the side leaning device comprises a plurality of first rolling elements which are used for rolling and abutting with the workpiece, the second aligning device comprises a plurality of second rolling elements which are used for rolling and abutting with the workpiece, and the rolling directions of the first rolling elements and the second rolling elements are parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying device;
the device comprises a conveying device, a side leaning device, a conveying device, a portal frame, a beam and a control device, wherein the side leaning device is arranged on the conveying device;
the side leaning device comprises a lifting mechanism and a moving mechanism, the lifting mechanism is connected with the moving mechanism, the moving mechanism is arranged on the portal frame, and the first rolling piece is arranged on the lifting mechanism;
the moving mechanism comprises a moving frame, a first driving piece, a first guide rail, a first sliding block, a first gear and a first rack, wherein the first guide rail and the first rack are arranged on the portal frame, the first driving piece, the first sliding block and the first gear are arranged on the moving frame, the output end of the first driving piece is connected with the first gear, the first gear is meshed with the first rack, and the first sliding block is slidably connected with the first guide rail;
the lifting mechanism comprises a second driving piece, a second guide rail, a second sliding block and a lifting plate, wherein the second driving piece and the second guide rail are arranged on the movable frame, the second sliding block and the first rolling piece are arranged on the lifting plate, and the second sliding block is in sliding connection with the second guide rail;
the device also comprises a rack for mounting the propulsion device, the conveying device, the first aligning device and the second aligning device, wherein the second aligning device is positioned at the side end of the conveying device;
the second alignment device comprises a third driving piece and a mounting rod, the third driving piece is arranged on the frame, the output end of the third driving piece is connected with the mounting rod, and each second rolling piece is arranged on the mounting rod along the conveying direction of the conveying device in a distributed manner;
the pushing device comprises a plurality of pushing hand assemblies for pushing the workpiece, the first aligning device comprises a plurality of propping assemblies for propping the workpiece against the pushing hand assemblies, and the pushing hand assemblies and the propping assemblies are arranged at the side end of at least one conveying device;
the pushing device further comprises a cross rod and a first guide mechanism connected with the frame, all the pushing hand assemblies are arranged on the cross rod, the first guide mechanism can ensure that the pushing direction is the same as the conveying direction of the conveying device, the cross rod can push all the pushing hand assemblies together, and the pushing speed is the same;
the pushing device further comprises an installation seat for installing the pushing handle assembly, and the installation seat is connected with the cross rod to install the pushing handle assembly;
the pushing handle assembly comprises a fourth driving piece and a pushing piece, wherein the fourth driving piece is arranged on the mounting seat, one end of the pushing piece is rotatably connected with the mounting seat, the other end of the pushing piece is abutted against the workpiece, the output end of the fourth driving piece is connected with the pushing piece, the pushing piece swings up and down on the conveying plane of the conveying device under the driving of the driving piece, when the workpiece is conveyed into the conveying device, the pushing piece contracts and swings down to enable the workpiece to pass above the pushing piece, after the workpiece passes, the pushing piece swings up to push the workpiece to advance, specifically, the pushing piece is rotatably connected with the mounting seat through a first rotating shaft and a first bearing, the fourth driving piece is an air cylinder, each pushing piece is provided with a sensor, when the sensor detects that the workpiece passes, the corresponding fourth driving piece is controlled to swing up, and when the other sensors detect that the workpiece does not pass through, the corresponding swinging of the workpiece does not need to be controlled, and the corresponding size of the workpiece does not need to be pushed;
the first aligning device further comprises a second guide mechanism connected with the frame, the propping assembly is arranged on the second guide mechanism, and the second guide mechanism can ensure that the pushing direction of the propped workpiece is the same as the conveying direction of the conveying device;
the pushing assembly comprises a sixth driving piece, a pushing piece, a push rod and an elastic component, wherein the sixth driving piece is arranged on the second guide mechanism, the push rod is sleeved on the elastic component, one end of the pushing piece is connected with the elastic component, the other end of the pushing piece is rotatably connected with the second guide mechanism, the output end of the sixth driving piece is connected with the pushing piece, the push rod is abutted to the workpiece, a buffering effect is achieved under the elastic action of the elastic component, damage to the workpiece caused by the push rod is avoided, the push rod can be fixed on the pushing piece through a nut, the pushing piece is rotatably connected with the second guide mechanism through a second rotating shaft and a second bearing, when the fact that the workpiece is close to the pushing assembly is detected, the sixth driving piece is controlled to swing on the pushing piece, the workpiece is pushed onto the pushing device, the workpiece is prevented from being clamped, the workpiece is prevented from being offset in the transportation process, and the elastic component is a spring.
