本发明涉及一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,包含有底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘上设有若干个等距排布的安装通道,所述安装通道内设有至少两个可相互连通的接电装置,所述安装通道内设有供所述接电装置相互连通的连接母板,所述连接母板与接电装置之间存有间隙,所述间隙上架设有供连接母板与接电装置通断电的连通装置,本发明的有益效果为:通过设置在连接母版与接电装置内的连通装置,使工作人员只需通过断开连通装置并可对故障电路维修,通过桥接板对一组安装通道内的连接母板桥接,使电路实现一进三出乃至四进十二出,提高空间利用率的同时也使工作人员能在完全便捷的环境下对电路进行检修。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压线缆领域,具体涉及一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘。
背景技术
随着居民生活水平的提高,用电负荷逐渐增大,低压电箱故障检修机会也随之增多,虽然低压电箱敷设维护较为困难,但由于它具有运行可靠、不立电杆、不占地面、不碍观瞻、受外界影响较小等特点,而在低压配电系统中得到广泛应用,目前正在使用的低压电箱中,大多采用铝排竖向排列设置,其间距较小,空间利用率差,且电箱内电线纵横交织,使得低压电箱内空间变的更加拥挤、狭小,给日常检修工作造成极大不便。检修时,为确保安全,需断开上一级公用配变低压侧电源后才能开始检修维护工作,给居民正常用电带来极大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,
提供一种提高空间利用率、安全可靠、断电方便快捷、便于维修的新型低压线缆线路分配盘。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,包含有底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘上设有若干个等距排布的安装通道,所述安装通道内设有至少两个可相互连通的接电装置,所述安装通道内设有供所述接电装置相互连通的连接母板,所述连接母板与接电装置之间存有间隙,所述间隙上架设有供连接母板与接电装置通断电的连通装置。
采用上述技术方案,所述底盘材质为绝缘的玻璃钢底构成,底盘上开设有至少四条安装通道,所述每条安装通道内设有两个相对应的接电装置,所述对应的接电装置之间设有一个连接母板,每个安装通道内的连接母板与两侧的接电装置存有间隙,使一侧接电装置接过来的电在未安装连通装置的情况下不连通另一侧的接电装置,所述的连通装置为导电材质,将连通装置架设在间隙上,连通装置的一端与连接母板相连接,另一端与接电装置相连接,使一端接入低压电时,通过接电装置连通到另一端,在往后的维修过程中,若是一端接电装置的线路出现故障,不需断开上一级公用配变低压侧电源,只需要将连通装置卸下既可对故障电路维修,给施工人员带来便利安全的维修环境。
上述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,可进一步设置为:所述连通装置包含架设在间隙上将连接母板与接电装置相连接的连通板与至少两个设置在连通板上固定连通板的连接件,所述连通板通过连接件与连接母板和接电装置分别固定相连。
采用上述技术方案,所述的连通装置包含有长条形的金属导电板以及设置在金属导电板上的两个安装螺丝,通过架设在金属导电板的安装螺丝实现对连接母板与接电装置之间的连通,安装螺丝为常见的六方丝也使的电路维修人员的拆装更加方便、快捷。
上述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,可进一步设置为:所述接电装置包含有连接底座与设置在连接底座内轴向反复活动的调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓与连接底座之间设有固定夹片。
采用上述技术方案,所述接电装置包含有连接底座,所述连接底座内开设有一个供调节螺栓轴向反复活动调节腔,所述调节腔与调节螺栓的相抵接触面开设有螺纹壁,所述调节螺栓沿螺纹壁在调节腔内往复活动,所述调节螺栓与连接底座之间设有固定夹片,所述连接底座上设有一个供维修人员检测的检测孔,在安装拆卸过程中,工作人员只需要将常用的螺丝工具对调节螺栓调节,然后将需要接电的线缆放置在固定夹片上,通过调节螺栓固定,并和完成接线操作。
上述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,可进一步设置为:所述安装通道内设有若干个桥接板,所述桥接板外部设有设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的两端向安装通道弯曲形成L型连接部,所述连接母板之间通过L型连接部相连接。
采用上述技术方案,每个并不相连的一组安装通道内设有三个桥接板进行对接,所述桥接板中部覆盖有供工作人员手持绝缘层,所述桥接板的两端向连接母板弯曲形成L型连接部,所述连接母板之间通过L型连接部相连接,按从上往下次序本发明的安装通道有八条,分别将一连接八、二连接七、三连接六,连接通道四五相连直接用连通装置连接,安装低压线缆接线方式,实现一组安装通道的1进3出,总计4进12出。
上述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,可进一步设置为:所述安装通道外部均设有绝缘隔板,所述绝缘隔板隔离相邻接电装置。
采用上述技术方案,所述安装通道外部设有绝缘隔板,所述绝缘隔板隔断相邻位置的接电装置,使接电装置不会交叉导电引发安全事故,在桥接板位置绝缘隔板缺失方便桥接板桥接。
上述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,可进一步设置为:所述底盘的外部设有与底盘相适配的透明安装盖,所述透明安装盖覆盖在底盘对应安装通道的端面,所述透明安装盖上开设有与接电装置一一对应的检测通孔。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的新型低压线缆线路分配盘还包含有透明安装盖,透明安装盖的使用即保护分配盘避免雨水、灰尘等进入延长使用寿命,同时透明盖体使工作人员对内部电路分布能一目了然,方便工作人员检修工作,所述透明安装盖上开设有与接电装置上检测口一一对应的检测通孔,使工作人员在不打开透明安装盖的情况下对接电装置进行检测,同时透明盖体上刻有方便工作人员接线的接线图,方便了工作人员的安装检测维修与拆卸。
本发明的有益效果为:通过设置在连接母版与接电装置内的连通装置,使工作人员只需通过断开连通装置并可对故障电路维修,通过桥接板对一组安装通道内的连接母板桥接,使电路实现一进三出乃至四进十二出,提高空间利用率的同时也使工作人员能在完全便捷的环境下对电路进行检修。

如图1-图7所示,一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,包含有底盘1,其特征在于:所述底盘1上设有若干个等距排布的安装通道2,所述安装通道2内设有至少两个可相互连通的接电装置3,所述安装通道2内设有供所述接电装置3相互连通的连接母板4,所述连接母板4与接电装置3之间存有间隙41,所述间隙41上架设有供连接母板4与接电装置3通断电的连通装置5,所述连通装置5包含架设在间隙41上将连接母板4与接电装置3相连接的连通板51与至少两个设置在连通板51上固定连通板51的连接件52,所述连通板51通过连接件52与连接母板4和接电装置3分别固定相连,所述接电装置3包含有连接底座31与设置在连接底座31内轴向反复活动的调节螺栓32,所述调节螺栓32与连接底座31之间设有固定夹片33,所述安装通道2内设有若干个桥接板6,所述桥接板6外部设有设有绝缘层61,所述绝缘层61的两端向安装通道2弯曲形成L型连接部62,所述连接母板4之间通过L型连接部62相连接,所述安装通道2外部均设有绝缘隔板21,所述绝缘隔板21隔离相邻接电装置3,所述底盘1的外部设有与底盘1相适配的透明安装盖7,所述透明安装盖7覆盖在底盘1对应安装通道2的端面,所述透明安装盖7上开设有与接电装置3一一对应的检测通孔71。
将本发明的新型低压线缆线路分配盘安装在低压电箱内后,发现线路故障后,可以通过透明安装盖7上的检测通孔71对底盘1上的接电装置3一一检测,发现故障线路后,无需断开上级电路,只需将故障电路内的连通装置5上的连接件52与连通板51一起与连接母板4分离,使连接母板4上的电路不通至故障的接电装置并可完成安全断电下的检修工作。

1.一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,包含有底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘上设有若干个等距排布的安装通道,所述安装通道内设有至少两个可相互连通的接电装置,所述安装通道内设有供所述接电装置相互连通的连接母板,所述连接母板与接电装置之间存有间隙,所述间隙上架设有供连接母板与接电装置通断电的连通装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,其特征在于:所述连通装置包含架设在间隙上将连接母板与接电装置相连接的连通板与至少两个设置在连通板上固定连通板的连接件,所述连通板通过连接件与连接母板和接电装置分别固定相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,其特征在于:所述接电装置包含有连接底座与设置在连接底座内轴向反复活动的调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓与连接底座之间设有固定夹片。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,其特征在于:所述安装通道内设有若干个桥接板,所述桥接板外部设有设有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的两端向安装通道弯曲形成L型连接部,所述连接母板之间通过L型连接部相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,其特征在于:所述安装通道外部均设有绝缘隔板,所述绝缘隔板隔离相邻接电装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型低压线缆线路分配盘,其特征在于:所述底盘的外部设有与底盘相适配的透明安装盖,所述透明安装盖覆盖在底盘对应安装通道的端面,所述透明安装盖上开设有与接电装置一一对应的检测通孔。
