22;
(2) the plate with the cleaned oxide layer is continuously conveyed to the area of the cleaning mechanism 6, the scrapers 62 can scrape impurities on the outer wall of the plate, the scrapers 62 are distributed with a plurality of scrapers 62 to enable the scraping effect to be better, and in the process of scraping the impurities, the second spray head 64 arranged at the bottom end of the scrapers 62 can spray water introduced by the second liquid distribution pipe 322, so that the impurities gathered at the bottom end of the scrapers 62 are washed away, the plate is washed, the impurities are washed out to the guide plate 22, and the impurities are discharged;
(3) drainage and impurity can be through first filter 71, second filter 72, realize double filtration for impurity is strained, and water deposits in collection liquid tank 73, and the staff can put in the flocculating agent to collection liquid tank 73, thereby improves impurity precipitation effect.
According to the invention, the liquid spraying mechanism 5 can spray chemical liquid to react with the surface of the plate, so that an oxide layer on the surface of the plate is reacted, and the liquid spraying mechanism 5 is of an up-and-down distribution structure, so that the two sides of the plate can be treated; the scraping plate 62 can scrape off impurities on the outer wall of the plate, and the second spray head 64 arranged at the bottom end of the scraping plate 62 can spray water introduced by the second liquid distribution pipe 322, so that the impurities gathered at the bottom end of the scraping plate 62 are washed away, the plate is washed, and the impurities are washed out to the guide plate 22 to be discharged; the liquid in the cleaning process is discharged along the guide plate 22, and then filtered by the first filter plate 71 and the second filter plate 72, so that the liquid is collected and stored for recycling.
