Detailed Description
The following is a further description of the embodiments of the present invention by way of examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1, a pipe conveying system of a full-automatic internal glue coating production line of a bushing outer pipe comprises a feeding device, a conveying device and a transfer device, wherein the conveying device comprises four conveying lines including a first conveying line, a second conveying line, a third conveying line and a fourth conveying line which are sequentially arranged, an input end of the first conveying line is connected with an output end of the feeding device, an output end of the fourth conveying line is connected with a material receiving box, and the transfer device is three and is respectively arranged between two adjacent conveying lines. The pipe conveying system further comprises a controller, and the controller is connected with the feeding device, the conveying device and the transferring device.
The feeding device 28 comprises a pipe lifting device, a pipe linear transfer device and a pipe screening device; the pipe fitting hoisting device comprises a feeding rack 1 and a chain plate conveying belt 2 obliquely arranged on the feeding rack, the chain plate conveying belt is driven by a speed reducing motor 13 (see fig. 2 and 4), the belt surface of the chain plate conveying belt is formed by arranging strip plates 14, a vertical plate 15 used for preventing pipe fittings from sliding is vertically arranged on the belt surface, and the vertical plate is arranged in the length direction of the chain plate conveying belt at equal intervals (see fig. 3). Both sides of the chain plate conveying belt are provided with side plates 22, a protective cover plate 23 is arranged above the chain plate conveying belt higher than the storage bin, a material blocking cover 24 is arranged above the chain plate conveying belt lower than the storage bin, a movable cover plate 25 is arranged at the high end of the chain plate conveying belt, the movable cover plate is positioned above a first always vibrating chute, the protective cover plate and the movable cover plate are both transparent structures, and handles are arranged on the movable cover plate.

The high end part of the chain plate conveying belt is connected with a pipe fitting linear conveying device, the pipe fitting linear conveying device comprises a first straight vibrating chute 5 used for pipe fitting translation and a second straight vibrating chute 6 used for pipe fitting output, the first straight vibrating chute and the second straight vibrating chute are respectively driven by a first linear feeder 7 and a second linear feeder 8, the first linear feeder is a HD-SX400-3D electromagnetic type large linear feeder, and the second linear feeder is a HD-ZC200 electromagnetic type heavy-load linear feeder. A discharge hole is formed below the high end part of the chain plate conveyor belt, the first straight vibrating chute is positioned below the discharge hole, the first straight vibrating chute is fixed on the first linear feeder, and the outlet end of the first straight vibrating chute is opposite to the inlet end of the second straight vibrating chute. The second straight vibrating chute is positioned at the downstream side of the first straight vibrating chute, the second straight vibrating chute is fixed on the second linear feeder, and the outlet end of the second straight vibrating chute corresponds to the inlet end of the first conveying line.
The pipe screening device comprises a reference baffle plate 9, the reference baffle plate is arranged above an upstream section 11 of a second straight vibration sliding groove through a baffle plate frame 10, the first straight vibration sliding groove and the second straight vibration sliding groove are arc-shaped grooves, the upstream section of the second straight vibration sliding groove is of a shallow groove structure, the height of the upstream section groove wall of the second straight vibration sliding groove is smaller than that of the downstream section groove wall of the second straight vibration sliding groove, return notches are formed in two sides of the upstream section of the second straight vibration sliding groove, the baffle plate frame is in an inverted L shape and comprises a vertical rod and a cross frame arranged at the top of the vertical rod, the lower end of the vertical rod is fixed on a feeding rack, a baffle clamping groove is formed in the cross frame, the reference baffle plate is inserted into the baffle clamping groove, an omega-shaped notch with a downward opening is formed in the reference baffle plate, the size of the omega-shaped notch is matched with the outer diameter of a pipe, the opening width of the omega-shaped notch is smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe, a return chute 12 which is obliquely arranged below the upstream section of the second straight vibration sliding groove, the lower end of the return chute is connected with a feed bin, a speed regulator 16 is arranged on the feeding rack, a controller is connected with a conveying belt, a first straight line feeder plate chain plate, a second straight line.

The front side surfaces of the linear bearings are fixedly provided with mounting plates 36, the mounting plates are fixedly arranged on the front side surfaces of the four linear bearings of the slide rail, and two clamping jaw assemblies 37 are fixedly arranged on the mounting plates in parallel from left to right; the rear side surface of the substrate is provided with a transfer valve group 43, and the controller controls a transfer cylinder, a lifting cylinder and a clamping cylinder through the transfer valve group. When the transfer cylinder works, the connecting block drives the linear bearing to move left and right, and the linear bearing drives the mounting plate and the clamping jaw assembly on the mounting plate to move left and right.
Clamping jaw assembly includes a lift cylinder 38 that is used for the clamping jaw to go up and down, the output shaft 39 lower extreme of lift cylinder is fixed with a lifter plate 40, and the below of lifter plate is equipped with the centre gripping cylinder 41 that the level was arranged, the both ends and a pair of clamping jaw board 42 of centre gripping cylinder are connected, and clamping jaw assembly includes fixing base 49, the vertical recess that is equipped with in central authorities of fixing base, the lift cylinder sets up in the recess, wears to be equipped with guide arm 50 in the fixing base of lift cylinder both sides, the lower tip of guide arm with the lifter plate is fixed, and when the lift cylinder moved, drive lifter plate and clamping jaw assembly and reciprocate. Switch boards 51 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixing seat, a descending limit switch 52 is arranged on the switch board at the upper end of the fixing seat, an ascending limit switch 53 is arranged on the switch board at the lower end of the fixing seat, the descending limit switch at the upper end of the fixing seat and an end plate 54 arranged at the upper end of the guide rod form a descending limit device, and the ascending limit switch at the lower end of the fixing seat and a lifting board at the lower end of the guide rod.
The lifter plate below is equipped with the grip block 55 parallel with the lifter plate, the centre gripping cylinder transversely fixes the lower surface at the grip block, and the upper surface both sides of grip block are equipped with telescopic link 56, the lower extreme and the grip block of telescopic link are fixed, and telescopic link slidable passes lifter plate and its upper end and is located the top of lifter plate, and the cover is equipped with compression spring 57 on the telescopic link between grip block and the lifter plate. The cylinder shafts at the two ends of the clamping cylinder are connected with the clamping jaw seat 58, the lower end of the clamping jaw seat is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping jaw plates are inserted into the clamping groove and fixed through the positioning plunger 59, the lower ends of the clamping jaw plates incline towards one side of the clamping cylinder, and when the clamping cylinder acts, the distance between the clamping jaw plates at the two sides is increased or reduced. A pressing block 60 is arranged below the clamping cylinder, a T-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the clamping cylinder, and the upper end of the pressing block is inserted into the T-shaped groove; one side of the lifting plate close to the telescopic rod is provided with a position sensor 61, and the telescopic rod and the position sensor form a compression detection device.
Be equipped with the tow chain on the base plate, the tow chain includes lift tow chain 62 and translation tow chain 63, the tow chain connect on the tow chain fixing base. The conveying device 29 comprises four conveying lines (shown in figure 9 and figure 10) with the same structure, each conveying line comprises a long-strip-shaped conveying frame 67, a chain conveying belt 68 is arranged on each conveying frame and driven by a speed reduction motor, a pipe fitting slide way 69 is arranged above each chain conveying belt, pipe fitting pressing devices 70 are arranged at the output ends of the first conveying line, the second conveying line and the third conveying line and comprise pressing cylinders 71 and pressing blocks (shown in figure 13), material blocking devices 72 (shown in figure 14) are arranged at the tail ends of the first conveying line, the second conveying line and the third conveying line and comprise Z-shaped bottom plates 73 and material blocking cylinders 74 arranged on the Z-shaped bottom plates, pressing plates 75 are hinged to the upper portions of the Z-shaped bottom plates and connected with the material blocking cylinders through material blocking springs 76, proximity sensors 77 are further arranged on the material blocking devices, gluing detection devices 78 are arranged at the input ends of the second conveying line, the third conveying line and the fourth conveying line and comprise color recognition sensors 79 (shown in figure 11), the gluing detection devices are fixed on the conveying frames through brackets 80, adjusting mechanisms 66 are further arranged on the conveying frames of the conveying lines, and adjusting mechanisms L are arranged on the conveying frames, and the conveying frames 81 and the pipe fitting adjusting bases 83 are fixed through the conveying frames.
The pipe fitting lifting device in the feeding device lifts the pipe fitting to a higher position, and the pipe fitting is orderly arranged by the pipe fitting linear transfer device and the pipe fitting screening device so as to be conveniently butted with the conveying device. The four conveying lines arranged in sequence are used for conveying the pipe fittings in the whole process; the first conveying line is used for conveying the pipe fitting to a base glue coating station from a feeding device, the second conveying line is used for conveying the pipe fitting to a first layer of surface glue coating station from the base glue coating station, the third conveying line is used for conveying the pipe fitting to a second layer of surface glue coating station from the first layer of surface glue coating station, and the third conveying line is used for conveying the pipe fitting to a material receiving box from the second layer of surface glue coating station, so that the pipe fitting conveying in the whole process is completed. The three transfer devices are used for moving the pipe fittings between the glue rolling station and two adjacent conveying lines, namely moving the pipe fittings at the tail ends of the conveying lines on the upstream side to the glue rolling station, and simultaneously moving the pipe fittings which are subjected to glue coating on the glue rolling station to the conveying lines on the downstream side. Therefore, the pipe conveying system can automatically and continuously convey the lining outer pipe, is suitable for various specifications of pipe fittings with the outer diameter of 30-100 mm and the length of 30-90 mm, and has high practical value.
