Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the spray dyeing equipment which is not easy to generate wrinkles and has uniform dyeing and good dyeing effect in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a spray dyeing device with good dyeing effect comprises a frame, a driving device for driving a fabric to move, a smearing device for smearing dye liquor on the fabric uniformly and a leveling device for leveling the fabric; the leveling device comprises a left roller shaft group, a right roller shaft group matched with the left roller shaft group, a left transmission structure for driving and connecting the left roller shaft group and the driving device, and a right transmission structure for driving and connecting the right roller shaft group and the driving device; through the arrangement of the left and right roller shaft groups, two sides of the fabric are pulled towards two sides, so that the surface of the fabric is kept flat, wrinkles are avoided, the dyeing liquid can be uniformly sprayed on the fabric, and the fabric is ensured to be uniformly dyed; and the left and right transmission structures are arranged, so that the left and right transmission structures synchronously move with the driving device, the fabric is prevented from being pulled for a long time at the same position, and the fabric is prevented from being damaged.
Furthermore, the driving device comprises a plurality of roller shaft groups matched with the fabric, a first driving part matched with the roller shaft groups in a transmission manner, and a roller shaft transmission structure used for realizing the transmission and matching between the first driving part and the roller shaft groups; through the arrangement of the structure, the fabric can be quickly and stably conveyed to the spray-dyeing station, so that the efficient dyeing is ensured; and only one driving piece is used for driving the roller shaft group to rotate, so that the synchronous rotation of the roller shafts is ensured, and the damage to the fabric caused by different rotating speeds of the roller shafts is avoided.
Further, the roller shaft group comprises an upper roller shaft capable of moving back and forth, a lower roller shaft capable of moving back and forth, an upper gear in rotation stopping fit with the upper roller shaft and a lower gear meshed with the upper gear; through the arrangement of the structure, the fabric can be continuously and quickly conveyed to the spray-dyeing station, so that the high efficiency of spray-dyeing is ensured; and the upper roll shaft and the lower roll shaft are connected through gear transmission, so that the upper roll shaft and the lower roll shaft synchronously rotate, the requirement of a driving piece is reduced while the fabric is better conveyed, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the roller shaft transmission structure comprises a first transmission wheel in rotation stopping fit with the upper roller shaft, a second transmission wheel in rotation stopping fit with the first driving piece, and a first transmission belt for driving and connecting the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel; through the setting of above-mentioned structure, realized the transmission cooperation between last roller and the first driving piece, simple structure, the cooperation is stable, and the fault rate is low.

Furthermore, the steering rotating assembly comprises a first steering transmission shaft in rotation stopping fit with the fourth transmission wheel, a second steering transmission shaft in transmission fit with the sixth transmission wheel, a first bevel gear in rotation stopping fit with the first steering transmission shaft and a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear; through the arrangement of the structure, the force of the transverse rotation of the upper roller shaft is converted into the force of the longitudinal rotation to drive the upper leveling roller to rotate, the structure is simple, the matching is stable, and the failure rate is low.

Furthermore, the coating structure comprises a brush part capable of moving back and forth, a coating driving component for driving the brush part to move back and forth, a brush frame in sliding fit with the brush part, and a scraping part arranged on the brush frame; through the matching arrangement of the brushing part and the smearing driving component, the brushing part can move back and forth on the surface of the fabric, and the dye liquor sprayed on the surface of the fabric is evenly smeared on the surface of the fabric, so that the condition that part of dye is too much or too little on the surface of the fabric is avoided, and the better dyeing effect is ensured; and the scraping part can scrape off redundant dye liquor on the surface of the fabric, so that the influence of the excessive dye liquor on the dyeing effect of the fabric is avoided, the waste of the dye liquor is also avoided, and the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
In conclusion, the left and right roller shaft groups are arranged to pull two sides of the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric is kept flat, wrinkles are avoided, the dyeing liquid can be uniformly sprayed on the fabric, and the fabric is uniformly dyed.

Specifically, the smearing driving assembly comprises a first rack 45, a second rack 46, a half gear 47 and a third driving piece 48; the first rack and the second rack are both arranged on one side of the brush plate and are connected with the brush plate through bolts, teeth on the first rack and the second rack are arranged oppositely, a gap is reserved between the two racks, and the half-gear key is connected to the upper plug-in shaft 471, is positioned between the first rack and the second rack and can be meshed with the first rack and the second rack; one end of the upper plug-in shaft 471 is connected with an output shaft key of the third driving member, so that the half gear can rotate under the driving of the third driving member, when the half gear is meshed with the first rack, the brush plate is driven to slide rightwards, and when the half gear is meshed with the second rack, the brush plate is driven to slide leftwards, so that the brush head can move back and forth, and the effect of evenly smearing the dye liquor on the cloth is achieved; the third driving member is a motor purchased in the market, and is hereinafter referred to as a motor # three, which is the prior art, and therefore, the details are not described herein; through the matching between the half gear and the rack, the high-speed reciprocating motion of the brush part is realized, the structure is simple, the transmission is stable, and the failure rate is low; in order to further ensure that the dye solution on the cloth is uniformly coated, a scraping part 44 is also arranged on the brush holder and comprises a scraping head 441 and a scraping head bracket 442; the scraping head is made of rubber materials and has elasticity, so that the scraping head can be tightly attached to the surface of the cloth, and the redundant dye liquor can be scraped while the dye liquor on the surface of the cloth is further scraped evenly; the scraping head bracket is connected to the brush holder through screws, and the scraping head bracket is connected to the scraping head through screws and used for supporting and fixing the scraping head; in order to enable the scraping head to be better matched with the cloth, dye on the surface of the cloth is scraped evenly without damaging the cloth, and the scraping head is provided with a scraping head cambered surface 4411.
Because some cloth only needs to dye one side of the cloth, two support rods which can stretch back and forth are arranged on the brush holder of the lower smearing structure, the second driving piece 41 is arranged in the dyeing liquid box, and the output end of the second driving piece is connected with the brush holder of the lower smearing structure; the second driving member is a commercially available cylinder, which is a prior art and therefore not described herein; the brush holder can be driven to move up and down through the air cylinder so as to achieve the purpose of selecting single-sided dyeing or double-sided dyeing; in order to ensure that the brush part on the lower smearing structure is not driven when the single side is dyed and can be driven when the double side is dyed, a lower inserting shaft 472 is connected to a half gear of the lower smearing structure in a key way, an inserting groove 4721 is formed in the lower inserting shaft, and an inserting convex part 4711 is installed on the upper inserting shaft 471, so that when the lower smearing structure ascends, the inserting convex part can be embedded into the inserting groove, and the upper inserting shaft can drive the lower inserting drawer to rotate, so that the upper brushing part and the lower brushing part synchronously move back and forth; when the lower smearing structure descends, the inserting groove is separated from the inserting convex part; in order to facilitate the formation of the splicing fit between the upper and lower splicing shafts, the splicing convex part is provided with a splicing inclined plane 4712, the splicing groove is provided with a slot inclined plane 4722, and both are arranged obliquely, so that the splicing convex part is easier to be embedded into the splicing groove to form the splicing fit.
In order to switch between the single-sided dyeing mode and the double-sided dyeing mode, a controller is installed, and the controller is a porphyry ADAM-4022T controller purchased in the market, which is the prior art, and therefore, detailed description is omitted; when two sides of the cloth need to be dyed, the controller can control the electric valve to be opened by pressing the double-side dyeing mode button, so that the spraying device sprays dye liquor on the upper surface and the lower surface of the cloth at the same time, the cylinder is controlled to be started at the same time, the lower smearing structure is driven to ascend to a preset position, the brush head can be attached to the lower surface of the cloth, and meanwhile, the splicing convex part can be embedded into the splicing groove, so that the upper smearing structure and the lower smearing structure can work at the same time; when only one side of the cloth needs to be dyed, the single-side dyeing mode is pressed, the controller controls the electric valve to be closed, the sprayer below the cloth stops working, the air cylinder is controlled to be started at the same time, the lower smearing structure is driven to descend, the splicing convex part is separated from the splicing groove, and the lower smearing structure stops working; achieve the purpose of switching between a single-sided dyeing mode and a double-sided dyeing mode

The dyeing liquid is sprayed to the periphery because the spraying piece is rotationally sprayed by means of centrifugal force, and the cloth is only positioned on one side of the spraying piece, so that a large amount of waste of the dyeing liquid is caused, and the running of other parts and the uniformity of the spray dyeing of the cloth are influenced; therefore, a recovery piece 72 is installed, the installation piece is connected to the connecting part through bolts and covers most of the spraying piece, only a small part of spraying openings close to the cloth on the spraying piece are exposed out of the recovery piece, and the recovery piece comprises a flow guide arc surface 721 and a leakage-proof inclined surface 722; when the spraying piece sprays dye to the periphery, the dye liquid can splash onto the flow guide arc surface and then slide to the bottom of the recycling piece along the flow guide arc surface, and a leakage-proof inclined surface is arranged at the bottom of the recycling piece, so that the dye liquid is prevented from leaking on the cloth and affecting the dyeing effect of the cloth; because only a small part of the spraying piece is exposed outside the recycling piece, the cylindrical spraying piece shaft core is positioned in the recycling piece, and an opening for the spraying piece to spray the dye liquor on the recycling piece is smaller than the diameter of the spraying piece, so that even if the dye liquor on the flow guide arc surface drips, the dye liquor can only drip on the spraying piece and the leakage-proof inclined plane, and the dye liquor dripping on the spraying piece can be thrown out again under the action of the spraying piece, so that the dye liquor can not drip on the cloth, the phenomenon of excessive local dye liquor is avoided, and the uniformity of spray dyeing is ensured; and the side of the anti-leakage inclined panel body at the two sides of the opening of the recovery part, which is close to the spraying part, is an acute angle, so that dye liquor sprayed out from the spraying part is not easy to splash when being sprayed onto the anti-leakage inclined panel body, and the dyeing uniformity is further ensured.
The dye liquor sprayed by the spraying part in the recovery part can be accumulated in the recovery part, in order to prevent the dye liquor from leaking from the opening of the recovery part of the upper spraying structure or influencing the normal spraying of the spraying part of the lower spraying structure, a drainage groove 729 is arranged on the flow guide arc surface of the recovery part of the lower spraying structure, a liquid accumulation groove 723 is arranged between the flow guide arc surface 721 and the leakage-proof inclined surface 722 of the recovery part of the upper spraying structure, a plurality of openings are arranged on the liquid accumulation groove, each opening is connected with a liquid guide tube 724 by a bolt, the other end of the liquid guide tube is communicated with a liquid discharge tube 725, and the tube openings at two sides of the liquid discharge tube are positioned in the dye liquor box 35, so that the dye liquor can flow through the liquid guide tube from the opening on the liquid accumulation groove and be discharged into the liquid discharge tube after falling into the liquid accumulation groove from the flow guide slope, and then is discharged into the dye liquor groove from the liquid discharge tube, thereby facilitating the subsequent reutilization and greatly improving the utilization rate of the dye liquor, avoids waste, plays a role in energy conservation and emission reduction, and also ensures the uniformity of spray dyeing.
