本发明涉及一种磨浆机,具体是一种食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机。
背景技术
磨浆机设备是一种新颖的不锈钢湿式磨碎设备,使用于大米、大豆、玉米、署类等粮食类物料的湿磨加工,也使用于医药、制糖、食品等工业中某些物料的湿磨。当经过清理、浸泡等预处理后的物料由进入料斗入磨后,在离心力的作用下进入相对运动的上、下砂盘之间,由于物料的相互冲击、挤压和砂盘的剪切、搓撕等综合作用,使物料沿砂盘平面从里到外、由粗到细地达到磨碎目的。
传统的磨浆机整个缸体内是密封的,容易导致缸体内部粘附残渣,导致磨浆机的磨浆不充分,生产效率低,且清洗复杂,很难进行彻底的清洗,影响磨浆机的使用。现有的磨浆机有些带有渣浆分离技术,但仍存在一些明显的不足,残渣易存留在网壁上而堵塞网孔,分离能耗大,震动较大,出浆率降低,另外清洗不方便,容易滋生细菌。
因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,包括上壳体、下壳体、出水管、开关扣和盖体,所述上壳体内部下端设有支柱,所述支柱上端设有集料盒,所述集料盒上端设有过滤孔,所述集料盒上端与上壳体内壁之间设有过滤网,所述过滤网呈漏斗型,所述过滤网与集料盒之间设有集液腔,所述集料盒右侧壁设有出浆管,所述出浆管的另一端穿过上壳体延伸至外部,所述上壳体通过开关扣连接盖体,所述盖体上端中部设有进料斗,所述进料斗下端中心处设有进料管,所述进料管延伸至上壳体内部,所述进料管侧壁下端部套设有上磨盘,所述盖体左侧壁设有出渣管,所述盖体上端右侧设有水箱,所述水箱的左侧连接出水管的一端,所述出水管中部设有电磁阀,所述盖体内部上端右侧设有分流管,所述分流管下端设有喷嘴,所述出水管的另一端穿过盖体并连接分流管的进水口;
所述上壳体下端等间距设有缓冲机构,所述缓冲机构的另一端连接下壳体,所述下壳体内部下端中部设有轴承,所述轴承中部套设有转轴,所述转轴侧壁下部套设有第一锥形齿轮,所述下壳体内部下端右侧设有电机,所述电机的电机轴套设有第二锥形齿轮,所述第一锥形齿轮与第二锥形齿轮相互啮合,所述转轴上端贯穿集料盒并设有下磨盘,所述下磨盘与上磨盘之间转动连接,所述下磨盘上端设有转动杆,所述转动杆贯穿进料管,所述转动杆侧壁上部设有旋转螺纹,所述转动杆侧壁下部套设有切碎刀具,所述下壳体下端四周设有底座。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述缓冲机构包括上挂件、下挂件、套筒、压缩弹簧和支撑杆,所述上挂件等间距设置在上壳体下端四周,所述下挂件等间距设置在下壳体内壁,所述上挂件与下挂件位置相互对应,所述下挂件连接套筒的一端,所述套筒内部设有压缩弹簧,所述套筒内壁与支撑杆下端滑动连接,所述支撑杆的一端连接压缩弹簧,所述支撑杆另一端连接上挂件。

本发明涉及一种食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,将原料从进料斗13放入,之后原料从进料管6进入,电机27的电机轴套设有第二锥形齿轮26,之后第二锥形齿轮26与套设在转轴28侧壁的第一锥形齿轮24相互啮合,带动转轴28转动,转轴28上端设有下磨盘21,下磨盘21上端设有转动杆12,转动杆12同时位于进料管6内部,转动杆12侧壁上部设有旋转螺纹14,带动原料向下运动,转动杆12下部套设有切碎刀具30,将原料进行切碎,之后原料进入上磨盘4与下磨盘21之间,进行碾压研磨,之后滤渣由于离心力的作用从出渣管16排出,另一部分沾附在过滤网18表面,浆液从过滤网18进入过滤孔3,之后进入至集料盒20内部,之后从出浆管2排出至外部;进行磨浆的过程中,缓冲机构22发挥作用,避免上壳体1振动幅度过大造成机械磨损,减少装置的使用寿命;磨浆完成后水箱10中的水从喷嘴7喷出,对上壳体1内部进行清洗,清洗完成后,打开开关扣17,对上壳体1内部的过滤网18进行替换。

Claims (6)
1.一种食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(29)、出水管(9)、开关扣(17)和盖体(15),其特征在于:所述上壳体(1)内部下端设有支柱(5),所述支柱(5)上端设有集料盒(20),所述集料盒(20)上端设有过滤孔(3),所述集料盒(20)上端与上壳体(1)内壁之间设有过滤网(18),所述过滤网(18)呈漏斗型,所述过滤网(18)与集料盒(20)之间设有集液腔(19),所述集料盒(20)右侧壁设有出浆管(2),所述出浆管(2)的另一端穿过上壳体(1)延伸至外部,所述上壳体(1)通过开关扣(17)连接盖体(15),所述盖体(15)上端中部设有进料斗(13),所述进料斗(13)下端中心处设有进料管(6),所述进料管(6)延伸至上壳体(1)内部,所述进料管(6)侧壁下端部套设有上磨盘(4),所述盖体(15)左侧壁设有出渣管(16),所述盖体(15)上端右侧设有水箱(10),所述水箱(10)的左侧连接出水管(9)的一端,所述出水管(9)中部设有电磁阀(11),所述盖体(15)内部上端右侧设有分流管(8),所述分流管(8)下端设有喷嘴(7),所述出水管(9)的另一端穿过盖体(15)并连接分流管(8)的进水口;
所述上壳体(1)下端等间距设有缓冲机构(22),所述缓冲机构(22)的另一端连接下壳体(29),所述下壳体(29)内部下端中部设有轴承(25),所述轴承(25)中部套设有转轴(28),所述转轴(28)侧壁下部套设有第一锥形齿轮(24),所述下壳体(29)内部下端右侧设有电机(27),所述电机(27)的电机轴套设有第二锥形齿轮(26),所述第一锥形齿轮(24)与第二锥形齿轮(26)相互啮合,所述转轴(28)上端贯穿集料盒(20)并设有下磨盘(21),所述下磨盘(21)与上磨盘(4)之间转动连接,所述下磨盘(21)上端设有转动杆(12),所述转动杆(12)贯穿进料管(6),所述转动杆(12)侧壁上部设有旋转螺纹(14),所述转动杆(12)侧壁下部套设有切碎刀具(30),所述下壳体(29)下端四周设有底座(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,其特征在于:所述缓冲机构(22)包括上挂件(2201)、下挂件(2202)、套筒(2203)、压缩弹簧(2204)和支撑杆(2205),所述上挂件(2201)等间距设置在上壳体(1)下端四周,所述下挂件(2202)等间距设置在下壳体(29)内壁,所述上挂件(2201)与下挂件(2202)位置相互对应,所述下挂件(2202)连接套筒(2203)的一端,所述套筒(2203)内部设有压缩弹簧(2204),所述套筒(2203)内壁与支撑杆(2205)下端滑动连接,所述支撑杆(2205)的一端连接压缩弹簧(2204),所述支撑杆(2205)另一端连接上挂件(2201)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,其特征在于:所述水箱(10)上端左侧设有进水口,所述喷嘴(7)为扇形喷嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,其特征在于:所述集料盒(20)内部下端设有滑坡。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,其特征在于:所述转轴(28)与集料盒(20)和滑坡的连接处均设有密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的食品加工用渣浆自动分离磨浆机,其特征在于:所述电机(27)的型号为YD160L-4/2,所述电磁阀(11)的型号为ZCB-1/200Hz。
