s03: the GPRS communication module reads time point data of each mailbox opened on the same day in real time and transmits the time point data to a mailbox terminal information receiving server in a monitoring server group;
s04: the mailbox terminal message receiving server transmits the time point data to a platform server, compares the time point data with a specified opening time range T of a mailbox administration deliverer in the current day corresponding to the time point data in the platform server, and judges the attendance checking state of the mailbox administration deliverer by judging whether the time point data is in the time range T or not;
s05: the management platform server transmits the attendance state information of the postmen administered by the mailbox to the database server for storage, and simultaneously transmits the attendance state information of the postmen administered by the mailbox to the mobile display terminals held by the postmen for real-time display;
in step S04, the method for determining the attendance state includes the following steps:
p01: judging whether the time point data is blank data in the current day;
if yes, judging that a postman administered by the mailbox corresponding to the time point data is in an unopened state to the mailbox, and judging that the postman is absent;
if not, entering the next step;
p02: judging whether the time point data is in the time range T of the current day;
if yes, judging that the postman in the same jurisdiction corresponding to the time point data is in a normal opening state for the mailbox, and judging that the postman is in a normal on-duty state;
if not, determining that the postman administered by the mailbox corresponding to the time point data is in a late opening state to the mailbox, and determining that the postman is in a late arrival state.
