本发明涉及耐磨耐火材料领域,具体为一种轻质白刚玉的制备工艺。
背景技术
亚白刚玉生产是以高铝矾土为主要原料,依据铝对氧的亲和力大于铁、硅、钛等杂质,用还原冶炼法,脱硅、精炼、吹氧、二次化学反应工艺技术得到的近似白刚玉的产品,比棕刚玉杂质少,氧化铝含量高,颜色上近似白刚玉,从而起名为亚白刚玉。首先可替代昂贵的白刚玉,作为冶炼、机械工业的磨料和高等级耐火材料,缓解我国工业氧化铝资源的长期短缺,使刚玉质耐火材料有利推广和应用。
现有市场上的白刚玉原料紧缺,且成本高、价格昂贵,不利于刚玉质耐火材料的推广应用。棕刚玉只实用于磨料、磨具行业,在耐火材料行业内因其氧化铝含量低、杂质多、颜色褐红,在高级耐火材料上实用存在很大缺陷和不足。
现有白刚玉的生产技术存在生产的白刚玉粉末颗粒较大,粉末的整体性能单一,缺乏稳定性,技术附加值低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其制备工艺如下:
S1配料:选取含量为 70%-75%的氧化铝、含量0.05%-0.1%的二氧化硅、含量0.03%-0.05%的氧化铁、含量0.05%-0.08%的氧化钠、含量0.05%-0.08%的氧化镁、含量5%-10%的碳化硼、含量5%-15%的酚醛树脂粉、含量1%-2%偏苯三甲酸三辛酯、含量5%-10%苯乙烯、含量5%-10%纳米石英砂粉、含量2%-5%的丙烯酸正丁酯的混合原料;
S2加热:将S1中的原料放入温度为 1600℃ -2000℃的电弧炉里进行高温加热至半融化状态;
S3冷却:将S2中的半融化状态的原料倒入水冷接包让其急速冷却至凝固状态,然后翻包空冷至常温;
S4球磨:将冷却好的原料用球磨机进行破碎磨粒;
S5酸洗:将粉末在酸洗池中洗净;
S6烘干:将粉末烘干至含水量少于1%;
S7筛选:将粉末中颗粒直径较大的筛除;
S8包装:将筛选好的轻质白刚玉粉末打包。

其中,S2加热过程中加入分散剂,分散剂为硬质酸锌或者硬脂酸钡,使最终的产品中各成分分散更均匀。
其中,S2加热过程中加入粘结剂,粘结剂为尼龙酚醛热熔粘结剂或者丙烯酸树脂可固化热熔粘结剂,在高温条件下仍能保持很好的粘结效果。
其中,S6烘干采用红外烘箱,温度180-220摄氏度,时间30分钟,保证烘干效果。
其中,S7中筛选采用筛孔直径0.5微米的筛网,能将大颗粒的白刚玉粉末筛除。
本发明的有益效果如下:在传统的白刚玉制备工艺的基础上增加了多种改性剂,能改变白刚玉粉末的性能,使制备的白刚玉更加均匀,颗粒直径更小,作为后期的涂料使用时,粘结性和成面性也得到改善,具有更好的耐磨性和稳定性。

Claims (8)
1.一种轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:其制备工艺如下 :
S1配料:选取含量为 70%-75%的氧化铝、含量0.05%-0.1%的二氧化硅、含量0.03%-0.05%的氧化铁 、含量0.05%-0.08%的氧化钠、含量0.05%-0.08%的氧化镁、含量5%-10%的碳化硼、含量5%-15%的酚醛树脂粉、含量1%-2%偏苯三甲酸三辛酯、含量5%-10%苯乙烯、含量5%-10%纳米石英砂粉、含量2%-5%的丙烯酸正丁酯的混合原料;
S2加热:将S1中的原料放入温度为 1600℃ -2000℃的电弧炉里进行高温加热至半融化状态;
S3冷却:将S2中的半融化状态的原料倒入水冷接包让其急速冷却至凝固状态,然后翻包空冷至常温;
S4球磨:将冷却好的原料用球磨机进行破碎磨粒;
S5酸洗:将粉末在酸洗池中洗净;
S6烘干:将粉末烘干至含水量少于1%;
S7筛选:将粉末中颗粒直径较大的筛除;
S8包装:将筛选好的轻质白刚玉粉末打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S1中所述的氧化铝为a型氧化铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S2加热过程中加入表面改性剂,所述表面改性剂为阴离子型氟表面活性剂或者硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S2加热过程中加入消泡剂,所述消泡剂为三磷酸丁酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S2加热过程中加入分散剂,所述分散剂为硬质酸锌或者硬脂酸钡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S2加热过程中加入粘结剂,所述粘结剂为尼龙酚醛热熔粘结剂或者丙烯酸树脂可固化热熔粘结剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S6烘干采用红外烘箱,温度180-220摄氏度,时间30分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轻质白刚玉的制备工艺,其特征在于:S7中筛选采用筛孔直径0.5微米的筛网。
