Abstract

一种快速接线装置,包括接线柱和壳体,接线柱中部具有多个滑槽和多对滑块,滑块的一端卡入滑槽内,滑块的另一端是与壳体内壁相贴的弧面,壳体的两端具有螺接槽,螺接槽的一端与壳体内部相通,另一端具有线孔,接线柱两端中部具有通孔,通孔的入口与线孔相对,通孔的出口位于接线柱侧壁上,边壳体从中部分为左右两部分,左右两部分壳体的边缘螺接,左右两部分壳体螺接在一起时,壳体内壁顶住滑块上的弧面。本发明的一种快速接线装置,缠绕接线头的滑块可进行自锁,使连接更加紧密不易虚接,装置的两端有紧缩密封机构,可保证接线头的连接稳定和接线装置内部的密封性,避免电线接头氧化,适用于复杂环境下的电线的连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力技术,具体涉及一种快速接线装置。
背景技术
传统的接线方式一般现将两线头拧在一起,再用绝缘胶布缠住线头,接线效率慢,即使有一些改进的技术方案,仍然以接线头快速缠绕为主,没有实质性的改变接线方式。这种接法使线头内的金属导线裸露在外,容易氧化,虚接。绝缘胶布老化时,存在诸多安全隐患。现在也有一些快速接线柱,但接线柱裸露在外,防水性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有密封性的快速接线装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种快速接线装置,包括接线柱和壳体,壳体为中空的纺锤形,接线柱中部具有n个滑槽和n对滑块,n为自然数且n≥1,滑块的一端卡入滑槽内,滑块的另一端是与壳体内壁相贴的弧面,接线柱两端具有外螺纹,壳体的两端具有螺接槽,螺接槽的一端与壳体内部相通,另一端具有线孔,螺接槽内壁上具有与接线柱外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,接线柱两端中部具有通孔,通孔的入口与线孔相对,通孔的出口位于接线柱侧壁上,边壳体从中部分为左右两部分,左右两部分壳体的边缘螺接,左右两部分壳体螺接在一起时,壳体内壁顶住滑块上的弧面。
进一步的,所述n=1、2、3或4。
进一步的,所述接线柱为纺锤平板、三棱柱或长方体。
进一步的,还包括密封橡胶环,密封橡胶环卡在螺接槽内,密封橡胶环的两端分别顶住所述螺接槽的线孔端和所述接线柱的通孔端。
进一步的,所述螺接槽的线孔端具有第一凹槽,所述接线柱的通孔端具有第二凹槽,所述密封橡胶环为旋转密封橡胶环,旋转密封橡胶环的两端具有凸块,旋转密封橡胶环两端的凸块分别卡在第一凹槽和第二凹槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种快速接线装置,接线头缠绕在滑块上,壳体推压滑块使接线头紧密接触;当电线受到外部张力拉伸时,缠绕接线头的滑块可进行自锁,使连接更加紧密,不易虚接;装置的两端有紧缩密封机构,可保证接线头的连接稳定和接线装置内部的密封性,避免电线接头的氧化或接触外部雨水与水汽,可适用于复杂环境下的电线线路连接。

具体实施方式:
下面参照附图对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例
如图1和2所示,一种快速接线装置,包括接线柱1和壳体13,壳体13为中空的纺锤形,接线柱1中部具有2个滑槽4和2对滑块2。滑块2的一端卡入滑槽4内,滑块2的另一端是与壳体13内壁相贴的弧面,滑块2可在滑槽4内左右滑动。接线柱1两端具有外螺纹5,壳体13的两端具有螺接槽6,螺接槽6的一端与壳体13内部相通,螺接槽6的另一端具有线孔。螺接槽6内壁上具有与接线柱外螺纹5相配合的内螺纹,接线柱1两端中部具有通孔3,通孔入口与线孔相对,通孔出口301位于接线柱1侧壁上。壳体13从中部分为左右两部分,左右两部分壳体分开处为螺接口7。左右两部分壳体螺接在一起时,壳体13内壁顶住滑块2上端的弧面。旋转密封橡胶环9卡在螺接槽6内,旋转密封橡胶环9的两端分别顶住螺接槽6的线孔端和接线柱1的通孔端。螺接槽6的线孔端具有第一凹槽8,接线柱1的通孔端具有第二凹槽10,旋转密封橡胶环9的两端具有凸块11,旋转密封橡胶环9两端的凸块11分别卡在第一凹槽8和第二凹槽10内。
以双股胶皮线为例,两个待接的接线头分别从壳体13两侧依次穿过线孔、旋转密封橡胶环9和通孔3后,从通孔出口301处伸出,然后左侧接线头上的两股线分别缠绕在2对滑块2中的两个右侧滑块上,右侧接线头的两股线也分别缠绕在左侧的两个滑块上。将一端的旋转密封橡胶环9两端的凸块11分别卡在第一凹槽8和第二凹槽10内,再将接线柱1旋进螺接槽6内,接线柱1旋进螺接槽6内时,压紧并扭转旋转密封橡胶环9,使其抱紧电线并密封住线孔。之后,将接线柱1的另一端旋进另一个螺接槽6内,同时将壳体13上的螺接口7对准,旋转壳体,另一端的接线柱1旋进另一个螺接槽6时,两侧的壳体13也同时旋紧。此时壳体13顶住滑块2上端的弧面,使两对滑块2相互夹紧,使两侧滑块上的线头充分接触。快速接线装置两侧的电线拉力过大时,由于两侧的电线交错缠绕在滑块2上,两侧的滑块相互卡住,只会使壳体13内的线头连接更为牢固,而不会脱落。此外,也可在旋转密封橡胶环9内侧涂抹固体油脂,使其内表面与电线的无空隙连接,以保证更好的密封性。
需要说明的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域正常技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,比如,接线柱可以为纺锤平板、三棱柱、长方体、圆柱等等,滑块的对数也可以为1对、3对、4对或更多,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种快速接线装置,其特征在于,包括接线柱和壳体,壳体为中空的纺锤形,接线柱中部具有n个滑槽和n对滑块,n为自然数且n≥1,滑块的一端卡入滑槽内,滑块的另一端是与壳体内壁相贴的弧面,接线柱两端具有外螺纹,壳体的两端具有螺接槽,螺接槽的一端与壳体内部相通,另一端具有线孔,螺接槽内壁上具有与接线柱外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,接线柱两端中部具有通孔,通孔的入口与线孔相对,通孔的出口位于接线柱侧壁上,壳体从中部分为左右两部分,左右两部分壳体的边缘螺接,接线头缠绕在滑块上,左右两部分壳体螺接在一起时,壳体内壁顶住滑块上的弧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速接线装置,其特征在于,所述n=1、2、3或4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线柱为纺锤平板、三棱柱或长方体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速接线装置,其特征在于,还包括密封橡胶环,密封橡胶环卡在螺接槽内,密封橡胶环的两端分别顶住所述螺接槽的线孔端和所述接线柱的通孔端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种快速接线装置,其特征在于,所述螺接槽的线孔端具有第一凹槽,所述接线柱的通孔端具有第二凹槽,所述密封橡胶环为旋转密封橡胶环,旋转密封橡胶环的两端具有凸块,旋转密封橡胶环两端的凸块分别卡在第一凹槽和第二凹槽内。
