Abstract
The invention provides a spreader for an alveolar bone and jawbone fine adjustment operation, which comprises a mandible clamping seat, a maxillary supporting seat and a connecting bridge, wherein the connecting bridge is connected between the mandible clamping seat and the maxillary supporting seat, the maxillary supporting seat comprises a main rod frame, two ends of the main rod frame respectively extend to form a bending-shaped spreading arm, and a connecting part of the main rod frame and the spreading arm is provided with a maxillary clamping protrusion for clamping the maxilla.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surgical instruments, in particular to a spreader for an alveolar bone and jawbone fine adjustment operation and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The shape of a face is mainly affected by the present condition of facial bones and the shape of oral bones, and in a medical shaping process, fine adjustment (displacement, cutting, etc.) of alveolar bones and jawbones is generally required for adjusting the shape of the face. In order to avoid leaving wounds on the face, current alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment procedures employ incisions from the inside of the mouth to perform the procedure. Because it is difficult for the patient to open the mouth for a long time by himself, an distractor is required to distract the patient's mouth. Wherein, the tail end outside of stretching arm is fixed with the silica gel and props the piece.
The inner side of the stretching arm is provided with an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw is connected with the silica gel stretching sheet so as to adjust the distance between the silica gel stretching sheet and the stretching arm.
Wherein the spreader arms are made of an elastic material.
The upper jaw support seat comprises a sleeve and support clamping pieces connected to two ends of the sleeve, the support clamping pieces comprise a connecting rod connected with the sleeve, a support arm arranged on the connecting rod and a upper jaw clamping convex position, and the sleeve is connected with the connecting rod to form the main rod frame.
Wherein the connecting rod and the sleeve are connected in a telescopic way.
Wherein the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the sleeve.
Also provided is a method of manufacturing the distractor for alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment, characterized by comprising:
a step of establishing a dynamic operation model: acquiring the bone morphology of the face of the patient and the expected bone morphology of the patient, and accordingly, calculating the bone position and the adjustment dynamics which need to be adjusted;
size calculation: calculating the size of the spreader according to the bone position and the adjustment dynamics required to be adjusted by the patient;

In addition, the size of the spreader is calculated by changing the spreader according to the bone position and the adjustment dynamics which are required to be adjusted by the patient, and 3D printing and forming are adopted according to the size, so that the mouth shape and the bone shape of the patient can be effectively attached, and the uncomfortable feeling of the patient in the using process is reduced.

The invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The specific embodiment of the distractor for the alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes: the lower jaw clamping seat 1, the upper jaw supporting seat 2 and the connecting bridge 3, the connecting bridge 3 is connected between the lower jaw clamping seat 1 and the upper jaw supporting seat 2, the upper jaw supporting seat 2 comprises a main rod frame 21, two ends of the main rod frame 21 respectively extend to form a bending arch-shaped supporting and expanding arm 22, and a connecting part of the main rod frame 21 and the supporting and expanding arm 22 is provided with an upper jaw clamping protrusion 23 for clamping upper jaws. When in use, the lower jaw clamping seat 1 clamps the lower jaw of a patient, and the upper jaw clamping bulge 23 of the upper jaw supporting seat 2 clamps the upper jaw of the patient, so that the supporting device can be effectively fixed in the oral cavity, and the connecting bridge 3 connected between the lower jaw clamping seat 1 and the upper jaw supporting seat 2 can fully open the oral cavity of the patient, in addition, as the two ends of the main rod frame 21 respectively extend to form the bending-shaped supporting arms 22, when the supporting device is placed in the oral cavity, the supporting arms 22 can support the cheek of the patient from the inside of the oral cavity, thereby facilitating the operation of a doctor.
The outer side of the tail end of the stretching arm 22 is fixed with a silica gel stretching sheet 24, the inner side of the stretching arm 22 is provided with an adjusting screw 25, and the adjusting screw 25 is connected with the silica gel stretching sheet 24 to adjust the distance between the silica gel stretching sheet 24 and the stretching arm 22. The silica gel is used as a supporting transition piece for supporting the expanding arm 22 and the inner wall of the oral cavity, so that uncomfortable feeling of the supporting arm to the oral cavity is reduced. And the adjusting screw 25 can adjust the distance between the silica gel support piece 24 and the support arm 22, and then can finely adjust the support amplitude.
The spreader arms 22 of the present embodiment are made of an elastic material to reduce discomfort to the patient during support.
As shown in fig. 3, the maxillary support base 2 of the present embodiment includes a sleeve 26 and support clamping members 27 connected to two ends of the sleeve 26, the support clamping members 27 include a connecting rod 28 connected to the sleeve 26, and a support arm 22 and a maxillary clamping projection 23 disposed on the connecting rod 28, the sleeve 26 is connected to the connecting rod 28 to form the main rod frame 21, and the connecting rod 28 and the sleeve 26 are connected by threads, so as to implement telescopic connection. Through this extending structure, doctor can finely tune again according to patient's wearing condition in actual operation for this spreader can adapt to the inside condition of patient's oral cavity more.

A distractor for use in alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment procedures, comprising: the device comprises a mandible clamping seat, a maxillary supporting seat and a connecting bridge, wherein the connecting bridge is connected between the mandible clamping seat and the maxillary supporting seat, the maxillary supporting seat comprises a main rod frame, two ends of the main rod frame are respectively extended to form a bending arch-shaped supporting arm, the supporting arm extends towards the depth direction of an oral cavity and bends towards the side of the oral cavity, so that cheeks of a patient are supported from the inside of the oral cavity, a maxillary clamping bulge for clamping the maxillary is formed at the joint of the main rod frame and the supporting arm, a silica gel supporting sheet is fixed on the outer side of the tail end of the supporting arm, and an adjusting screw is arranged on the inner side of the supporting arm and connected with the silica gel supporting sheet to adjust the distance between the silica gel supporting sheet and the supporting arm.

A distractor for use in alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment as defined in claim 1, wherein: the upper jaw support seat comprises a sleeve and support clamping pieces connected to two ends of the sleeve, the support clamping pieces comprise connecting rods connected with the sleeve, support expanding arms arranged on the connecting rods and upper jaw clamping protruding positions, and the sleeve is connected with the connecting rods to form the main rod frame.
4. A distractor for use in alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the connecting rod is connected with the sleeve in a telescopic way.
5. A distractor for alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment as defined in claim 4 wherein: the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the sleeve.
6. A method of manufacturing a distractor for alveolar bone and jaw fine adjustment as defined in any one of claims 1-5, comprising:
a step of establishing a dynamic operation model: acquiring the bone morphology of the face of the patient and the expected bone morphology of the patient, and accordingly, calculating the bone position and the adjustment dynamics which need to be adjusted;
size calculation: calculating the size of the spreader according to the bone position and the adjustment dynamics required to be adjusted by the patient;
and (3) printing: and 3D printing is carried out according to the calculated size to form the spreader.
