Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an automobile seat with an adjustable height.
Background
With the popularization of automobiles and the improvement of the technology level, people have higher and higher requirements on the driving comfort and safety of automobiles. The safety of a driver can be effectively protected by a correct driving posture, and if the seat is not in a proper position, the sight line and the control sensitivity of the driver can be influenced, even traffic accidents are caused, and the driver and other people are injured. The first thing before driving is to adjust the position of the driver's seat. The driver can select suitable position, adjusts the distance between health and the steering wheel, makes the control steering wheel that both hands can be nimble, and both feet can be comfortable step on the footboard to carry out effectual control to the vehicle.
At present, the adjustment of the automobile seat is generally realized through a mechanical lifting mechanism, and the automobile seat is not only complex in structure and difficult to mount, but also can not be well suitable for a human body.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention aims to provide a height-adjustable automobile seat which has the advantages of being capable of adjusting the height of a cushion, simple in structure and capable of being better adapted to a human body.

the water cushion is arranged in the seat and matched with the seat, the water cushion is connected with a drain pipe and a first exhaust pipe, the drain pipe and the first exhaust pipe both extend to the side face of the seat, a detachable first sealing cover is arranged at the pipe orifice of the drain pipe, and a detachable second sealing cover is arranged at the pipe orifice of the first exhaust pipe;
the air cushion is borne at the bottom of the water cushion and is connected with a second exhaust pipe extending to the side face of the chair seat, a third sealing cover is arranged at the pipe orifice of the second exhaust pipe, and a first one-way valve is arranged on the second exhaust pipe;
the water storage tank is connected with the water cushion through a water injection pipe, a booster pump and a control valve are arranged on the water injection pipe, a water feeding pipe is arranged at the upper part of the water storage tank, a water inlet of the water feeding pipe extends out of the chair back, and a detachable fourth sealing cover is arranged at the water inlet of the water feeding pipe; and the number of the first and second groups,

By adopting the technical scheme, water is stored in the water storage tank, water can be injected into the water cushion by opening the control valve and the booster pump, the water cushion is soft, so that a passenger can more comfortably adapt to the body shape of a human body when sitting on the cushion, meanwhile, the height of the cushion can be adjusted to a certain degree by adjusting the injected water quantity, water in the water cushion, the cold water tank and the hot water tank can be discharged through the drain pipe, water can be added into the water storage tank again through the water adding pipe, and gas in the water cushion can be discharged when water is injected into the water cushion through the first exhaust pipe; open the second check valve, can aerify to the air cushion in through the air pump to further increase the height of cushion, and open the third closing cap and can reduce the height of cushion with the gas outgoing in the air cushion, and because it is faster to fill the gassing speed, therefore governing speed is faster.
Furthermore, the water cushion is also connected with a water return pipe communicated with the water storage tank, and a water return valve and a water return pump are arranged on the water return pipe.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, can return the water pump in the water blanket to the water storage tank through the return water pump to reduce the thickness of water blanket.
Furthermore, two sides of the air cushion are provided with auxiliary air edges extending upwards, and a space for accommodating the water cushion is formed between the auxiliary air edges.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, can be through the shape of supplementary gas limit adjustment cushion to human body of adaptation that can be better, can be inseparabler with what water cushion and air cushion combined simultaneously.
Furthermore, a heating pipe is arranged in the water storage tank.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, can heat the water in the storage water tank as required through the heating pipe to can make the temperature of cushion comparatively suitable when winter strictly, make the passenger more comfortable.
Furthermore, a grid plate is arranged in the water adding pipe close to the pipe orifice, and an indicating buoy is placed on the grid plate.
Further, the indication buoy includes: the floating ball and the indicating rod are borne on one side, deviating from the grating plate, of the floating ball.
By adopting the technical scheme, when water is added into the water storage tank through the water adding pipe, if the water level exceeds the grating plate, the floating ball can float upwards, and when the indicating rod protrudes out of the pipe orifice of the water adding pipe, the water storage tank is indicated to be full.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. A height adjustable car seat, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising: the chair comprises a chair body 1, wherein the chair body 1 comprises a chair seat 11 and a chair back 12; the water cushion 2 is arranged in the seat 11 and matched with the seat 11, the water cushion 2 is connected with a drain pipe 21 and a first exhaust pipe 22, the drain pipe 21 and the first exhaust pipe 22 both extend to the side surface of the seat 11, a detachable first sealing cover 23 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the drain pipe 21, and a detachable second sealing cover 24 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the first exhaust pipe 22; the air cushion is borne at the bottom of the water cushion 2 and is connected with a second exhaust pipe 31 extending to the side face of the seat 11, a third sealing cover 32 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the second exhaust pipe 31, and a first one-way valve 33 is arranged on the second exhaust pipe 31; a water storage tank 4, wherein the water storage tank 4 is connected with the water cushion 2 through a water injection pipe 41, the water injection pipe 41 is provided with a booster pump 42 and a control valve 43, the upper part of the water storage tank 4 is provided with a water adding pipe 44, the water inlet of the water adding pipe 44 extends out of the chair back 12, and the water inlet of the water adding pipe 44 is provided with a detachable fourth sealing cover 45; and the air pump 5 is communicated with the air cushion through an air inlet pipe 51, and a second one-way valve 52 is arranged on the air inlet pipe 51.
Specifically, the water cushion 2 is arranged below a leather surface layer of the seat 11 and is connected with the surface layer in a sewing mode, the water cushion 2 is a sealed bag body formed by sewing flexible waterproof materials, the air cushion and the water cushion 2 are fixed in a bonding or sewing mode, auxiliary air edges 7 extending upwards are arranged on two sides of the air cushion, and a space for containing the water cushion 2 is formed between the auxiliary air edges 7; the shape of the cushion is adjusted through the auxiliary air edge 7, so that the cushion can be better adapted to a human body, and meanwhile, the water cushion 2 and the air cushion can be combined more tightly.
The drain pipe 21, the first exhaust pipe 22 and the second exhaust pipe 31 are all fixed on one side of the seat 11 facing the car door through the connectors, the first sealing cover 23 is in threaded connection with the drain pipe 21, the second sealing cover 24 is in threaded connection with the first exhaust pipe 22, the third sealing cover 32 is in threaded connection with the second exhaust pipe 31, of course, valves can be arranged on the drain pipe 21 and the first exhaust pipe 22, and the speed of draining and exhausting can be controlled through the valves.
The holding chamber has been seted up to the inside of back of the chair 12, storage water tank 4 is fixed mutually through the support of bolt and back of the chair 12, booster pump 42, control flap 43 solenoid valve, first check valve 33, the control switch of air pump 5 and second check valve 52 all sets up in one side of seat support 11, and booster pump 42, control flap 43 solenoid valve, first check valve 33, air pump 5 and second check valve 52 link to each other with the power supply unit of car, can provide operating voltage through power supply unit, in other embodiments, also can set up power storage device in back of the chair 12 and provide operating voltage.
Water pipe 44 extends to one side of the upper portion of back of the chair 12, and its tip passes through the connector to be fixed on back of the chair 12, and fourth closing cap 45 threaded connection is equipped with grid plate 441 on water pipe 44 near mouth of pipe department in water pipe 44, and has placed on grid plate 441 and has instructed buoy 8, instructs buoy 8 to include: the floating ball 81 and the indicating rod 82 which is born on the side, away from the grating plate 441, of the floating ball 81, the plurality of water inlet grooves are formed in the grating plate 441, when water is added inwards through the water adding pipe 44, if the water level exceeds the grating plate 441, the floating ball 81 can float upwards, and when the indicating rod 82 protrudes out of the pipe orifice of the water adding pipe 44, the water storage tank 4 is indicated to be filled, so that the prompting effect is achieved.
Further, water cushion 2 still is connected with wet return 6 that is linked together with storage water tank 4, is equipped with wet return 61 and wet return pump 62 on wet return 6, and wet return 6 is connected in storage water tank 4 upper portion, and wet return 61 is the solenoid valve, and is same, and wet return 61 also sets up the one side at seat support 11 with the control switch of wet return pump 62, can return the water pump in water cushion 2 to storage water tank 4 in through wet return pump 62 to reduce water cushion 2's thickness.
Further, be equipped with heating pipe 46 in the storage water tank 4, the control switch of heating pipe 46 also sets up in one side of seat support 11, can heat the water in storage water tank 4 according to the demand through heating pipe 46 to can make the temperature of cushion comparatively suitable when winter strictly, make the passenger more comfortable.
Water is stored in the water storage tank 4, water can be injected into the water cushion 2 by opening the control valve 43 and the booster pump 42, the water cushion 2 is soft, so that passengers can feel comfortable when sitting on the cushion and can be better adapted to the body shape of a human body, meanwhile, the height of the cushion can be adjusted to a certain degree by adjusting the injected water quantity, water in the water cushion 2, the cold water tank and the hot water tank can be discharged through the drain pipe 21, water can be added into the water storage tank 4 again through the water adding pipe 44, and gas in the water cushion 2 can be discharged when water is injected into the water cushion 2 through the first exhaust pipe 22; the second one-way valve 52 is opened, the air pump 5 can inflate the air cushion, so that the height of the cushion is further increased, the third sealing cover 32 is opened, the air in the air cushion can be exhausted, the height of the cushion is reduced, and the inflation and deflation speed is higher, so that the adjustment speed is higher.
