Detailed Description
The invention provides a dehumidifying dryer, which is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and more definite. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the dehumidifying dryer provided by the invention comprises a dryer body 1 with an air inlet 1.1 and a drying chamber 1.2, a fan 2 arranged at the air inlet, an evaporator 3 arranged at the downstream of the fan, a condenser 4 arranged at the downstream of the evaporator and positioned at the air inlet of the drying chamber, a water receiving tray 5 arranged below the evaporator and used for collecting condensed water, a compressor 6 arranged in the dryer body, a throttling element 7 and an electric control system 8; the drying chamber 1.2 is used for drying clothes, and is provided with a door 1.3 and an exhaust port 1.4, wherein the exhaust port is communicated to the outside through an exhaust pipe (not shown in the figure); the compressor, the condenser, the throttling element and the evaporator are sequentially connected through pipelines to form a heat pump system.
During operation, air is sucked and then cooled and dehumidified through the evaporator, then heated through the condenser, then enters the drying chamber to dry clothes, and finally is discharged out of the chamber. Therefore, the dehumidifying dryer can dry clothes and dehumidify the clothes at home at the same time, and has small occupied space and low cost compared with the mode of purchasing equipment for drying clothes and dehumidifying the clothes at home respectively.
In order to enhance the dehumidification effect, an air return port 1.5 communicated to the downstream side of the evaporator 3 can be arranged on the machine body, a part of air dehumidified by the evaporator is discharged into the room from the air return port, and the other part of the air enters the drying room through the condenser 4, so that air circulation can be formed in the room, and moisture is continuously removed by the evaporator in the circulation process. An air valve can be arranged at the air return port to adjust the opening size of the air return port, so that the proportion of the two parts of air can be adjusted.
Here, all the electrical devices in the dehumidifying dryer are electrically connected to the electronic control system 8, and they are controlled to operate by the electronic control system.
Further, the fan 2, the evaporator 3 and the condenser 4 are arranged at the upper part of the machine body, and the exhaust port 1.4 is arranged at the lower part of the drying chamber 1.2; the front side of the condenser (the side of the condenser upward wind direction) is provided with a regenerative condenser 9, the front side of the exhaust port (the side of the exhaust port upward wind direction) is provided with a regenerative evaporator 10, and the regenerative condenser and the regenerative evaporator are connected through a pipeline to form a refrigerant circulation system.
The condenser 4 and the exhaust port 1.4 are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the drying chamber, and air flow can flow through clothes firstly and then is exhausted from the exhaust port, so that the drying effect is ensured; the regenerative condenser and the regenerative evaporator are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the drying chamber, redundant heat of the regenerative condenser and the regenerative evaporator can be absorbed by refrigerant in the regenerative evaporator before air is discharged, so that the refrigerant is gasified and rises to the regenerative condenser, the regenerative condenser can preheat air before entering the condenser 4, the refrigerant is liquefied, the liquefied refrigerant can flow to the regenerative evaporator under the action of gravity to form circulation, and the waste heat is recycled and used for preheating, so that the drying heating amount is increased under the condition that the input power of a refrigerating system is not increased additionally, the energy utilization efficiency is further improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
In this embodiment, a water storage tank 11 is disposed at the bottom of the machine body 1, and is used for collecting condensed water generated by the heat recovery evaporator 10.
Preferably, the evaporator 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of sub-evaporators in parallel, and a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet of each sub-evaporator are provided with electromagnetic valves; the condenser 4 is formed by connecting a plurality of sub-condensers in parallel, and the refrigerant inlet and outlet of each sub-condenser are provided with electromagnetic valves. The number of the working sub-evaporators and sub-condensers (hereinafter referred to as the opening amount) can be adjusted by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding solenoid valves, thereby changing the heat exchange area, and thus the evaporation temperature, the condensation temperature and the internal pressure of the heat pump system can be adjusted. The sub-evaporators and sub-condensers may employ fin heat exchangers or microchannel heat exchangers.
Further, the electric control system 8 comprises a pressure sensor, a plurality of temperature sensors, a controller and corresponding control circuits; the pressure sensors are arranged on the pipelines of the heat pump system, and the front side and the rear side of the evaporator 3 and the condenser 4 are respectively provided with a temperature sensor. The pressure sensor and the temperature sensor can collect system pressure information and temperature change information before and after heat exchange in real time, and the controller controls the opening amounts of the evaporator 3 and the condenser 4 according to the information, so that the aim of adjusting the drying temperature is fulfilled.
Preferably, the rotating speed of the fan 2 is adjustable, and the speed can be regulated under the control of the controller. If the variable frequency motor is used as a motor of the fan, the controller adjusts the power of the motor to change the rotating speed. The controller changes the air supply quantity of the fan while adjusting the opening quantity of the evaporator 3 and the condenser 4, and further improves the effectiveness of adjusting the drying temperature. The fan can be an axial flow fan, a centrifugal fan or a cross flow fan.
Further, a hanger 12 for hanging clothes is arranged in the drying chamber 1.2.
Specifically, the refrigerant of the heat pump system and the refrigerant circulation system is one or more of R134a and R245 fa. The refrigerants are all environment-friendly Freon coolants, and cannot damage the environment.
Further, the throttling element 7 is an electronic expansion valve, a thermal expansion valve or a capillary tube.
In addition, the dehumidifying dryer further includes casters 13 provided at the bottom of the body 1 for movement of the dehumidifying dryer.
