The buffer device is applied to the cone crusher and comprises a seat plate which is in a long plate shape; the end plates are respectively and vertically arranged on the upper end surfaces of the two ends of the seat plate, and the two end plates are parallel and opposite to each other; the buffer rods are arranged above the seat plate in parallel, and the central axis of the buffer rods is the same as the length direction of the seat plate; and two ends of the buffer rod are fixedly connected with the two end plates respectively. The invention solves the problems that the production is influenced by the damage of the cone crusher caused by the impact of the beam of the upper frame body and the arm frame cover when large ore materials directly enter the crushing cavity, and solves the problems that the prior buffer device of the cone crusher has high requirement on the ore to be fed, narrow application range, easy ore blockage, difficult cleaning and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cone crusher equipment, in particular to a novel cone crusher buffer device.
Background
The cone crusher has simple structure principle, convenient maintenance and safe and reliable work, and is widely applied to industries such as mine mineral separation, building materials, highway, railway engineering construction and the like. In the prior art, a feeding funnel of the cone crusher is free of a buffer device, and large ore materials directly enter a crushing cavity to impact an upper frame body beam and a cantilever crane cap. The following problems mainly exist in the use process: 1. the cross beam and the arm support end cover are impacted by ores for a long time, the end cover is easy to loosen, the fastening bolts are required to be stopped frequently, the continuous operation of equipment is affected, and production loss is caused; 2. the spare parts of the beam end cover are worn quickly, after the end cover is loosened and damaged, slurry easily enters the beam arm support, so that sealing parts are damaged, lubricating oil is leaked, a main shaft bushing and an arm support bushing are worn, spare parts are consumed, equipment cannot normally run, meanwhile, an internal running bearing is involved, and major accidents of the equipment are easy to occur.
The existing cone crusher buffer device technology is provided with a buffer device adopting cone funnel type rotary feeding, so that uniform feeding of a crushing cavity can be realized, but the buffer device is only suitable for dry ore materials with fine particles and less mud, and has the defects that for ores with large fall (fall >2000 mm), large particles (particle size is 140-300 mm) and slightly high mud content, the ore blocking phenomenon is very easy to occur; moreover, due to the conical closed structure, the mine is easy to block, the cleaning is not facilitated, a great deal of labor and downtime are required, and the operation rate of equipment is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the production is affected by damage of the cone crusher caused by impact of a frame body cross beam and a cantilever crane cover when large ore materials directly enter a crushing cavity, and solve the problems that the existing cone crusher buffer device has high requirement on fed ore, narrow application range, easy ore blockage, difficult cleaning and the like.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a novel cone crusher buffer device comprises a seat plate, wherein the seat plate is rectangular;
the end plates are vertically arranged on the upper end surfaces of the two ends of the seat plate respectively, and are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other;
the buffer rods are arranged above the seat plate in parallel, and the axial direction of the buffer rods is the same as the length direction of the seat plate; and two ends of the buffer rod are fixedly connected with the two end plates respectively.
Further, the seat plate comprises two mud guards, wherein the two mud guards are positioned between the two end plates and are parallel to and opposite to the end plates, and the two mud guards are respectively and vertically arranged on the upper end surfaces of the two ends of the seat plate; the fender is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the buffer rods penetrate into the through holes respectively.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. when the invention is used, rectangular holes are formed on two sides of a receiving hopper of the cone crusher, the buffer device penetrates through the receiving hopper transversely to the rectangular holes, and as the length direction of the buffer rod is consistent with the forward moving direction of ores by the feeding belt and the length direction of a cantilever crane beam in a crushing cavity of the cone crusher is consistent, the lower end surface of the seat plate is arranged at a position 50-80mm above a cantilever crane cover of the cone crusher, so that ores fall on the buffer device and cannot jump out of the receiving hopper of the cone crusher, and when the ores fall on the buffer device, the ores fall into the receiving hopper of the cone crusher from two sides of the buffer device to be crushed, thereby preventing ores from directly impacting a cantilever crane cap and the cantilever crane beam and realizing the protection effect on the cantilever crane cap and the cantilever crane beam; the supporting frame of the buffer device is arranged on the ground, and all ore instantaneous impact overload impact force is transferred to the ground through the supporting frame of the buffer device, so that the impact of the ore impact force cone crusher body is effectively avoided.
2. The invention has relatively low requirements on mineral aggregates entering the cone crusher, can be applied to materials with large fall, unlimited material particle size, certain water content and mud content, has wide application range, and can solve the problems of high requirements on mineral aggregates, narrow application range and easy blocking of the mineral aggregates of the existing cone crusher buffer device technology.
3. The buffering device can effectively protect the arm support beam of the cone crusher, avoid the material from directly impacting the key part of the equipment, has good effect and can be widely applied to mine process equipment. The direct benefit is that the unit price of the main shaft bushing is 10235 yuan, the unit price of the arm support oil seal is 1200 yuan, the unit price of the arm support bushing is 19734 yuan, the unit price of the arm support cap is 9675 yuan, the modified arm support cap is not contacted with ore any more, the device can be used for a long time, 3 spare parts per year can be saved, and the consumption of the rest spare parts can be reduced by 2 parts per year compared with the consumption of the rest spare parts before modification. The cost saved per year is: (19734+1200+10235) ×2+9675x3= 91359 yuan; 4 stations are 36.54 ten thousand yuan; the indirect benefit is that after the buffer device is added, the maintenance time of the equipment is effectively reduced, the occurrence of equipment accidents is avoided, the operation rate of the equipment is improved, and the stable operation of the production flow is facilitated.

the number of the buffer rods 13 is three, the three buffer rods 13 are arranged above the seat plate 11 in parallel and side by side, and the central axis of the buffer rods 13 is the same as the length direction of the seat plate 11; two ends of the buffer rod 13 are fixedly connected with the two end plates 12 respectively; the cross section of the buffer rod 13 is circular, square or diamond, in this embodiment, the cross section of the buffer rod 13 is circular, and the material of the product of the buffer rod 13 is round steel.
The number of the mud guards 14 is two, the two mud guards 14 are positioned between the two end panels 12 and are parallel and opposite to the end panels 12, and the two mud guards 14 are respectively and vertically arranged on the upper end surfaces of the two ends of the seat plate 11; three through holes are formed in the mud guard 14, and the three buffer rods 13 penetrate through the corresponding through holes.
The limiting plates 15 are two pairs, the paired limiting plates 15 are respectively and vertically arranged on two long edges of the upper end face of the seat plate 11, and one side edge of each limiting plate 15 is fixedly connected with the mud guard 14.
The lower end face of the support frame 16 is provided with support feet, the lower end faces of the two ends of the seat board 11 are fixed on the upper end face of the support frame 16, and the lower ends of the support feet 16 are fixed on the ground.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when in use, rectangular holes are formed on two sides of the receiving hopper 21 of the cone crusher 2, the buffer device 1 penetrates through the receiving hopper 21 transversely to the rectangular holes, the length direction of the buffer rod 13 is consistent with the moving direction of the ore 3 on the feeding belt 4 and also consistent with the length direction of the arm rest cross beam 23 in the crushing cavity 22 of the cone crusher 2, and the lower end surface of the seat plate 11 is arranged at the position 50-80mm above the arm rest cover 24 of the cone crusher 2. Ore 3 falls on the buffer device and then falls into the receiving hopper 21 of the cone crusher 2 from two sides of the buffer device to crush, so that the ore 3 cannot directly impact the arm support cover 24 and the arm support beam 23, and the protection effect on the arm support cover 24 and the arm support beam 23 is realized; the supporting frame 16 of the buffer device is arranged on the ground, and all the instantaneous impact overload impact force of the ore 3 is transferred to the ground through the supporting frame 16 of the buffer device, so that the impact of the ore 3 on the body of the cone crusher 2 is effectively avoided.
