The invention relates to a bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device and a method thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, the wood yield is reduced year by year, and the bamboo is used as the best choice for replacing wood, so that the position of the bamboo is continuously improved. And the production mode of bamboo processing enterprises is behind, the automation level of production equipment is not high, and the productivity is not in front of a standstill, so that the production scale of the bamboo industry processing enterprises is small.
The measurement part during bamboo sorting is the most important part of three parts of the bamboo sorting system, the upstream feeding part is prepared for the measurement part, and the downstream sorting part is operated based on the measurement result of the measurement part.
The measuring device mainly completes the measurement of the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the bamboo, and the measuring method can be divided into: contact measurement and non-contact measurement. The contact type measurement comprises common measurement tool measurement and electronic ruler measurement, and the non-contact type measurement comprises photoelectric measurement, pneumatic measurement, machine vision detection and the like; in the prior art, the non-contact measurement is mostly high in use cost, so that a plurality of bamboo enterprises cannot introduce similar technologies; the common measuring tool in the contact measurement cannot meet the requirement of online measurement, the measuring speed is low, the required manpower is high, the construction period is prolonged, and the error is increased and the bamboo is damaged due to the secondary clamping and secondary measurement.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the invention aims to provide a bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device and a bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring method which are convenient to use and high in efficiency.
The invention is realized by adopting the following scheme: the inner diameter and outer diameter measuring device comprises an outer diameter measuring device, an inner diameter measuring device and at least two positioning blocks for supporting the bamboo, wherein the positioning blocks are provided with concave arc-shaped positioning grooves; the outer diameter measuring device comprises a horizontal pressing plate which is positioned above the bamboo and can be pressed on the upper side of the bamboo after descending, and a first measuring device which is used for measuring the distance between the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped positioning groove; the outer diameter measuring device comprises a cone which can extend into the bamboo from the end part of the bamboo and a second measuring device which is used for measuring the depth of the cone extending into the bamboo.
Further, the horizontal pressing plate is driven by a first air cylinder to move up and down, the first measuring device is a first electronic ruler, the first electronic ruler is fixedly arranged on the first air cylinder, and the measuring end of the first electronic ruler is fixedly connected to the horizontal pressing plate.
Further, the cone is fixed on the fly leaf of its rear end, open the groove in the middle of the cone, the fly leaf front side middle part has linked firmly the connecting rod that wears out from the cone open groove, and the tip of connecting rod is provided with the stopper, the virtual summit of cone is located the stopper rear end face, the stopper rear side is provided with the locating plate that is used for following the bamboo terminal surface, the connecting rod passes and rather than sliding fit by the locating plate.
Further, the movable plate is driven by a second air cylinder to move forwards and backwards, the second measuring device is a second electronic ruler, the second electronic ruler is fixedly arranged on the second air cylinder, and the measuring end of the second electronic ruler is fixedly connected to the movable plate.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that: a measuring method of the bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device comprises the steps that bamboo is placed on an arc-shaped locating groove of a locating hole, the end face of the bamboo is attached to a limiting plate, a horizontal pressing plate is pressed downwards on the upper side of the bamboo, and the distance between the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped locating groove is measured by a first measuring device, so that the bamboo outer diameter value can be obtained; the horizontal pressing plate returns to the initial position, then the movable plate is pushed forward to drive the cone to extend into the bamboo until the conical surface of the cone props against the end surface of the bamboo, and the inner diameter value of the bamboo can be obtained through calculation by measuring the forward moving distance of the movable plate by using the second measuring device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device is convenient to use, simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, high in working efficiency, capable of simultaneously completing measurement of inner diameter and outer diameter of bamboo on one station, and beneficial to classifying bamboos with different diameters.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-2, the bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device comprises an outer diameter measuring device, an inner diameter measuring device and at least two positioning blocks 1 supporting bamboo, wherein the positioning blocks 1 are provided with concave arc-shaped positioning grooves; the outer diameter measuring device comprises a horizontal pressing plate 2 which is positioned above the bamboo and can be pressed on the upper side of the bamboo after descending, and a first measuring device which is used for measuring the distance between the horizontal pressing plate 2 and the lowest point of the arc-shaped positioning groove; the outer diameter measuring device comprises a cone 4 which can extend into the bamboo from the end part of the bamboo and a second measuring device for measuring the depth of the cone extending into the bamboo; the distance between the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped positioning groove is the outer diameter D of the bamboo when the horizontal pressing plate presses the bamboo; the inner diameter d of the bamboo can be calculated by measuring the depth of the cone extending into the bamboo and the cone angle degree of the cone, wherein the inner diameter d=2l.tan alpha/2, wherein l is the depth of the cone extending into the bamboo, alpha is the cone angle of the cone, and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the bamboo can be measured simultaneously by the inner diameter and the outer diameter measuring device of the bamboo, so that classification of the bamboos with different diameters is facilitated; convenient to use, easy operation, labour saving and time saving, work efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the horizontal pressing plate 2 is driven by the first cylinder 6 to move up and down, the first measuring device is a first electronic ruler, the first electronic ruler is fixedly installed on the first cylinder, the measuring end of the first electronic ruler is fixedly connected to the horizontal pressing plate, the first electronic ruler adopts an indirect measurement mode, the first electronic ruler measures the descending height of the pressing plate, and the difference between the initial position of the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped positioning groove is the descending height of the pressing plate, namely the bamboo outer diameter D; because the initial position height of the horizontal pressing plate is fixed in design, the distance between the initial position of the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped positioning groove can be input into a system, and the bamboo outer diameter D is automatically calculated through the system.
In this embodiment, the cone 4 is fixed on the movable plate 7 at the rear end thereof, a through groove 8 is provided in the middle of the cone 4, a connecting rod 9 penetrating out of the through groove of the cone is fixedly connected in the middle of the front side of the movable plate 7, a limiting block 10 is provided at the end of the connecting rod, the virtual vertex of the cone 4 is located at the rear end face of the limiting block 10, a positioning plate 11 for being attached to the bamboo end face is provided at the rear side of the limiting block 10, and the connecting rod 9 passes through the positioning plate 11 and is in sliding fit with the positioning plate 11; for convenient use, a spring is sleeved on the connecting rod and positioned between the positioning plate and the movable plate, and the spring pushes the positioning plate forwards; when the inner diameter of the bamboo is measured, the bamboo is moved to make the end face of the bamboo contact with the limiting plate, and then the virtual vertex of the cone is positioned on the end face of the bamboo, so that the movable plate is pushed forward to extend into the bamboo.
In this embodiment, the movable plate 7 is driven by the second cylinder 12 to move back and forth, the second measuring device 5 is a second electronic ruler, the second electronic ruler is fixedly mounted on the second cylinder, the measuring end of the second electronic ruler is fixedly connected to the movable plate, the second electronic ruler adopts a direct measurement mode, the extension of the telescopic rod of the second cylinder is more or less, the pull rod of the second electronic ruler is more or less elongated, and the elongated length of the pull rod is the depth of the cone extending into the bamboo.
When the inner diameter of the bamboo is measured, one end of the bamboo far away from the conical head needs to be propped by the stop block, so that the bamboo is prevented from backing back when the cone is propped against the front end of the bamboo, the conical head can automatically adjust the position to the axial center position of the cylinder such as the bamboo in the measuring process, multiple times of measurement are not needed, and the data required for guiding can be collected once. The invention selects an electronic ruler measuring mode for online measurement, the price can be effectively reduced, a large amount of manpower resources are saved, the measuring speed is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the defects of other technologies are effectively improved; the invention completes the measurement of the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the bamboo on one station at the same time, avoids the secondary clamping and the secondary measurement of the bamboo, reduces the space occupied by the measurement part and the measurement time, has high accuracy and stability, has no subjectivity, and can well meet the requirements of quick and efficient production.
A measuring method of the bamboo inner and outer diameter measuring device comprises the steps that bamboo is placed on an arc-shaped locating groove of a locating hole, the end face of the bamboo is attached to a limiting plate, a horizontal pressing plate is pressed downwards on the upper side of the bamboo, and the distance between the horizontal pressing plate and the lowest point of the arc-shaped locating groove is measured by a first measuring device, so that the bamboo outer diameter value can be obtained; the horizontal pressing plate returns to the initial position, then the movable plate is pushed forward to drive the cone to extend into the bamboo until the conical surface of the cone props against the end surface of the bamboo, and the inner diameter value of the bamboo can be obtained through calculation by measuring the forward moving distance of the movable plate by using the second measuring device.
