Abstract
The invention discloses environment-friendly electrical equipment for a factory and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electrical equipment. The cleaning machine comprises a cleaning machine, wherein a feeding hole and a discharging hole are formed in the cleaning machine, a shovel plate hopper is fixedly installed at the lower end of the feeding hole, two telescopic cylinders are arranged on the cleaning machine, each telescopic cylinder is connected with an installation block, a cleaning roller is rotatably connected between the two installation blocks, a plurality of bristles are arranged on the circumferential side array of the cleaning roller, a crawler belt is arranged on the cleaning machine, one end of the crawler belt is rotatably installed in the shovel plate hopper, the other end of the crawler belt is rotatably connected to the discharging hole, a spraying pipe is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper end of the cleaning machine, and a storage. According to the invention, the shovel plate bucket, the cleaning roller, the crawler belt and the storage box are arranged, the cleaning roller cleans the crushed aggregates on the road surface onto the shovel plate bucket, and then the crushed aggregates are recycled into the storage box through the crawler belt, so that the problems of time and labor waste in crushed aggregate recycling are solved, and the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection of a factory are achieved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical equipment, and particularly relates to environmental-friendly electrical equipment for a factory and a using method thereof.
Background
The wide use of electrical equipment has gradually improved people's daily life, has liberated people's labour, and people can be used for satisfying people's growing demand through designing the electrical equipment and the device that accord with the demand.
For example, with the development of society and the gradual enhancement of environmental awareness of people, the collection and cleaning of the crushed aggregates falling on the ground during the processing, production and transportation of factories become an important task for factory treatment, the crushed aggregates are timely recovered and fully utilized, the cleanness and the sanitation of workshops can be maintained, the production cost can be saved, and the cleaning is usually performed by a factory organization in a large scale, which wastes time and labor, so the invention provides the environmental-friendly electrical equipment for factories, which is used for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide environment-friendly electrical equipment for factories, which is characterized in that a shovel plate hopper, a cleaning roller, a crawler belt and a storage box are arranged, the cleaning roller cleans crushed aggregates on a road surface onto the shovel plate hopper, and the crawler belt recovers the crushed aggregates into the storage box, so that the problem that the crushed aggregates are time-consuming and labor-consuming in recovering is solved, and the purposes of energy conservation and environment protection of factories are achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to an environment-friendly electrical device for a factory, which comprises a sweeper, wherein a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are arranged on the sweeper, and a shovel board bucket is fixedly installed at the lower end of the feed inlet;
the sweeper is provided with an installation frame, the installation frame is positioned right above the shovel plate bucket, two telescopic cylinders are fixedly installed on the installation frame, telescopic rods are arranged on the telescopic cylinders, one end of each telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the output end of each telescopic cylinder, and the other end of each telescopic rod penetrates through the installation frame and is fixedly connected with an installation block;
a cleaning roller is rotatably connected between the two mounting blocks, and a plurality of bristles are arranged on the peripheral side of the cleaning roller in an array manner;
the sweeper is provided with a crawler belt, one end of the crawler belt is rotatably arranged in the shovel plate bucket, and the other end of the crawler belt is rotatably connected to the discharge port;
a spray pipe is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper end of the sweeper, a plurality of atomization spray heads are arranged on the spray pipe, the spray pipe is connected with a water delivery pipe, the other end of the water delivery pipe is connected with a sewage treatment box, and the sewage treatment box is fixedly installed on the bottom wall of the sweeper and is positioned right below the track;
the cleaning machine is fixedly connected with a storage box, an oven and a storage hopper are arranged in the storage box, the feeding end of the oven is communicated with the discharge hole in the cleaning machine, and the discharge end of the oven is connected with the storage hopper;
the lower ends of the sweeper and the storage box are provided with universal wheels.
Furthermore, the shovel plate bucket inclines downwards, and the front end of the shovel plate bucket is in a sawtooth blade shape.
Further, a fan is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame, an air outlet of the fan is connected with a first air suction flat nozzle and a second air suction flat nozzle, the air suction direction of the first air suction flat nozzle faces the shovel plate bucket, and the air suction direction of the second air suction flat nozzle inclines towards the front of the shovel plate bucket.
Furthermore, the central axis of the cleaning roller is parallel to the wall surface of the cleaning machine where the feed inlet is positioned, and is parallel to the plate surface of the shovel plate hopper.
Furthermore, a rotating cylinder is fixedly mounted on the mounting block, a rotating shaft rod is fixedly mounted at the output end of the rotating cylinder, and the shaft rod penetrates through the mounting block to be connected with the cleaning roller.
Furthermore, the sewage treatment box is provided with a gravel layer, an activated carbon layer and a submersible pump from outside to inside in sequence, and the water delivery pipe penetrates through the activated carbon layer and the gravel layer to be connected with the water outlet end of the submersible pump.
Further, the sweeper is fixedly provided with a rechargeable storage battery and a plurality of solar cell panels, and the fan, the telescopic cylinder, the crawler belt, the solar cell panels, the rotating cylinder, the submersible pump and the oven are electrically connected with the rechargeable storage battery.
The use method of the environment-friendly electrical equipment for the factory comprises the following steps:
step one, driving the device to a place where crushed aggregates need to be cleaned and recovered, and then pressing down a cleaning roller to a position of a shovel plate bucket by controlling a telescopic cylinder to enable bristles to be in contact with the ground;
secondly, starting a fan to work, and sucking dust on the road surface to be cleaned through a first air suction flat nozzle and a second air suction flat nozzle;
thirdly, the rotating cylinder is controlled to drive the cleaning roller to rotate, so that the ground crushed aggregates are cleaned by the bristles to the shovel bucket;
fourthly, controlling the crawler to move, and conveying the crushed aggregates on the shovel board bucket into the sweeper;
step five, controlling the submersible pump to work, conveying cleaning water into the spray pipe through the water conveying pipe, and spraying the cleaning water out of the atomizing spray head to clean the crushed aggregates on the track;
and step six, controlling the oven to work, drying the wet crushed aggregates conveyed by the crawler belt, and then dropping the crushed aggregates into the storage hopper for storage.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the shovel plate bucket, the cleaning roller, the crawler belt and the storage box are arranged, the cleaning roller cleans the crushed aggregates on the road surface onto the shovel plate bucket, and then the crushed aggregates are recycled into the storage box through the crawler belt, so that the problem that the crushed aggregates are time-consuming and labor-consuming in recycling is solved, and the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection of a factory are achieved;
2. according to the invention, the front end of the shovel plate bucket is in a sawtooth knife edge shape, so that the crushed aggregates can be collected conveniently, the crushed aggregates adhered and fixed on the road surface can be cut, and the collection efficiency is improved;
3. according to the invention, the dust raised from the road surface cleaned by the cleaning roller is absorbed through the first air suction flat nozzle and the second air suction flat nozzle, so that the cleanness of the environment is kept, meanwhile, the dust entering the cleaner is reduced, and the later dust treatment capacity is reduced;
4. the spraying pipe is arranged, and the crushed aggregates conveyed on the track are cleaned by spraying water through the atomizing spray head on the spraying pipe, so that the aim of removing dust on the surfaces of the crushed aggregates is fulfilled, and post-treatment energy is saved;
5. according to the invention, the sewage treatment box is arranged, and the gravel layer and the activated carbon layer are purified and pumped to the atomizing spray head through the submersible pump to spray water for cleaning, so that the purpose of recycling water resources is achieved, and water energy is saved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3 together, an environmental protection type electrical apparatus for a factory includes a sweeper 1, a feeding port 11 and a discharging port 12 are provided on the sweeper 1, a shovel plate bucket 2 is fixedly installed at a lower end of the feeding port 11, the shovel plate bucket 2 is inclined downward, and a front end thereof is in a saw-toothed blade shape, so that the crushed aggregates can be collected conveniently, the crushed aggregates still fixed on a road surface can be cut, and the collection efficiency is improved.

a cleaning roller 6 is rotatably connected between the two mounting blocks 52, the central axis of the cleaning roller 6 is parallel to the wall surface of the cleaning machine 1 where the feed inlet 11 is located, and is parallel to the plate surface of the shovel bucket 2, a plurality of bristles 61 are arrayed on the peripheral side surface of the cleaning roller 6, a rotating cylinder 53 is fixedly mounted on the mounting block 52, a rotating shaft rod 54 is fixedly mounted on the output end of the rotating cylinder 53, the shaft rod 54 penetrates through the mounting block 52 to be connected with the cleaning roller 6, the cleaning roller 6 on the telescopic rod 51 is driven to rotate through the telescopic cylinder 5, and crushed aggregates on the road surface are cleaned into the shovel bucket 2 through the bristles 61;
be equipped with track 7 on sweeper 1, the one end of track 7 is rotated and is installed in shovel board fill 2, and the other end is rotated and is connected in discharge gate 12 department, will clean the crushed aggregates toward sweeper 1 direction transportation in shovel board fill 2 through track 7.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 together, a spray pipe 8 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper end of the sweeper 1, a plurality of atomizing spray heads 81 are arranged on the spray pipe 8, the spray pipe 8 is connected with a water delivery pipe 82, the other end of the water delivery pipe 82 is connected with a sewage treatment tank 9, the sewage treatment tank 9 is fixedly installed on the bottom wall of the sweeper 1 and is positioned under the caterpillar band 7, the sewage treatment tank 9 is sequentially provided with a gravel layer 91, an activated carbon layer 92 and a submersible pump 93 from outside to inside, the water delivery pipe 82 penetrates through the activated carbon layer 92 and the gravel layer 91 to be connected with the water outlet end of the submersible pump 93, the crushed aggregates on the caterpillar band 7 are cleaned by spraying water through the atomizing spray heads 81, dust adhered to the surfaces of the crushed aggregates is removed, then the cleaned water falls into the bottom wall of the sweeper 1, the cleaned water is pumped to the atomizing spray heads 81 through the gravel layer 91 and the activated carbon layer 92 for water spraying and cleaning, the purpose of recycling is achieved.
A storage box 10 is fixedly connected to the sweeper 1, an oven 101 and a storage hopper 102 are arranged in the storage box 10, the feeding end of the oven 101 is communicated with a discharging port 12 on the sweeper 1, the discharging end of the oven 101 is connected with the storage hopper 102, and the oven 101 dries the wet crushed aggregates conveyed by the crawler 7 and then falls into the storage hopper 102 for storage;
a charging storage battery 13 and a plurality of solar panels 14 are fixedly installed on the sweeper 1, and the fan 4, the telescopic cylinder 5, the crawler belt 7, the solar panels 14, the rotating cylinder 53, the submersible pump 93 and the oven 101 are all electrically connected with the charging storage battery 13;
the lower ends of the sweeper 1 and the material storage box 10 are provided with universal wheels 15.
The use method of the environment-friendly electrical equipment for the factory comprises the following steps:
step one, the device is driven to a place where crushed aggregates need to be cleaned and recovered, and then the cleaning roller 6 is pressed down to the position of the shovel board bucket 2 by controlling the telescopic cylinder 5, so that the brush bristles 61 are in contact with the ground;
secondly, starting the fan 4 to work, and sucking dust on the road surface to be cleaned through the first air suction flat nozzle 41 and the second air suction flat nozzle 42;
thirdly, the cleaning roller 6 is driven to rotate by controlling the rotating cylinder 53, so that the ground crushed aggregates are cleaned on the shovel bucket 2 by the bristles 61;
fourthly, controlling the crawler belt 7 to move, and conveying the crushed aggregates on the shovel plate bucket 2 into the sweeper 1;
step five, controlling the submersible pump 93 to work, conveying cleaning water into the spray pipe 8 through the water conveying pipe 82, spraying the cleaning water out through the atomizing spray head 81, and cleaning the crushed aggregates on the caterpillar 7;
and step six, controlling the oven 101 to work, drying the wet crushed aggregates conveyed by the crawler 7, and then dropping the crushed aggregates into the storage hopper 102 for storage.

the sweeping machine (1) is provided with a mounting frame (3), the mounting frame (3) is positioned right above the shovel plate bucket (2), two telescopic cylinders (5) are fixedly mounted on the mounting frame (3), telescopic rods (51) are arranged on the telescopic cylinders (5), one end of each telescopic rod (51) is fixedly connected with the output end of each telescopic cylinder (5), and the other end of each telescopic rod penetrates through the mounting frame (3) and is fixedly connected with a mounting block (52);
a cleaning roller (6) is rotatably connected between the two mounting blocks (52), and a plurality of brush hairs (61) are arranged on the circumferential side array of the cleaning roller (6);
the sweeper (1) is provided with a crawler belt (7), one end of the crawler belt (7) is rotatably arranged in the shovel plate bucket (2), and the other end of the crawler belt (7) is rotatably connected to the discharge hole (12);
a spray pipe (8) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper end of the sweeper (1), a plurality of atomizing spray heads (81) are arranged on the spray pipe (8), the spray pipe (8) is connected with a water delivery pipe (82), the other end of the water delivery pipe (82) is connected with a sewage treatment box (9), and the sewage treatment box (9) is fixedly installed on the bottom wall of the sweeper (1) and is positioned under the crawler (7);
a storage box (10) is fixedly connected to the sweeper (1), an oven (101) and a storage hopper (102) are arranged in the storage box (10), the feeding end of the oven (101) is communicated with a discharging hole (12) in the sweeper (1), and the discharging end of the oven (101) is connected with the storage hopper (102);
the lower ends of the sweeper (1) and the storage box (10) are respectively provided with a universal wheel (15).
2. The environmental protection type electric apparatus for factory use according to claim 1, wherein said bucket (2) is inclined downward and its front end is in the shape of a serrated blade.

An environment-friendly electric apparatus for factory use according to claim 1, wherein a fan (4) is fixedly installed on the installation frame (3), an air outlet of the fan (4) is connected with a first air suction flat nozzle (41) and a second air suction flat nozzle (42), an air suction direction of the first air suction flat nozzle (41) faces the shovel bucket (2), and an air suction direction of the second air suction flat nozzle (42) inclines to face the front of the shovel bucket (2).

An environment-friendly electric apparatus for factory use according to claim 1, characterized in that the central axis of said cleaning roller (6) is parallel to the wall surface of the cleaning machine (1) where the feed inlet (11) is located, and parallel to the plate surface of the shovel bucket (2).

The environment-friendly electrical equipment for factories of claim 1, wherein the mounting block (52) is fixedly provided with a rotating cylinder (53), the output end of the rotating cylinder (53) is fixedly provided with a rotating shaft rod (54), and the shaft rod (54) passes through the mounting block (52) to be connected with the cleaning roller (6).

An environment-friendly electric equipment for factory according to claim 1, characterized in that the sewage treatment box (9) is provided with a gravel layer (91), an activated carbon layer (92) and a submersible pump (93) from outside to inside in sequence, and the water delivery pipe (82) passes through the activated carbon layer (92) and the gravel layer (91) and is connected with the water outlet end of the submersible pump (93).

fourthly, controlling the crawler belt (7) to move, and conveying the crushed materials on the shovel board bucket (2) into the sweeper (1);
fifthly, controlling the submersible pump (93) to work, conveying cleaning water into the spray pipe (8) through the water conveying pipe (82), and spraying the cleaning water out through the atomizing spray head (81) to clean the crushed aggregates on the crawler belt (7);
and step six, controlling the oven (101) to work, drying the wet crushed aggregates conveyed by the crawler (7), and then dropping the crushed aggregates into the storage hopper (102) for storage.
