Abstract
本发明公开了高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的第一面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、第二瓦楞纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、第二面纸层,所述第一面纸层和第二面纸层的表面粘贴有耐磨弹性膜,第二瓦楞纸层与第三瓦楞纸层垂直交错,所述第二瓦楞纸层和第三瓦楞纸层的楞型为V型,第一瓦楞纸层和第四瓦楞纸层的楞型为U型,第一瓦楞腔和第二瓦楞腔均分为空心腔和实心腔,实心腔中设有弹性加强丝,空心腔和实心腔交替分布。本发明的多楞型瓦楞纸板,在保证传统瓦楞纸板缓冲性能好、重量轻等优点的基础上,提高了耐折性能和机构强度,可以反复多次使用,适合非一次性包装材料使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸板技术领域,具体涉及高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。相对于单纯的纸板,具有较高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸板中的楞型分为V形、U形和UV型三种,V形瓦楞具有强度高的特点,但是缓冲能力弱,没有复原性。U形瓦楞具有柔软,能迅速复原的特点,但是强度不高。UV型兼具V形和U形的优点,是我国使用瓦楞纸的主流瓦楞形式。
但是即便采用了UV型瓦楞,现有的瓦楞纸板的耐折性能还是不高,瓦楞结构容易被破坏,折弯部失去结构强度,导致瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱无法重复多次使用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的第一面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、第二瓦楞纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、第二面纸层,所述第一面纸层和第二面纸层的表面粘贴有耐磨弹性膜,所述第一瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第二瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第三瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第四瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第二瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第三瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向垂直交错,所述第二瓦楞纸层和第三瓦楞纸层的楞型为V型,第一瓦楞纸层和第四瓦楞纸层的楞型为U型,所述第二瓦楞纸层与第二纸板层之间具有若干第一瓦楞腔,第三瓦楞纸层与第二纸板层之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔,第一瓦楞腔和第二瓦楞腔均分为空心腔和实心腔,实心腔中设有弹性加强丝,空心腔和实心腔交替分布。
耐磨弹性膜由UV耐磨弹性涂料制成。
相邻两个实心腔之间具有两个空心腔。
弹性加强丝为固化后的硅胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的多楞型瓦楞纸板,在保证传统瓦楞纸板缓冲性能好、重量轻等优点的基础上,提高了耐折性能和机构强度,可以反复多次使用,适合非一次性包装材料使用。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,包括有依次粘接的第一面纸层1、第一瓦楞纸层2、第一纸板层3、第二瓦楞纸层4、第二纸板层5、第三瓦楞纸层6、第三纸板层7、第四瓦楞纸层8、第二面纸层9,所述第一面纸层1和第二面纸层9的表面粘贴有耐磨弹性膜10,所述第一瓦楞纸层2中瓦楞的长度方向与第二瓦楞纸层4中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第三瓦楞纸层6中瓦楞的长度方向与第四瓦楞纸层8中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第二瓦楞纸层4中瓦楞的长度方向与第三瓦楞纸层6中瓦楞的长度方向垂直交错,所述第二瓦楞纸层4和第三瓦楞纸层6的楞型为V型,第一瓦楞纸层2和第四瓦楞纸层8的楞型为U型,所述第二瓦楞纸层4与第二纸板层5之间具有若干第一瓦楞腔,第三瓦楞纸层6与第二纸板层5之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔,第一瓦楞腔和第二瓦楞腔均分为空心腔11和实心腔12,实心腔12中设有弹性加强丝,空心腔11和实心腔12交替分布。利用两种方向垂直交错的瓦楞,使得瓦楞纸板各个方向就耐折。实心腔12能够使得瓦楞在多次折弯后仍保持原有形状,提高瓦楞纸板的抗疲劳强度。保留一定数量的空心腔11能够减少瓦楞纸的重量,减少实心腔12对纸板折弯性能的影响。第二瓦楞纸层4和第三瓦楞纸层6的楞型为V型,可以提高瓦楞纸板的结构强度,利用实心腔12可以较好的保护瓦楞形状。第一瓦楞纸层2和第四瓦楞纸层8的楞型为U型,使得瓦楞纸板表面具有弹性,缓冲性能好,易于折弯。
耐磨弹性膜10由UV耐磨弹性涂料制成。耐磨弹性膜10保护瓦楞纸板在多次折弯后仍不破损,提高瓦楞纸板的耐折次数。
相邻两个实心腔12之间具有两个空心腔11。空心腔11使得瓦楞纸板保持易于折弯的性质。两个实心腔12之间空心腔的数量可以根据实际使用需要进行设定。
弹性加强丝为固化后的硅胶。将硅胶注入相应的瓦楞腔中,冷却后瓦楞腔变成实心腔12。
不采用垂直交错的瓦楞,仅仅采用一层瓦楞纸层,在其上表面和下表面的面纸层上涂覆UV耐磨弹性涂料,瓦楞纸层的采用上述实心腔和空心腔的结构,也能得到一种耐折瓦楞纸板,但是其结构强度相比于上述方案要低,耐折效果要差。

1.高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括有依次粘接的第一面纸层、第一瓦楞纸层、第一纸板层、第二瓦楞纸层、第二纸板层、第三瓦楞纸层、第三纸板层、第四瓦楞纸层、第二面纸层,所述第一面纸层和第二面纸层的表面粘贴有耐磨弹性膜,所述第一瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第二瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第三瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第四瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向相同,第二瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向与第三瓦楞纸层中瓦楞的长度方向垂直交错,所述第二瓦楞纸层和第三瓦楞纸层的楞型为V型,第一瓦楞纸层和第四瓦楞纸层的楞型为U型,所述第二瓦楞纸层与第二纸板层之间具有若干第一瓦楞腔,第三瓦楞纸层与第二纸板层之间具有若干第二瓦楞腔,第一瓦楞腔和第二瓦楞腔均分为空心腔和实心腔,实心腔中设有弹性加强丝,空心腔和实心腔交替分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述耐磨弹性膜UV耐磨弹性涂料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,相邻两个实心腔之间具有两个空心腔。
4.如权利要求1所述的高耐折多楞型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述弹性加强丝为固化后的硅胶。
