本发明专利涉及一种锥齿轮注射模具,属于注射成型模具。所述模具中的导套、凹模置于定模板与流道板之间,两板用螺钉联结,定距拉杆一右端与定模座板过盈配合,弹簧一置于定模板、流道板及定模座板中,推块置于流道板上并可活动,弹簧二在定距拉杆二上,定距拉杆二右端有螺纹用于连接推块,定距拉杆二贯穿于定模板与流道板;推管、复位杆安装于复位杆固定板上,推板与复位杆固定板用螺钉联结,型芯安装于型芯固定板上,型芯固定板与动模座板用螺钉联结,型芯贯穿于推板、复位杆固定板、动模板,导柱安装于动模板上,动模座板、垫块及动模板用螺钉联结。采用上述技术方案,该模具结构简单,易于制造,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种锥齿轮注射模具,属于注射成型模具,主要用于热塑性塑料注射成型小型锥齿轮用。
背景技术
塑料锥齿轮已广泛应用于微型电机、电子产品、汽车配件、家用电器、办公用品、玩具等各种行业,热塑性塑料锥齿轮主要采用注射成型,一般采用点浇口、三板式模具,冷凝料常用手动取出,生产效率低,甚至出现卡死,给生产带来一定的困难。
发明内容
为了更好的解决以上出现的问题,发明一种带有弹簧+推块+定距拉杆机构的注射模具,能自动实现顶出冷凝料。本发明专利提供一种结构简单、易于制造、操作方便的模具。
本发明专利的技术方案是:一种锥齿轮注射模具,包括定模与动模,定模由定模座板、流道板、定模板、凹模、推块、定距拉杆一、弹簧一、定距拉杆二、弹簧二、导套构成,导套、凹模置于定模板与流道板之间,两板用螺钉联结,定距拉杆一右端与定模座板过盈配合,弹簧一置于定模板、流道板及定模座板中,推块置于流道板上并可活动,弹簧二在定距拉杆二上,定距拉杆二右端有螺纹用于连接推块,定距拉杆二贯穿于定模板与流道板;动模由动模板、复位杆、复位杆固定板、推板、型芯固定板、垫块、型芯、推管、动模座板、导柱构成,推管、复位杆安装于复位杆固定板上,推板与复位杆固定板用螺钉联结,型芯安装于型芯固定板上,型芯固定板与动模座板用螺钉联结,型芯贯穿于推板、复位杆固定板、动模板,导柱安装于动模板上,动模座板、垫块及动模板用螺钉联结。
所述模具中的凹模是回转体,其右端带定位的轴肩。
本模具结构简单,易于制造,使用方便,能实现自动顶出冷凝料,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
参考附图1,本发明锥齿轮注射模具,包括定模与动模,定模由定模座板10、流道板11、定模板12、凹模13、推块7、定距拉杆一5、弹簧一6、定距拉杆二8、弹簧二9、导套4构成,导套4、凹模13置于定模板12与流道板11之间,两板用螺钉联结,定距拉杆一5右端与定模座板10过盈配合,弹簧一6置于定模板12、流道板11及定模座板10中,推块7置于流道板11上并可活动,弹簧二9在定距拉杆二8上,定距拉杆二8右端有螺纹用于连接推块7,定距拉杆二8贯穿于定模板12与流道板11;动模由动模板15、复位杆16、复位杆固定板17、推板18、型芯固定板19、垫块20、型芯22、推管23、动模座板21、导柱3构成,推管23、复位杆16安装于复位杆固定板17上,推板18与复位杆固定板17用螺钉联结,型芯22安装于型芯固定板19上,型芯固定板19与动模座板21用螺钉联结,型芯22贯穿于推板18、复位杆固定板17、动模板15,导柱3安装于动模板15上,动模座板21、垫块20及动模板15用螺钉联结。
所述模具中的凹模13是回转体,其右端带定位的轴肩。
所述的模具,开模时,弹簧一6使模具沿I分型面分开,定距拉杆二8从浇口套中拉出主流道凝料,当定模板12受定距拉杆一5限位后,II分型面开始分型,产品随动模移动,故而点浇口被拉断,弹簧二9推动推块7使流道凝料从流道板11和定距拉杆二8上脱出。最后,在注射机的顶杆作用下,带动推板18推动推管3推落制品。合模时,复位杆16带动推管23复位。

1.一种锥齿轮注射模具,包括定模与动模,定模由定模座板、流道板、定模板、凹模、推块、定距拉杆一、弹簧一、定距拉杆二、弹簧二、导套构成,导套、凹模置于定模板与流道板之间,两板用螺钉联结,定距拉杆一右端与定模座板过盈配合,弹簧一置于定模板、流道板及定模座板中,推块置于流道板上并可活动,弹簧二在定距拉杆二上,定距拉杆二右端有螺纹用于连接推块,定距拉杆二贯穿于定模板与流道板;动模由动模板、复位杆、复位杆固定板、推板、型芯固定板、垫块、型芯、推管、动模座板、导柱构成,推管、复位杆安装于复位杆固定板上,推板与复位杆固定板用螺钉联结,型芯安装于型芯固定板上,型芯固定板与动模座板用螺钉联结,型芯贯穿于推板、复位杆固定板、动模板,导柱安装于动模板上,动模座板、垫块及动模板用螺钉联结。
2.如权利要求1所述的模具,其特征在于凹模是回转体,其右端带定位的轴肩。
