Preferably, an elastic semi-closed slot 32 for fixing the supporting rod 31 is disposed in the first groove 15. When the supporting rod 31 is received in the first groove 15, the supporting rod 31 is clamped in the elastic semi-closed clamping groove 32, so that the supporting rod 31 is prevented from outwards tilting to affect installation when the stool legs 22 are downwards inserted into the first groove 15, and in addition, the supporting rod 31 is prevented from moving in the receiving cavity to collide with the cavity wall due to jolt in the running process in the whole receiving state, and the stability performance is improved.

The telescopic pull rod 4 comprises a hand pull rod 41 and telescopic rods 42 fixed at two ends of the hand pull rod 41, and at least one fixing clip 43 is arranged on the telescopic rods 42. The universal wheels 16 are used for combining the box body 1 and the stool 2 to form a whole; the portable mobility of drawing case is improved.

Preferably, the telescopic rod 42 is mounted on the side of the case 1 facing the side opening; specifically, the fixing clip 43 may be embedded in the interior, and includes a drawing board fixing clip and a picture frame fixing clip;

the drawing board fixing clamp is arranged on the telescopic rod 42 at a position close to the hand pull rod 41 through a connecting rod; the top part is used for clamping the drawing board; the bottom of the drawing board can be clamped in clamping grooves 13 on two sides of the top surface of the box body 1, and can also be supported by a bracket below;

in order to fix the oil painting frame when painting the oil painting, the painting frame fixing clamp is arranged on the telescopic rod 42 through a connecting rod; the telescopic rod can be mounted at the top of the section which is not retractable at the bottom of the telescopic rod, and the connecting rod and the telescopic rod 42 can be connected through a detachable connecting structure; a bracket 44 for supporting the drawing board or the picture frame is also arranged on the telescopic rod 42 at a position close to the box body 1; the bracket 44 is located below the frame mounting clip. The bottom of the oil painting frame is supported by the bracket 44 because the thickness of the oil painting frame is thicker than that of the drawing board; the extension portions 13a may be formed to extend in a direction of drawing the lower pigment disk 12 on the telescopic rod 42, and the bending portions 13b may be formed to be bent upward at the extended end portions so that the drawing board is prevented from moving in the extending direction from the bottom when the drawing board bottom is placed on the two extension portions 13 a. The two drawing boards are in a fixed state of being longitudinally spliced and see fig. 7, and the two drawing boards are in a fixed state of being transversely spliced and see fig. 6.

The box is an integral box in a storage state, tools such as a drawing board, pigment, a palette, a drawing board and drawing paper can be stored in the box, the telescopic rod is pulled out through the hand pull rod, and the box can walk through the universal wheels at the bottom of the box, so that the box is convenient to carry both indoors and outdoors; when the drawing board is unfolded, only the buckling mechanisms on two sides of the box are required to be unfolded, the stool and the box body are unlocked, the stool is lifted upwards through the handles on the top surface of the stool and placed on the ground, the drawing board can be sat on the stool, the supporting rods are rotated downwards from the first grooves in four corners of the box body, the height and the angle of the supporting rods are adjusted to be when, the box body is stably supported, and the height of the telescopic pull rod is adjusted to fix the drawing board through the fixing clamp; the drawer type lower pigment disk is pulled out from the box body, the upper pigment disk and the lower pigment disk can be used for placing pigments with different colors by a user, in addition, the top surface of the box body is provided with an inserting hole and a clamping groove, a painting brush can be inserted into the inserting holes on two sides, the bottom of the painting board is placed in the clamping groove, the top of the painting board is fixed through a fixing clamp, a bucket can be formed by combining or folding a plurality of components and can be hung in a groove of a buckle mechanism, and a bottom containing cavity can contain the bucket in a detached state; when in a storage state, the lower pigment disk is contained in the box body, the support rods are contracted and reversely rotated to be contained in the second grooves, four legs of the stool are placed in the four first grooves of the box body to shield the support rods, large plates such as a drawing board and the like can be placed in a drawing board containing cavity of the box body, and a storage box can be arranged in a square seat body of the stool to contain the drawing materials, and the tools such as image quality, pigment and a painting brush are included, so that the stool and two sides of the box body are locked into a whole by operating the buckle mechanism; the telescopic pull rod is pulled out, and the whole painting box can be towed to walk through the universal wheels at the bottom; compact structure, accommodation space is big, can sit the painting, and the mixing of colors need not frequent bending, and the arm of not holding the pen also can be relaxed, improves the convenience and the travelling comfort that painting state and carrying state used.

The paint box adopts a multi-layer containing structure, the upper layer adopts a placed pigment box, the middle layer adopts a drawer type pigment box, and each pigment box is divided into a plurality of small cells, so that various jelly pigments can be placed; the cavity of the lower layer can be used for accommodating small painting materials such as painting brushes, paper and the like and painting tools; the bottom layer is provided with four telescopic pipe legs which are contracted and folded and then hidden at four corners of the painting box, so that the telescopic pipe legs can be folded, stretched and locked when painting and sketching and are used for supporting the painting and sketching; one side of the drawing box is provided with a telescopic pull rod, after the pull rod is extended, the whole drawing box can be dragged according to the mode of the pull rod box, and when drawing and sketching, the pull rod can be extended to be used as a support of a drawing board; the outermost layer of the drawing box is connected with a stool in an inserting mode, and the stool is arranged on the outermost layer of the drawing box to form a lifting type drawing box whole. The storage of the painting materials and the painters in smaller scale is effectively realized; jelly pigment is placed by adopting an upper pigment box and a lower pigment box, and the lower layer can be unfolded, so that the jelly pigment can be very conveniently, neatly and cleanly used by various pigments; the stool is fused with the outer shell of the painting box, so that a rest tool is provided for users who draw paintings and write life outdoors.

The three water buckets can be stored together and assembled into one water bucket hung on one side of the painting box, and the bottom containing cavity is provided with a space for containing all the water buckets in a storage state. The cask is in the same place can hang side by side in drawing case both sides use when assembling, when accomodating, can be with three cask cover together to reduce the accommodation space. The small box becomes a cuboid when being folded, can be carried by a handle and can be dragged by a pull rod (the bottom of the box is provided with a roller), and is very convenient to carry; when the multifunctional drawing platform is unfolded, four telescopic supporting rods can be unfolded to form the drawing platform, and the drawing platform provides drawing boards, drawing board supporting and clamping functions, pen container and drawing pen clamping functions, pigment and pigment extruding functions, paper and drawing tool storage functions and stool installation functions. Can be used for learning, examination, field sketching and the like.

Claims

1. A portable paint box, comprising:

the stool is detachably arranged on the box body, can be combined with the box body to form a whole after being locked by the locking mechanism, and the pigment disk and the drawing board are fixed in a space defined by the stool and the box body after being combined;

the pull rod device is arranged on the box body and comprises a telescopic pull rod and a rolling body;

a sliding mechanism is arranged between the box body and the stool, and the drawing board accommodating cavity is provided with an opening in the sliding direction of the stool;

the paint box comprises a box body, wherein the box body is characterized in that a cavity is formed in the box body, a layer of paint discs are overlapped in the cavity, and a bottom accommodating cavity divided by the paint discs positioned at the lower layer is used for forming the drawing tool accommodating cavity; at least three positions on the box body are provided with first grooves in the height direction; the bottom surface of the box body is provided with rolling bodies;

the stool comprises a seat body and stool legs with the same number as the first grooves, wherein second grooves are formed in the inner sides of the stool legs, and columnar accommodating cavities are formed by surrounding the first grooves and the second grooves when the first grooves and the second grooves are matched through a sliding mechanism;

the support frame comprises support rods with the same number as the first grooves, and the support rods can be contained in the columnar containing cavity;

the box body is square; the first grooves are arranged at the four corners of the box body; the cross section of the first groove is arc-shaped and matched with the outline of the outer side of the supporting rod;

the stool comprises a square seat body and stool legs which are positioned at four corner positions of the square seat body and can slide into the first grooves, wherein the inner sides of the stool legs are respectively provided with the second grooves, and the cross sections of the second grooves are arc-shaped which are matched with the outline of the outer sides of the support rods; the two inner sides of the first groove and the two inner sides of the second groove are respectively provided with a sliding rail and a sliding groove which are in sliding fit with each other, and the sliding rail and the sliding groove form the sliding mechanism; a lifting handle is embedded on the top surface of the square seat body, and both sides of the square seat body are locked with the box body through a fastening mechanism when the stool legs are completely matched with the first groove;

the support frame comprises four support rods, one ends of the support rods are respectively arranged at four angular positions on the bottom surface of the box body, the support rods can stretch out and draw back along the length direction and rotate around the box body, and the support rods can be upwards contained in the second grooves in a contracted state and are positioned in the columnar containing cavities when the stool legs are matched with the first grooves;

the telescopic pull rod comprises a hand pull rod and telescopic rods fixed at two ends of the pull rod, and at least one fixing clamp is arranged on the telescopic rods;

the cavity in the box body is provided with openings on the top surface and one side surface; an upper pigment disk is detachably arranged on the top surface opening; the side opening is provided with a pull-type lower pigment disk; the upper pigment disk and the lower pigment disk are surrounded between the inner side wall far away from the side opening of the box body to form the drawing board accommodating cavity, at least one clamping groove for positioning the drawing board and a plurality of jacks for accommodating the drawing pen are arranged on the top surface and positioned on two sides of the upper pigment disk, and the jacks are communicated with the cavity of the box body;

the side surface of the box body, which is provided with the opening, also comprises a first movable plugboard, and the movable plugboard is spliced with the two adjacent side surfaces;

the side surface of the same side of the opening of the box body is provided with a drawer; the second groove extends to the side surface of the drawer; a second plugboard is transversely inserted into the drawer, and divides the interior of the drawer into two spaces; when the lower pigment disk is separated from the box body, the second plugboard can be spliced with two adjacent side surfaces of the first plugboard, and a storage space is formed by the second plugboard, the first plugboard and the box body in a surrounding mode;

the second grooves on two sides of the drawer are U-shaped through grooves, locking grooves are formed in two sides of the lower-layer pigment tray respectively along the direction of the first grooves, the lower-layer pigment tray can be matched with the locking grooves to lock the lower-layer pigment tray when the stool legs slide into the first grooves on the box body, and the support frame penetrates through the U-shaped through grooves on two sides of the drawer to lock the stool drawer, so that the whole stool with a compact structure is formed.

The portable painting box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the box body matched with the two ends of the upper pigment disk are downwards provided with sliding grooves, and the two ends of the upper pigment disk are provided with clamping grooves matched with the edges of the bottom of the sliding grooves;

the upper cover plate is buckled on the upper pigment disk, and the lower cover plate is buckled on the lower pigment disk; sealing gaskets for preventing pigment leakage, color cross and dry bonding are arranged between the upper cover plate and the upper pigment disk and between the upper cover plate and the lower pigment disk.

3. The portable painting box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the square seat body of the box body and the stool is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs on the panels;

the bottom of the upper pigment disk is provided with a plurality of transverse reinforcing ribs and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing ribs, wherein the longitudinal reinforcing ribs are wedge-shaped at a position close to the side opening of the box body and used for guiding when the lower pigment disk is pushed into the box body.

4. The portable paint box of claim 1, wherein the snap mechanism comprises:

the top of the plug is fixed at the bottom of the side surface of the square seat body, extends along the height direction of the box body, and the extending end outwards protrudes and is wedge-shaped, the size of the extending end upwards protrudes from bottom to top gradually increases, and a first locking surface is formed at the top of the extending end;

the slot extends downwards from the top of the side face of the box body along the height direction and is open at one side away from the cavity of the box body;

the locking block is rotatably arranged on the opening of the slot through a rotating shaft in the middle, a space for the plug to be inserted is formed between the locking block and the slot in a surrounding mode, and a second locking surface matched with the first locking surface is formed on the upper portion of the locking block.

The portable paint box of claim 1, wherein a plurality of said insertion holes for inserting paint brushes are arranged along the length direction of the top surface of said box body, said sliding grooves matched with the upper paint box are positioned at the inner side of said insertion holes, and said clamping grooves for positioning the paint plate and said insertion grooves of said clamping mechanism are positioned at the outer side of said insertion holes and are arranged along the length direction of the top surface of said box body;

screw holes are also arranged on two sides of the box body and used for installing accessories.

The portable paint box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support bar is mounted on the box body through a mounting seat, the mounting seat is hinged with the support bar, and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting an angle between the support bar and a mounting plane of the mounting seat is arranged between the mounting seat and the support bar;

an elastic semi-closed clamping groove used for fixing the supporting rod is arranged in the second groove.

7. The portable paint box of claim 1, wherein the mounting clips comprise a paint board mounting clip and a picture frame mounting clip;

the drawing board fixing clamp is arranged at a position, close to the hand pull rod, on the telescopic rod through a connecting rod;

the picture frame fixing clamp is arranged on the telescopic rod through a connecting rod;

the telescopic rod is arranged on the side surface of the box body, which is opposite to the side surface opening;

a bracket for supporting the drawing board or the picture frame is also arranged on the telescopic rod at a position close to the box body;

the bracket is positioned below the picture frame fixing clamp.

8. The portable paint box of claim 1, wherein the box body is provided with sliding grooves on both sides, the lower pigment disk is provided with rails on both sides, the rails can slide along the sliding grooves and can be separated from the sliding grooves, and the paint box further comprises a spare pigment disk capable of replacing the lower pigment disk or an additional pigment disk matched with the sliding grooves to slide and can be separated.

9. The portable paint box of claim 1, further comprising three buckets receivable together and assembled into a single bucket hanging on one side of the paint box, said bottom receiving cavity having a space for receiving all of said buckets in a received condition.
