Detailed Description
The invention is explained in further detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 6, the conventional packaging carton board includes three parallel longitudinal crease lines 18, which divide the packaging carton board into four parts as a whole, and a longitudinal slot 17 is formed at the upper end and the lower end of each longitudinal crease line, the crease lines are formed by pressing with a die, and the slot is formed by cutting with a die. As shown in the enlarged view of fig. 6, the crease line 18 is located at the middle of the bottom of the longitudinal slot 17 at both ends thereof, generally at the center line of the bottom of the slot, so that the carton can be folded and bonded conveniently and beautifully in a box shape. However, the applicant has found that the greatest problem with cartons of this construction is that the load bearing capacity is insufficient and when a greater number of cartons are stacked, the underlying cartons tend to deform and cause damage to the articles contained within the carton due to crushing.
To this end, the applicant has modified the conventional carton structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the overall carton packaging board of the present invention is a rectangular strip board, which may be made of corrugated paper, and the strip board is provided with an upper transverse crease 16 and a lower transverse crease 16 parallel to each other and three longitudinal creases 18 parallel to each other, the longitudinal creases 18 are perpendicular to the transverse creases 16, and the upper end and the lower end of the longitudinal creases 18 extend to two transverse creases, and the transverse creases 16 traverse the body of the carton board. The carton board is sequentially divided into a top board 1, a first side board 2, a bottom board 3 and a second side board 4 from left to right by the three longitudinal creases 18; a first inner rocking cover 5, a first outer rocking cover 7, a second inner rocking cover 9 and a second outer rocking cover 11 are sequentially arranged on the upper part of the upper transverse crease 16 from left to right; the lower part of the lower transverse crease 16 is provided with a third inner rocking cover 6, a third outer rocking cover 8, a fourth inner rocking cover 10 and a fourth outer rocking cover 12 in turn from left to right. A longitudinal slot 17 is respectively arranged between the first inner rocking cover 5 and the first outer rocking cover 7, between the first outer rocking cover 7 and the second inner rocking cover 9, and between the second inner rocking cover 9 and the second outer rocking cover 11; a longitudinal slot 17 is respectively arranged between the third inner rocking cover 6 and the third outer rocking cover 8, between the third outer rocking cover 8 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10, and between the fourth inner rocking cover 10 and the fourth outer rocking cover 12. The extending direction of the longitudinal slot 17 is the same as the extending direction of the longitudinal crease 18, and the bottom of the longitudinal slot 17 is arc-shaped and tangent to the transverse crease 16. The adoption of the arc-shaped groove bottom is beneficial to reducing the damage of the die cutting process to the notch paperboard during the production of the carton and reducing the occurrence of the rupture of the carton which is easy to occur when the carton is used and formed.
The longitudinal crease 18 between the top plate 1 and the first side plate 2 is in a straight line with the left side edge of the longitudinal slot 17 between the first inner rocking cover 5 and the first outer rocking cover 7 and the left side edge of the longitudinal slot 17 between the third inner rocking cover 6 and the third outer rocking cover 8; the longitudinal crease 18 between the first side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 is in a straight line with the right side edge of the longitudinal slot 17 between the first outer rocking cover 7 and the second inner rocking cover 9 and the right side edge of the longitudinal slot 17 between the third outer rocking cover 8 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10; the longitudinal fold 18 between the base plate 3 and the second side plate 4 is in line with the left side of the longitudinal slot 17 between the second inner flap 9 and the second outer flap 11 and the left side of the longitudinal slot 17 between the fourth inner flap 10 and the fourth outer flap 12. The top plate 1 is provided with a combining convex edge 13 at the left side far away from the first side plate 2.
When the packaging carton is formed, carton boards are sequentially turned along three longitudinal creases 18 to form a box body structure with a bottom board 4 at the lower part and a top board 1 at the upper part and with a first side board 2 and a third side board 3 at the two sides, and then a first inner rocking cover 5 and a second inner rocking cover 9 are turned along an upper transverse crease 16 in the opposite direction; the third inner rocking cover 6 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10 are turned over along the lower transverse crease 16; then the first outer rocking cover 7 and the second outer rocking cover 11 are turned over along the upper transverse crease 16; the third outer flap 8 and the fourth outer flap 12 are folded back towards each other along the lower transverse fold 16. And (3) coating adhesives such as glue and the like on the inner rocking covers, and bonding the corresponding outer rocking covers on the inner rocking covers. And (3) putting the accommodated articles in the box body, then coating adhesives such as glue on the combining convex edge 13 of the top plate 1, folding along the longitudinal edge of the outer side of the top plate 1, inserting into the inner side of the second side plate 4, and bonding the second side plate 4, thereby finishing the box sealing.
FIG. 3 shows the finished structure of the packing carton of example 1, which adopts the above structure, because the longitudinal outer edges of both sides of the second inner flap 9 and the fourth inner flap 10 are respectively aligned with the corresponding longitudinal creases 16; and the outer edges of one side of the first inner rocking cover 5 and the third inner rocking cover 6 are aligned with the outer edge of the top plate 1, and the outer edge of the other side is aligned with the corresponding longitudinal crease 16, so that the pressure resistance of the inner rocking cover of the packaging carton after being formed is maximized, and the compression strength of the whole carton after being formed is increased. The reason is that the crease 18 of the bottom surface of the carton and the slotted edge of the bottom surface of the carton are not on the same horizontal plane after the traditional carton is formed as shown in fig. 6, and the height is about 2-3mm, so that the periphery of the carton can not be uniformly stressed when the carton bears the pressure, and the problem that the maximum pressure bearing effect can not be achieved is caused.
The bearing capacity of the packaging carton of the invention is compared with that of the traditional packaging carton shown in the attached figure 6 after the same paper materials are adopted, and the comparison process and the result are as follows: randomly selecting 6 cartons, marking the cartons with carton numbers, and carrying out pressure test on each carton on a pressure test bed to obtain the maximum bearing pressure data of each carton as follows:
the experiments show that the bearing capacity of the carton is obviously greater than that of the traditional carton.
In addition to the embodiment 1, the applicant further modified the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the structure of the packaging carton in the embodiment 2 of the present invention is schematically illustrated, and in the embodiment 2, the transverse creases 16 are further modified, and two groups of parallel transverse creases and three groups of parallel longitudinal creases 18 are provided on the strip-shaped board, and the longitudinal creases 18 and the groups of transverse creases are perpendicular to each other. The extending direction of the upper longitudinal slot 17a and the lower longitudinal slot 17b is the same as the extending direction of the longitudinal crease 18, the bottom of the longitudinal slot 17a and the bottom of the longitudinal slot 17b are arc-shaped, the height of the bottom of the upper longitudinal slot 17a is lower than that of the first horizontal line (the height difference is preferably 1-2mm), and the height of the bottom of the lower longitudinal slot 17b is higher than that of the third horizontal line (the height difference is preferably 1-2 mm).
The longitudinal crease 18 between the top plate 1 and the first side plate 2 is in a straight line with the left side edge of the upper longitudinal slot 17a between the first inner rocking cover 5 and the first outer rocking cover 7 and the left side edge of the lower longitudinal slot 17b between the third inner rocking cover 6 and the third outer rocking cover 8; the longitudinal crease 18 between the first side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 is in a straight line with the right side edge of the upper longitudinal slot 17a between the first outer rocking cover 7 and the second inner rocking cover 9 and the right side edge of the lower longitudinal slot 17b between the third outer rocking cover 8 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10; the longitudinal fold 18 between the bottom plate 3 and the second side plate 4 is in line with the left side of the upper longitudinal slot 17a between the second inner flap 9 and the second outer flap 11 and the left side of the lower longitudinal slot 17b between the fourth inner flap 10 and the fourth outer flap 12. The top plate 1 is provided with a combining convex edge 13 at the left side far away from the first side plate 2.
When the packaging carton is formed, the carton boards are sequentially folded along the three longitudinal creases 18 to form a box body structure with the bottom board 4 at the lower part and the top board 1 at the upper part and the first side board 2 and the third side board 3 at the two sides, and then the first inner rocking cover 5 and the second inner rocking cover 9 are respectively folded along the upper transverse creases 160a and 160c in opposite directions; the third inner rocking cover 6 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10 are respectively folded along the lower transverse creases 161a and 161 c; then the first outer rocking cover 7 and the second outer rocking cover 11 are respectively turned over along the upper transverse creases 160b and 160 d; the third outer flap 8 and the fourth outer flap 12 are folded back toward each other along the lower transverse creases 161b, 161d, respectively.
After a plurality of experiments, the applicant finds that for a three-layer carton, the effect is the best when the grooved tank bottom exceeds the transverse crease of the carton by 1-2mm, the appearance of the formed carton is the most regular, the inner rocking cover can be fully attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the carton body to form good vertical support, the exceeding length is too large, the corner leak of the formed carton is larger, and the carton is easy to deform; when the groove bottom does not exceed the crease 16 and is flush with the crease 16, poor pressing line forming and corner wrapping can occur during the sealing and forming of the carton. The problems not only reduce the aesthetic degree of the formed carton, but also reduce the bearing force of the carton when the bearing force of the carton is 1-2mm higher than that of the longitudinal crease of the carton, and the reason is mainly caused by the reduction of the fitting degree of the inner rocking cover and the upper and lower surfaces and the failure of the inner rocking cover to play a role of vertical support.
For the packing carton, sometimes the article that its built-in was held is many scattered article, needs set up the separation card in the packing carton this moment to divide into a plurality of accommodation space in the carton, avoided damaging after the article collision in the transportation in-process carton when holding article. Another advantage of providing a divider is that the compression resistance of the carton can be improved. However, the carton and the partition card need to be produced separately, the complete set of products can be produced only through two production process flows, and the partition card needs to be inserted into the box body manually, so that the cost is high. Therefore, the present invention provides a further improvement, as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of embodiment 3 of the present invention, and this embodiment 3 can be directly improved on the basis of the above embodiments 1 and 2, and the main structure of the improvement is to add an extension section on the basis of the inner rocking cover, so the following description is mainly directed to the extension section, and the remaining carton board structure is the same as that of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, and is not repeated. As shown in fig. 5, the first inner rocking cover 5, the second inner rocking cover 9, the third inner rocking cover 6 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10 are all provided with extension sections, the extension sections are the same in length and are twice the height of the inner rocking cover, two creases are uniformly arranged on the extension sections, the first crease is flush with the outer edges of the first inner rocking cover 5, the second inner rocking cover 9, the third inner rocking cover 6 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10, the second crease divides the extension sections of the first inner rocking cover 5, the second inner rocking cover 9, the third inner rocking cover 6 and the fourth inner rocking cover 10 into two sections respectively, namely, the first section 18, 19, 20, 21 and the second section 22, 23, 24, 25, when the box is formed, the first crease and the second crease are folded inwards respectively, the inner rocking cover, the first section, the second section and the side plate form independent accommodating spaces in the packing box, and the first section and the second section and the inner rocking cover play a role of longitudinal support like, greatly improving the longitudinal pressure resistance of the packing box.
As shown in figure 1, the inner rocking cover and the combining convex edge 13 are provided with a plurality of interval break lines 15, and part of glue can penetrate into the openings of the opening lines 15 during gluing, so that the bonding is firmer.
