本发明公开了一种紧凑型储气模块,涉及压力容器设备领域,主要由气瓶、支座箍带组件、头部支座组件和热控组件四大部分组成,利用气瓶头部空间,模块加注口和模块出气口集成在头部支座组件,实现紧凑型设计;头部支座组件为对称设计,集成的传感器、阀门等可实现储气模块即装即用功能;支座箍带组件和头部支座组件配合实现了气瓶轴向和径向的固定,具有轻便高精度特点,节省了气瓶底部固定空间;热控组件实现了真空环境下储气模块的温度控制,保证阀门、传感器和气瓶的正常工作;气瓶、上支座和下支座均采用复合材料,紧固件采用钛合金,实现了整个储气模块的轻量化设计;头部支座组件上的接地桩实现了整个储气模块的等电位功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种航天压力容器设备,尤其涉及一种应用于太阳同步轨道卫星和其他类似航天飞行器贮存增压气体的气瓶。
背景技术
目前空间推进分系统中使用的气瓶,主要固定形式是箍带和气瓶底部螺纹,气瓶底部螺纹固定结构占用了气瓶底部的使用空间。且气瓶顶部管嘴空间并未得到有效利用。气瓶使用时需要在推进分系统中额外设计管路和控制系统。
因此,研发一种航天器用紧凑型储气模块尤为重要与迫切。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种紧凑型储气模块,主要由气瓶、支座箍带组件、头部支座组件和热控组件四大部分组成。所述头部支座组件上集成模块加注口和模块出气口,实现紧凑型设计;头部支座组件为对称设计,集成的传感器、阀门可实现储气模块即装即用功能;所述支座箍带组件和头部支座组件配合实现了气瓶轴向和径向的固定;所述热控组件将储气模块包裹在内,热控组件实现了真空环境下储气模块的温度控制,保证阀门、传感器和气瓶的正常工作。
进一步,气瓶通过气瓶顶部管嘴和上支座通过螺纹轴向固定,气瓶通过气瓶箍带固定在下支座上,实现径向固定。上支座和下支座通过螺纹固定在航天器上,实现储气模块整体固定。电磁阀、压力传感器、减压阀、接地桩、模块出气口、加注口通过螺栓固定在上支座。通过焊接管路依次连接加注口、气瓶、压力传感器(上游)、电磁阀(上游)、减压阀、压力传感器(下游)、电磁阀(下游)和模块出气口,实现气体流动控制。接地桩通过电缆与各个金属组件相连。
本发明一种航天器用紧凑型储气模块,通过热控组件实现了空间环境温控功能;接地桩实现了模块等电位功能;采用紧凑型设计,上支座安装了压力传感器、电磁阀和气瓶等组件,合理利用气瓶管嘴空间;气瓶、上支座和下支座均采用复合材料,紧固件采用钛合金,减轻模块重量。上支座上的组件安装采取对称布局设计,阀门管路布局合理,使用方便。
具有益效果是:
1)合理利用气瓶头部空间,既实现了气瓶固定,又集成了阀门、管路等,实现紧凑型结构设计;
2)头部支座组件对称设计,其集成的压力传感器阀门等组件实现储气模块的即装即用功能;
3)利用气瓶顶部管嘴和气瓶箍带进行固定,节省气瓶底部空间;
4)气瓶顶部管嘴实现气瓶轴向固定,气瓶箍带实现气瓶径向固定,具有轻便高精度特点;
5)热控组件实现储气模块空间环境下的正常工作;
6)气瓶、支座采用复合材料,紧固件采用钛合金材料,减轻储气模块重量;
7)接地桩连接电磁阀、减压阀等金属组件,实现模块等电位功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。图中标记为:1—热控组件,2—气瓶,3—上支座,4—下支座,5—气瓶箍带,6—电磁阀,7—压力传感器,8—减压阀,9—接地桩,10—模块出气口,11—加注口。
本发明提供一种紧凑型储气模块,主要由气瓶2、支座箍带组件、头部支座组件和热控组件1四大部分组成。气瓶2通过气瓶顶部管嘴和上支座3通过螺纹轴向固定;气瓶2通过气瓶箍带5固定在下支座4上,实现径向固定;上支座3和下支座4通过螺纹固定在航天器上,实现储气模块整体固定;电磁阀6、压力传感器7、减压阀8、接地桩9、模块出气口10、加注口11通过螺栓固定在上支座3;通过焊接管路依次连接加注口11、气瓶2、压力传感器7(上游)、电磁阀6(上游)、减压阀8、压力传感器7(下游)、电磁阀6(下游)和模块出气口10,实现气体流动控制;接地桩9通过电缆与各个金属组件相连;热控组件将储气模块包裹在内;电机7固定在支架6上,并和阀杆3相连。头部支座组件内部的电磁阀6、压力传感器7、减压阀8为对称布局设计,实现了储气模块的即装即用功能。
优选的,不使用气瓶底部螺纹进行固定,而是使用气瓶1顶部的管嘴固定;此固定方式节省气瓶底部原本所需空间,实现了紧凑型设计。气瓶1通过支座箍带组件和上支座3配合实现了气瓶轴向和径向的固定,具有轻便高精度特点。热控组件1实现了气瓶2、头部支座组件的加热和温控,确保气瓶2、电磁阀6和压力传感器7等在空间环境能正常工作。气瓶2、上支座3和下支座4均采用复合材料,紧固件采用钛合金,实现了整个储气模块的轻量化设计。头部支座组件上安装了接地桩9,实现了整个储气模块的等电位功能。

1.一种紧凑型储气模块,其特征在于,包括气瓶、支座箍带组件、头部支座组件和热控组件;
所述头部支座组件上集成模块加注口和模块出气口,实现紧凑型设计;头部支座组件为对称设计,集成的传感器、阀门可实现储气模块即装即用功能;所述支座箍带组件和头部支座组件配合实现了气瓶轴向和径向的固定;所述热控组件将储气模块包裹在内,热控组件实现了真空环境下储气模块的温度控制,保证阀门、传感器和气瓶的正常工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型储气模块,其特征在于,所述气瓶通过气瓶顶部管嘴和上支座通过螺纹轴向固定,气瓶通过气瓶箍带固定在下支座上,实现径向固定;上支座和下支座通过螺纹固定在航天器上,实现储气模块整体固定;电磁阀、压力传感器、减压阀、接地桩、模块出气口、加注口通过螺栓固定在上支座;通过焊接管路依次连接加注口、气瓶、压力传感器、电磁阀、减压阀、压力传感器、电磁阀和模块出气口,实现气体流动控制;接地桩通过电缆与各个金属组件相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型储气模块,其特征在于,头部支座组件内部的电磁阀、压力传感器、减压阀为对称布局设计,实现了储气模块的即装即用功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型储气模块,其特征在于,所述气瓶、上支座和下支座采用复合材料,紧固件采用钛合金,实现了整个储气模块的轻量化设计。
