技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水针织植绒布。
背景技术
植绒布是以各类布料为底布,正面植上尼龙绒毛或粘胶绒毛,再经过烘蒸和水洗加工而成,绒面丰盈、手感柔和、色泽亮丽、风格别致,随着植绒工艺的完善和更新,植绒装饰布越来越得到消费者的青睐了。市场上的植绒布各种各样,但随着着装者的要求越来越高,现有植绒布的保暖性、手感及多样化的功能已经越来越不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种防水针织植绒布,具有保暖透气,阻燃抗静电、杀菌除螨的特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水针织植绒布,其特征在于:包括从内到外依次粘合在一起的绒毛层、棉纤维层、涤纶层、复合层和防水透气层,所述棉纤维层上等间隔形成凹部,所述涤纶层具有16.7tex的涤纶纱交织成的线圈结构,所述涤纶纱的线圈长度为24.5cm/100针,涤纶纱的截面为十字型,所述复合层由经纱和纬纱垂直编织而成,所述经纱包括竹纤维和银纤维,所述银纤维为等间隔排列,所述竹纤维和银纤维的排列数量比为32:1,所述纬纱采用芳纶纤维。
作为优选,所述棉纤维层由棉纤维经纬编织而成。
作为优选,所述防水透气层为TPU薄膜。
本发明的有益效果是:制成的服装穿着保暖舒适、抗菌抑菌、除螨防臭,具有极佳的吸湿排汗性、永久的抗静电和阻燃性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1、图2所示,一种防水针织植绒布,包括从内到外依次粘合在一起的绒毛层1、棉纤维层2、涤纶层3、复合层4和防水透气层5,可通过溶胶粘合,实际上还可通过缝纫线缝合在一起,本发明制成服装进行穿着时防水透气层5为外层,绒毛层1为内层。
所述棉纤维层2由棉纤维经纬编织而成,棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖,所述棉纤维层2上等间隔形成凹部6,该凹部6通过热压工艺形成,实际为在棉纤维层2的一个表面形成凹部6,另一个表面形成与凹部6相对的“凸部”,本发明中棉纤维层2与涤纶层3贴合的一侧表面形成实际上的凹部6,该凹部6能够存储大量的空气,提高了保暖性能,同时可以作为导湿的通道。
所述涤纶层3具有16.7tex的涤纶纱交织成的线圈结构,所述涤纶纱的线圈长度为24.5cm/100针,可实现有效的覆盖效果,增加穿着舒适度;涤纶纱的截面为十字型,能增强纤维间的抱合力,改善纤维的蓬松性和透气性,同时自身形成较多的沟槽,吸湿排汗性能大大提升。
所述复合层4由经纱和纬纱垂直编织而成,所述经纱包括竹纤维7和银纤维8,竹纤维7是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维,具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能;银纤维8具有防辐射、抗静电性、除臭杀菌、医疗保健的作用。
所述银纤维8为等间隔排列,所述竹纤维7和银纤维8的排列数量比为32:1,即每排列32根竹纤维7后插入1根银纤维8。
所述纬纱采用芳纶纤维9,芳纶纤维9具有优异的阻燃、耐热性能,极限氧指数大于28%,属于难燃纤维,还具有持久的热稳定性与尺寸稳定性,可在220℃温度下长期使用而不老化,在250℃左右温度下的热收缩率仅为1%,短时间暴露于300℃温度中也不会收缩、脆化、软化或者融熔,在超过370℃的高温下才开始分解,400℃温度下才会碳化。
所述防水透气层5为TPU薄膜,TPU薄膜是在TPU颗粒料基础上,经压延、流延、吹膜、涂覆等特殊工艺制成的薄膜,厚度0.01到2mm,具备使湿气透过而将水滴阻止在外的作用。
