The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a household functional electric sofa comprises a base 1, wherein a cushion framework 3 is slidably arranged on the base 1 through a sliding rail 2, and the cushion framework 3 consists of two side support plates 3a symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper end of the base 1 and a support cross beam 3b positioned between the two side support plates 3 a; the front end of the cushion framework 3 is provided with a turnover type leg support A, the rear end of the cushion framework is rotatably provided with a chair back 4, the base 1 is provided with a driving mechanism B, after the driving mechanism B is started, the turnover type leg support A is driven to be unfolded, and after the turnover type leg support A is completely unfolded, the cushion framework 3 is driven to slide forwards on the base 1; a linkage component C is arranged between the seat back 4 and the seat cushion framework 3, and when the seat cushion framework 3 slides forwards, the seat back 4 can incline backwards relative to the seat cushion framework 3.
As shown in fig. 5-7, based on the above structure, the sofa can be deformed to use in various modes, one of which is: a sitting posture mode, namely that the driving mechanism B does not work, and the sofa keeps an original state; and the second is: in the reading mode, the driving mechanism B only drives the folding leg support A to be unfolded, and the positions of the cushion framework 3 and the chair back 4 are not adjusted; thirdly, it is: in the lying mode, the driving mechanism B drives the turnover type leg support A to be completely unfolded and drives the cushion framework 3 to slide forwards, and meanwhile, the chair back 4 is completely lowered under the driving of the linkage assembly C, so that the sofa is in a lying state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the specific structure of the driving mechanism B for driving the folding leg rest a to be unfolded is as follows: the turnover type leg support A comprises a support frame 5, two sides of the support frame 5 are respectively connected to a cushion framework 3 through a turnover component 6 in a rotating mode, the turnover component 6 comprises a first connecting rod 6a and a second connecting rod 6b, the end portions of the first connecting rod 6a and the second connecting rod 6b are hinged to the support frame 5, and a third connecting rod 6c and a fourth connecting rod 6d, the end portions of the third connecting rod 6c and the fourth connecting rod 6d are hinged to each other in the middle, the first connecting rod 6a is hinged to the fourth connecting rod 6d at one end far away from the support frame 5, and the second connecting rod 6b is hinged to the third connecting rod 6c at one end far away from the support frame 5. The driving mechanism B comprises an electric telescopic rod 8 and a transverse rod 7, both ends of the transverse rod 7 are fixed on the fourth connecting rod 6d, one end of the electric telescopic rod 8 is hinged to the base 1, the other end of the electric telescopic rod is hinged to the middle of the transverse rod 7, and the electric telescopic rod can push the fourth connecting rod 6d to move when working, so that the folding leg support A is driven to automatically unfold.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, both ends of the transverse rod 7 pass through the fourth connecting rod 6d and are located at the lower side of the side supporting plate 3a, the front end of the side supporting plate 3a is provided with a limiting part 3a1 capable of blocking the transverse rod 7, and after the folding leg rest a is fully unfolded, the end part of the transverse rod 7 just abuts against the limiting part 3a1, so that the side supporting plate 3a is driven to slide forwards, namely the seat cushion framework 3 is driven to slide forwards.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the linkage assembly C includes a fifth connecting rod 9, a sixth connecting rod 10 and a seventh connecting rod 11 which are sequentially hinged, wherein the fifth connecting rod 9 is hinged on the chair back 4 at one end far away from the sixth connecting rod 10, the middle part of the sixth connecting rod 10 is rotatably connected with the side support plate 3a through a conversion block 12, and the seventh connecting rod 11 is hinged on the base 1 at one end far away from the sixth connecting rod 10; based on this structure, the link mechanism can pull the seatback 4 to tilt backward with respect to the seat cushion frame 3 while the seat cushion frame 3 slides forward with respect to the base 1. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the sofa can automatically reset when being retracted from the lying mode, a reset tension spring 13 is arranged between the supporting beam 3b and the sixth connecting rod 10, and under the action of the reset tension spring 13, the cushion framework 3 and the chair back 4 can automatically reset.
In order to facilitate the installation and avoid the movement interference, the adapter 12 has a first mounting portion 12a and a second mounting portion 12b perpendicular to each other, the first mounting portion 12a is fixedly connected to the side support plate 3a, and the middle portion of the sixth link 10 is hinged to the second mounting portion 12 b.
The chair back 4 is also fixedly provided with an adapter plate 14 at a position corresponding to the fifth connecting rod 9, two sides of the adapter plate 14 are provided with a first mounting plate 14a and a second mounting plate 14b which extend towards opposite directions, the first mounting plate 14a and the second mounting plate 14b are perpendicular to the adapter plate 14, the first mounting plate 14a is rotationally connected with the fifth connecting rod 9, and the second mounting plate 14b is rotationally connected with the side support plate 3 a.
