本发明涉及一种垃圾处理设备,包括壳体、设置在壳体上方的进料斗、设置在壳体下面的传送带,壳体的内腔中设有刀轴,所述刀轴上固定安装有切刀,壳体的上端设有连通进料斗的进料口,壳体的下端设有出料口,所述进料斗与进料口之间设有进料粉碎仓,所述进料粉碎仓的内腔中通过轴承安装有进料刀轴,所述进料刀轴上固定安装有进料切刀;在刀轴与出料口之间固定设置有弧形板,所述弧形板的上表面与切刀运行轨迹之间设有间隙,所述弧形板的下表面与壳体的内壁之间设有间隙。该垃圾料处理设备结构简单、使用和维护成本低、破碎处理效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理设备,具体地说是垃圾料处理设备。
背景技术
生活垃圾的破碎分离机主要用于垃圾无害化处理。将生活垃圾打碎形成细小颗粒,用于生产有机肥料、动物饲料等产品,或者用于生产建筑材料。中国专利2013200304243公开了“一种生活垃圾破碎分类机”,其利用安装在旋转刀轴上的切刀将生活垃圾粉碎后通过绞龙输出。这种“一种生活垃圾破碎分类机”的进料口和出料口分别位于壳体的两端,物料粉碎后首先经过筛网的筛分然后再利用绞龙输送到出料口。同时,进料口处的物料运行阻力较大,为避免物料阻塞,切刀的刀面与刀轴间的夹角逐步增加,这样虽然提高了物料的运行效率,但结构复杂,生产、设计难度较高,使用和维护成本较高。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题提供了一种结构简单、使用和维护成本低、破碎处理效果好的垃圾料处理设备。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述垃圾料处理设备包括壳体、设置在壳体上方的进料斗、设置在壳体下面的传送带,壳体的内腔中设有刀轴,所述刀轴上固定安装有切刀,壳体的上端设有连通进料斗的进料口,壳体的下端设有出料口,所述进料斗与进料口之间设有进料粉碎仓,所述进料粉碎仓的内腔中通过轴承安装有进料刀轴,所述进料刀轴上固定安装有进料切刀;在刀轴与出料口之间固定设置有弧形板,所述弧形板的上表面与切刀运行轨迹之间设有间隙,所述弧形板的下表面与壳体的内壁之间设有间隙。
所述切刀和进料切刀均包括刀头端、与刀头端一体连接的刀座端,所述刀头端是菱形柱状体,所述刀座端是带有安装孔的平板状结构,所述刀轴和进料刀轴上均固设有垂直于轴线的安装板,所述刀座端通过固定螺栓连接在安装板上。
多个切刀在刀轴上轴向等距离分布,相邻两切刀的轴线之间呈180度夹角。
由于采用了上述结构,本发明所述的垃圾料处理设备结构简单、使用和维护成本低、破碎处理效果好。

具体实施方式

如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的垃圾料处理设备包括壳体1、设置在壳体1上方的进料斗2、设置在壳体1下面的传送带3,壳体1的内腔中设有刀轴4,所述刀轴4上固定安装有切刀5,垃圾料通过进料斗2送入壳体1中,驱动机构带动刀轴4旋转,旋转的切刀5将垃圾打碎。壳体1的上端设有连通进料斗2的进料口7,壳体1的下端设有出料口6,所述进料斗2与进料口7之间设有进料粉碎仓8,所述进料粉碎仓8的内腔中通过轴承安装有进料刀轴9,所述进料刀轴9与驱动机构传动连接,进料刀轴9上固定安装有进料切刀10,垃圾料通过进料粉碎仓8的时候,旋转的进料切刀10将物料预粉碎同时还可以起到拨料的作用,避免物料堵塞进料口;在刀轴4与出料口6之间固定设置有弧形板11,所述弧形板11的上表面与切刀5运行轨迹之间设有间隙,所述弧形板11的下表面与壳体1的内壁之间设有间隙。弧形板11覆盖在出料口6上方,避免物料直接进入出料口6。如图3所示,所述切刀5和进料切刀10均包括刀头端12、与刀头端12一体连接的刀座端13,所述刀头端12是菱形柱状体,所述刀座端13是带有安装孔的平板状结构,所述刀轴4和进料刀轴9上均固设有垂直于轴线的安装板14,所述刀座端13通过固定螺栓连接在安装板14上。多个切刀5在刀轴4上轴向等距离分布,相邻两切刀5的轴线之间呈180度夹角。

1.一种垃圾料处理设备,包括壳体(1)、设置在壳体(1)上方的进料斗(2)、设置在壳体(1)下面的传送带(3),壳体(1)的内腔中设有刀轴(4),所述刀轴(4)上固定安装有切刀(5),壳体(1)的上端设有连通进料斗(2)的进料口(7),壳体(1)的下端设有出料口(6),其特征在于:所述进料斗(2)与进料口(7)之间设有进料粉碎仓(8),所述进料粉碎仓(8)的内腔中通过轴承安装有进料刀轴(9),所述进料刀轴(9)上固定安装有进料切刀(10);在刀轴(4)与出料口(6)之间固定设置有弧形板(11),所述弧形板(11)的上表面与切刀(5)运行轨迹之间设有间隙,所述弧形板(11)的下表面与壳体(1)的内壁之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾料处理设备,其特征在于:所述切刀(5)和进料切刀(10)均包括刀头端(12)、与刀头端(12)一体连接的刀座端(13),所述刀头端(12)是菱形柱状体,所述刀座端(13)是带有安装孔的平板状结构,所述刀轴(4)和进料刀轴(9)上均固设有垂直于轴线的安装板(14),所述刀座端(13)通过固定螺栓连接在安装板(14)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾料处理设备,其特征在于:多个切刀(5)在刀轴(4)上轴向等距离分布,相邻两切刀(5)的轴线之间呈180度夹角。
