A test method of the test system for testing waterproof products as described above, comprising the steps of:
s1, loading a product to be tested to a test fixture and starting a test;
s2, dripping water to a sound receiving hole of a product to be detected by the water dripping controller, and plugging the sound receiving hole;
s3, extracting the internal air pressure of the product by the waterproof tester;
s4, maintaining negative pressure balance in the product by the waterproof tester;
and S5, testing the negative pressure value of product leakage by the waterproof tester.
Preferably, the loading the product to be tested into the test fixture in step S1 specifically includes loading the product to be tested on the first plate, controlling the second plate to descend to press against the product to be tested by the pneumatic control mechanism, and then controlling the third plate to descend together with the drip control valve by the pneumatic control mechanism.
Preferably, after the sound receiving hole is plugged in the step S2, the method further includes a step of controlling the third plate to rise by the pneumatic control mechanism to drive the dripping control valve to rise.

As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the test system includes a test jig 100, a drip controller 200, a waterproof tester 300, and a test computer 400, the test jig 100 is connected to the waterproof tester 300, the test jig 100 and the waterproof tester 300 are respectively connected to the test computer 400, the drip controller 200 is loaded on the test jig 100, and the test jig 100 further includes a pneumatic control mechanism 110.
The test fixture 100 integrates product loading, pneumatic control, drip control and waterproof tester 300 start signal control test software data acquisition control, one-key start, and full automatic operation. Specifically, the test fixture 100 includes a box 120, where the box 120 is used to carry the pneumatic control mechanism 110 and the drip controller 200, and a PLC control circuit board may be loaded in the box 120. The test fixture 100 further comprises a first plate 130, a second plate 140 and a third plate 150, which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the first plate 130, the second plate 140 and the third plate 150 are coaxially connected through a connecting piece 160, and the second plate 140 and the third plate 150 are controlled to move up and down by the pneumatic control mechanism 110. The first plate 130 is fixed on the upper end surface of the box 120, and the upper end surface of the first plate 130 is used for bearing and fixing the waterproof product to be tested.
The drip controller 200 includes a clean water carrying cylinder 210 and a drip control valve 220, a drip needle 221 is disposed at the lower end of the drip control valve 220, the drip needle 221 passes through the third plate 150 and the second plate 140 and is aligned with a sound receiving hole of a product to be tested, so as to control the drip position and the drip amount. Specifically, clean water is disposed in the clean water bearing cylinder 210, and is connected to the drip control valve 220 through a pipeline, and the drip control valve 220 accurately controls the water yield to realize accurate dripping.
The test fixture 100 further includes two switch buttons 170, and the switch buttons 170 are preferably disposed on two sides of the case 120, and must be pressed simultaneously to be activated, so as to avoid one-hand activation. After the switch button 170 is started, the pneumatic control mechanism 110 controls the second plate 140 to descend until the second plate 140 is pressed against the product to be tested to prevent the product from shaking, preferably, the lower end surface of the second plate 140 is provided with a profiling product upper surface structure, then the pneumatic control mechanism 110 controls the third plate 150 to descend together with the dripping control valve 220, an elastic piece 180 is arranged between the second plate 140 and the third plate 150, the compression amount of the descending stroke control elastic piece 180 is controlled by the pneumatic control mechanism 110, so that the depth of the dripping needle 221 of the dripping control valve 220 extending into a sound receiving hole of the product to be tested is reached, dripping control is performed, a waterproof breathable film is blocked to contact with the external air of the product, after dripping is completed, the pneumatic control mechanism 110 controls the third plate 150 to ascend to drive the dripping control valve 220 to ascend (at the moment, the second plate 140 keeps pressing the product state), finally, the waterproof tester 300 starts to test, and after the test is completed, test data is output to the test computer 400 and display is output.
The pneumatic control mechanism 110 further includes an air outlet tube 111 and an air inlet tube 112.
The connecting members 160 between the first plate 130, the second plate 140 and the third plate 150 may be four bars, which are symmetrically formed at four corners of the plates, respectively, one end of each bar may be fixedly connected with the first plate 130, and the second plate 140 and the third plate 150 may move up and down with respect to the bars. The elastic members 180 between the second plate 140 and the third plate 150 may be springs arranged on supporting sliding rods between the second plate 140 and the third plate 150, and the number of the elastic members 180 may be four and symmetrically arranged between the second plate 140 and the third plate 150.
The waterproof tester 300 in the embodiment of the invention can be a full-automatic digital tester, namely a FL-296B model waterproof tester of Instrument and meter limited company of Ganshan (Tianjin), and can acquire a starting signal through the test fixture 100, so as to automatically extract the internal air pressure of a product, balance and measure the air pressure value, and transmit test data to computer test software and a storage system to realize waterproof performance test.
In the embodiment of the invention, the test computer 400 is in communication connection with the test fixture 100 and the waterproof tester 300, compares and judges the test data of the waterproof tester 300 through special waterproof test software, outputs the test Pass or Fail result, and uploads and records the test Pass or Fail result to the storage server.
The test system of the embodiment of the invention can be used for carrying out IP67 level and IP68 level waterproof tests aiming at the waterproof electronic product with a combined structure and sealed type, and under the condition of good compressed air input and 220V alternating current power input, and takes interphones as an example, the related parameters are as follows:
The IP67 level waterproof test parameters comprise a power supply of AC 220V 2KW, a compressed air input of-15 Kpa (which can be regulated by a device pressure regulating valve), a water dripping time of 1s, a water dripping amount of 0.01ml, a delay time of 1s, an air extraction time of 7s, a balance time of 5s, a test leakage value time of 5s, an exhaust time of 1s and a leakage judgment standard value range of-120 Pa.
The IP 68-level waterproof test parameters comprise a power supply, an AC 220V 2KW power supply, a compressed air input of-30 Kpa (which can be regulated by a device pressure regulating valve), a dripping time of 1s, a dripping amount of 0.01ml, a delay time of 1s, an air extraction time of 10s, a balance time of 25s, a test leakage value time of 15s, an exhaust time of 5s and a leakage judgment standard value range of-90 Pa.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the marine energy PD7 series interphone is taken as an example, after the waterproof performance of the product in the production process is tested by adopting the test system, the one-time waterproof test yield is improved by 17.23%, and the waterproof test yield is as high as 97.55%, so that the test system of the embodiment of the invention can reduce the erroneous judgment of the product to be tested, improve the waterproof test efficiency of the product, prevent the erroneous judgment during manual repeated judgment, improve the product yield, avoid quality accidents or customer complaints, and also can save manpower and reduce the cost.
Example two
As shown in fig. 8, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a testing method for testing a waterproof product testing system according to the first embodiment, which includes the following steps:
Step S1, loading a product to be tested to a test fixture 100 and starting a test;
step S2, the drip controller 200 drips to a sound receiving hole of a product to be detected, and the sound receiving hole is plugged;
step S3, the waterproof tester 300 extracts the internal air pressure of the product;
step S4, the waterproof tester 300 keeps the negative pressure balance in the product;
step S5, the waterproof tester 300 tests the negative pressure value of product leakage.
The loading of the product to be tested into the test fixture 100 in step S1 specifically includes loading the product to be tested on the first plate 130 (which may be manually operated or mechanically and automatically operated), the pneumatic control mechanism 110 controls the second plate 140 to descend to press against the product to be tested, and then the pneumatic control mechanism 110 controls the third plate 150 to descend together with the drip control valve 220. After the sound receiving hole is plugged in step S2, the step further includes the step of controlling the third plate 150 to rise by the pneumatic control mechanism 110 to drive the drip control valve 220 to rise.
