本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种透气沙发布。
背景技术
现有技术中,沙发布一般都为相对厚实的面料,其透气性能较差,尤其是有些沙发布表面还复合一层膜,则严重影响透气性能和使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升透气性能的透气沙发布。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种透气沙发布,它由经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线由涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维并线加捻而成,纬线由阳离子纤维和聚氨酯纤维并线后加捻而成,其中经线的捻度为30-50捻/米,纬线的捻度为20-40捻/米。
经线的克重为30-50g/m,纬线的克重为45-60g/m。
经线和纬线的编织密度为:经线18-23根/cm,纬线22-25根/米。
本发明所得到的一种透气沙发布,其通过合理的结构设计,能有效提升沙发布的透气性能,而且透气性能持久优越,可靠性高。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种透气沙发布,它由经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线由涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维并线加捻而成,纬线由阳离子纤维和聚氨酯纤维并线后加捻而成,其中经线的捻度为30捻/米,纬线的捻度为20捻/米。
经线的克重为30g/m,纬线的克重为45g/m。
经线和纬线的编织密度为:经线18根/cm,纬线22根/米。
