本发明涉及一种方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，包括转筒、机架和电机，在料仓外侧还设有立于地面的竖支架，竖支架顶端连接水平横支架，横支架上设有进给机构，进给机构下端固定连接上刮刀，上刮刀位于下刮刀上方并与下刮刀平行，同时还与滤饼切向接触，所述滤饼截断端从上刮刀和下刮刀之间穿过；具有易卸料，刮刀磨损程度轻，能有效防止回料现象的发生的，清洁度程度高，机器运转阻力小的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于催化剂生产设备领域，具体涉及一种方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机。
背景技术
转鼓过滤机是连续式过滤机的一种，构造与转筒真空过滤机相似，操作原理也相同。以负压作过滤推动力，过滤面在圆柱形转鼓表面的连续过滤机。转鼓过滤机具有良好的密封性，可得到湿含量较低的滤饼，生产效率高等特点。
目前，采用刮刀卸料的转鼓过滤机存在对于粘稠度高的滤饼的卸料困难，刮刀磨损严重，易回料，清洁度底，机器转动阻力大等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术缺陷，本发明提供了一种对于粘稠度高的滤饼依然卸料容易，刮刀磨损程度轻，能有效防止回料现象的发生的，清洁度程度高，机器运转阻力小的方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，包括转筒、机架和电机，所述转筒中部通有压气管并设有出液管，底部设有进料管，所述机架安装于底座上，所述转筒表面设有滤布，由所述滤布的滤出的滤饼在转筒一端的中间被下刮刀截断并被引入料仓，所述转筒底端与机架之间设有浆槽，在所述料仓外侧还设有立于地面的竖支架，所述竖支架顶端连接水平横支架，所述横支架上设有进给机构，所述进给机构下端固定连接上刮刀，所述上刮刀位于下刮刀上方并与下刮刀平行，同时还与滤饼切向接触，所述滤饼截断端从上刮刀和下刮刀之间穿过。
作为进一步改进的技术方案，所述下刮刀下方连接加热器。
作为进一步改进的技术方案，所述横支架上还设有洗涤器，所述洗涤器位于转筒的斜上方和进给机构的外侧。
本发明的有益技术效果如下：
（1）能够克服生产医药中间体型催化剂时的过滤工序中，滤出料粘稠度高，卸料困难的问题，有效减少了刮刀的磨损和过滤机转筒运转的阻力，延长了过滤机的的使用寿命。
（2）有效防止回料现象的发生，方便生产医药中间体型催化剂，有效的降低了过滤机的故障几率，能够保证生产的稳定进行。
（3）结构简单，维修维护方便，清洁程度高，市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的阐述和说明。
如图所示的一种方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，包括转筒1、机架2和电机，所述转筒1中部通有压气管5并设有出液管6，底部设有进料管7，所述机架2安装于底座4上，所述转筒1表面设有滤布1-1，由所述滤布1-1的滤出的滤饼3在转筒1一端的中间被下刮刀9截断并被引入料仓14，所述转筒1底端与机架2之间设有浆槽8，在所述料仓14外侧还设有立于地面的竖支架10，所述竖支架10顶端连接水平横支架11，所述横支架11上设有进给机构12，所述进给机构12下端固定连接上刮刀13，所述上刮刀13位于下刮刀9上方并与下刮刀9平行，同时还与滤饼3切向接触，所述滤饼3截断端从上刮刀13和下刮刀9之间穿过。
所述下刮刀9下方连接加热器16。
所述横支架11上还设有洗涤器15，所述洗涤器15位于转筒1的斜上方和进给机构12的外侧。
使用时，滤饼3从所述滤饼3截断端从上刮刀13和下刮刀9之间穿过，上刮刀13紧压住滤饼3，滤饼3受压平稳下注，当滤饼3产生褶皱或者有回料趋势时，上刮刀13对其产生剪切作用，同时下刮刀9持续从滤饼3内侧上刮，保证了滤饼3的正常出料，当滤饼堆积骤增湿，上刮刀13对多余部分进行刮落。

1.一种方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，包括转筒（1）、机架（2）和电机（17），所述转筒（1）中部通有压气管（5）并设有出液管（6），底部设有进料管（7），所述机架（2）安装于底座（4）上，所述转筒（1）表面设有滤布（1-1），由所述滤布（1-1）的滤出的滤饼（3）在转筒（1）一端的中间被下刮刀（9）截断并被引入料仓（14），所述转筒（1）底端与机架（2）之间设有浆槽（8），其特征在于，在所述料仓（14）外侧还设有立于地面的竖支架（10），所述竖支架（10）顶端连接水平横支架（11），所述横支架（11）上设有进给机构（12），所述进给机构（12）下端固定连接上刮刀（13），所述上刮刀（13）位于下刮刀（9）上方并与下刮刀（9）平行，同时还与滤饼（3）切向接触，所述滤饼（3）截断端从上刮刀（13）和下刮刀（9）之间穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，其特征在于，所述下刮刀（9）下方连接加热器（16）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方便生产医药中间体型催化剂的转鼓过滤机，其特征在于，所述横支架（11）上还设有洗涤器（15），所述洗涤器（15）位于转筒（1）的斜上方和进给机构（12）的外侧。
