Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer composite grouting materials, in particular to a high polymer composite grouting material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the development of infrastructure construction is rapid, the annual demand of Asian infrastructure investment is about $ 1.7 trillion, and the annual demand of Asian infrastructure investment is about $ 8 billion. Coal mining and mineral excavation can not avoid forming a goaf, the goaf refers to a cavity area left after underground mineral products are mined, and surface subsidence can generate continuous or non-continuous deformation, so that a series of engineering problems such as environmental rock and soil are brought, such as road collapse, cracks, house collapse and the like, and great hidden dangers are left for engineering construction. How to repair the goaf to prevent the mine engineering construction diseases becomes the heaviest of the current goaf engineering construction, and goaf grouting becomes the primary choice for solving the goaf problem. Cement-water glass, cement-fly ash, high polymer and the like are commonly used as grouting materials for goafs, wherein the cement-water glass and the cement-fly ash have the problems that the grouting amount cannot be accurately controlled, and the cement-water glass and the cement-fly ash cannot be blocked when water is gushed in the goafs; the high polymer can accurately control the grouting amount and block water burst, but the high polymer is expensive and is usually applied to emergency rescue. High-quality and low-price materials capable of treating the diseases of the goaf and related grouting technologies are urgently needed.
