As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a vehicle seat headrest comprises a headrest rod a, a connecting component 10 is fixedly installed on one side of the headrest rod a, an installation body 1 is detachably installed on the connecting component 10, an unlocking mechanism is arranged in the installation body 1 and is used for controlling the seat back to rotate, and after the whole product is assembled, the unlocking mechanism is located on the rear side of the headrest, so that the attractiveness of the seat can be improved.

The connection end of the cable 9 is generally of a standard structure, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation of the end thereof on the cable connection structure 3a, one side of the first rack 3 is provided with an outwardly extending protrusion 3d, the cable connection structure 3a includes a central hole 3e and a slit 3f provided on the protrusion 3d, wherein the slit 3f is perpendicular to and intersects with the axis of the central hole 3e, and such a structure allows the connection end of the cable 9 to be matched, thereby facilitating the installation.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the connection part 10 is welded with a clamping plate 10c at a position corresponding to the cable through hole 1r, the clamping plate 10c is provided with a cable housing clamping hole 10e, and the cable housing clamping hole 10e can fix a cable housing for controlling the rotation of the chair back on the clamping hole.
As shown in fig. 4 and 13, the headrest rod a includes a top support section 13 and a bottom support section 11 bent from the end of the top support section 13 to one side, a first connection surface 10a is provided with a connection plate 10f extending toward the top support section 13 at a position corresponding to the top support section 13, and is welded on the top support section 13 through the connection plate 10f, and the connection plate 10f is a triangular plate, so that after the unlocking mechanism is mounted on the headrest, the design can ensure that the exposed surface of the unlocking mechanism is parallel to the rear side of the seat back, which is beneficial to the beauty.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 11, the first rack 3 is provided with a hanging hole 3c, the installation body 1 is internally provided with a hanging rib plate 1k and a supporting column 1p, the supporting column 1p is sleeved with a reset torsion spring 7, two ends of the reset torsion spring 7 are respectively hung on the hanging hole 3c and the hanging rib plate 1k, after the back of the chair is put down, the button 2 is loosened, and all parts can be reset automatically under the action of the reset torsion spring 7.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in order to realize the installation of the push button 2 in the push button slot 1c and to ensure its effective sliding in the push button slot 1c, the circumferential side wall of the push button 2 is distributed with guide projections 2c and anti-drop projections 2d; the side wall of the button groove 1c is provided with guide through grooves 1h which are matched with the guide convex blocks 2c, and strip grooves 1i which are matched with the anti-falling convex blocks 2d, wherein the strip grooves 1i are closed at one end far away from the bottom of the button groove 1c, and the strip grooves 1i with one closed end can lock the sliding stroke of the button 2 in the length range of the strip grooves 1i, so that the button 2 is prevented from falling off in use.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, further, in order to enable the button 2 to automatically reset after being pressed, through holes 1g are symmetrically arranged on the bottom of the button groove 1c, guide rods 2b extending towards the through holes 1g are symmetrically arranged on the button 2, the guide rods 2b are in sliding fit with the through holes 1g, springs 8 are sleeved on the guide rods 2b, and two ends of each spring 8 are respectively abutted to the bottom of the button groove 1c and the inner bottom of the button 2.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 11, in order to realize the installation of the first rack 3 in the mechanism groove 1d and to ensure that it slides effectively in the mechanism groove 1d, guide grooves 1j formed in the height direction are symmetrically provided on both side walls of the mechanism groove 1d, guide blocks 3b are symmetrically provided on both sides of the first rack 3, and the guide blocks 3b are slidably installed in the guide grooves 1 j. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the first rack 3 from shaking, the groove width of the mechanism groove 1d at this point is adapted to the thickness of the first rack 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, in order to improve the overall appearance quality of the mounting body 1 after being mounted on the seat back, the mounting body 1 is provided with a decorative frame 6 at a position corresponding to the button slot 1c, a flange 6a is provided on the circumferential outer edge of the decorative frame 6, and in a non-pressed state, the button 2 is at least partially exposed in the decorative frame 6, and at the same time, a notch 6b is provided on one side of the decorative frame 6 for facilitating the user to operate the button 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 7 and 10, in order to facilitate the installation of the decorative frame 6 on the installation body 1, the installation body 1 is provided with upward protruding extension portions 1e at positions corresponding to two ends of the button slot 1c, the extension portions 1e are provided with clamping holes 1f, and two ends of the decorative frame 6 are provided with clamping buckles 6c which are matched with the clamping holes 1 f.
As shown in fig. 8 and 12, in order to facilitate the fastening of the cover plate 5 on the mounting body 1, positioning holes 1m are distributed in the mounting body 1, positioning protrusions 5a extending towards the positioning holes are arranged at positions corresponding to the positioning holes on the cover plate 5, fastening holes 1n are also distributed on the mounting body 1, wedge-shaped clips 5b extending towards the inside of the mounting body 1 are arranged at one side of the cover plate 5, and the wedge-shaped clips 5b are elastically fastened on the fastening holes 1 n.
As shown in fig. 9, the button 2 is integrally formed with the second rack 2 a.
