Wherein the sliding assembly is slidably disposed on the supporting plate 47, and the lifting assembly is liftably disposed on the sliding assembly. Specifically, the sliding assembly includes: a guide rail 48 provided on the support plate 47; a slider 49 is slidably provided on the guide rail 48. A lifting assembly provided on the slider 49 and having a lifting end to be lifted up and down, and a suction cup 53 mounted on the lifting end.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the label sucking and feeding device 25 further includes: a first drive assembly 51 and a second drive assembly 52. The first driving assembly 51 is in driving connection with the slider 49, and the first driving assembly 51 is used for driving the lifting block 49 to slide back and forth along the first guide rail 48. The first driving component 51 and the second driving component 52 are both air cylinders, and the sucker 53 is fixed on the piston rod of each air cylinder.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, the label holding means 26 comprises: the platen roller assembly 55 and the platen roller driving assembly 56. A press roller driving assembly 56, one end of which is fixed on the third bracket and the other end of which is a movable end; the press roller assembly 55 is rotatably arranged on the moving end, the press roller driving assembly 56 drives the press roller assembly 55 to laterally move to the label 16 above the side so as to be abutted with the package freshness protection package 9 of the label 16, and the label at the place rotates along with the rotation of the press roller assembly 55 through the rotation of the press roller assembly 38 to complete the label rolling process.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the curved surface labeling device further includes: the label lifting driving assembly comprises a motor 27 and a screw rod 28, one end of the screw rod 28 is fixedly connected with the motor 27, the other end of the screw rod 28 is in threaded connection with the label storage plate 23, the motor 27 rotates to drive the screw rod to rotate, and the screw rod drives the label storage plate 23 to lift up and down. In the embodiment, the label lifting driving assembly enables the packaging production line to be capable of continuously supplying labels, and the subsequent packaging efficiency of the freshness protection package is guaranteed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 17, the transition conveyor 4 includes: fourth support 29, second conveying assembly 59, and pushing assembly 30. The second conveying assembly 59 is rotatably arranged on the fourth bracket 29 and is used for conveying the labeled package freshness protection package 9 falling onto the second conveying assembly 59 to a downstream position of the second conveying assembly 59; the pushing component 30 is movably arranged at a downstream position of the second conveying component and pushes the wound freshness protection package 9 at the tail end of the second conveying component 59 into the side labeling device 5.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 17, the transition conveying device 4 further includes: the second baffle 57 is arranged at the tail end of the transition conveying device 4 and prevents the package freshness protection package 9 from falling.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 17, the pushing assembly 30 includes: a pusher 31 and a pusher drive assembly 32. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the side labeling device 5 includes: a fifth carriage 33, a third transport assembly 34 and two side labeling mechanisms 35. The third conveying component 34 is arranged on the fifth bracket 33 and is provided with a conveying roller 58 for conveying the package freshness protection package 9 pushed onto the third conveying component 34, so that the package freshness protection package can be smoothly conveyed to the side labeling mechanism 35 for side labeling, the invention sets a transfer roller 58 on the third conveying component 34, conveys the package fresh-keeping bag 9 from the front end of the third conveying component 34 to the side labeling mechanism 35, and outputs the package fresh-keeping bag 9 labeled by the side labeling mechanism 35 to the rear end of the third conveying component 34. The two side labeling mechanisms 35 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the third conveying assembly 34, and side labeling is carried out on two ends of the package freshness protection package 9 in the process of conveying the package freshness protection package 9 by the third conveying assembly 34. The side labeling mechanism 35 in the present invention may use labeling equipment described in patent 201810530042.4, and will not be described here.
The invention also provides a packaging method of the freshness protection package, which uses the packaging production line for the freshness protection package for labeling, and comprises the following steps:
step S1, sequentially conveying unpackaged package fresh-keeping bags 9 at the bottom end to the top end through a conveying device 1;
Step S1, sequentially conveying single package fresh-keeping bags 9 to a label 16 positioned at the downstream position of the blanking positioning device 2 through the blanking positioning device 2, and clamping and rotating the package fresh-keeping bags 9 positioned at the label 16;
Step S1, in the rotating process of the package freshness protection package 9, conveying the label to a label position 16 through a curved surface labeling device so that the label is attached to the package freshness protection package 9 along with the rotation of the package freshness protection package 9;
step S1, conveying the wound fresh-keeping bags 9 subjected to curved surface labeling through a transition conveying device 4;
Step S1, side labeling is carried out on the wound freshness protection package 9 subjected to curved surface labeling through a side labeling device 5.
Specifically, in the process of packaging the fresh-keeping bags, the conveying device 1 sequentially conveys unpacked wound fresh-keeping bags 9 in the storage bin to the blanking positioning device 2 at the top end of the conveying device from the storage bin at the bottom end of the conveying device, the wound fresh-keeping bags 9 enter the label 16 at the lower end of the blanking positioning device 2 through the blanking positioning device 2, the wound fresh-keeping bags 9 at the label 16 are sequentially clamped and rotated, in the rotating process of the wound fresh-keeping bags 9, the labels are conveyed to the label 16 through the curved surface labeling device so that the labels can be attached to the wound fresh-keeping bags 9 along with the rotation of the wound fresh-keeping bags 9, and then the wound fresh-keeping bags 9 subjected to curved surface labeling are conveyed into the side labeling device 5 through the transition conveying device 4 for side labeling. The packaging production line for the freshness protection package realizes running type packaging, can realize automatic feeding, clamping, rotation, curved surface labeling and side labeling of the freshness protection package, improves the packaging efficiency of the freshness protection package, and shortens the packaging time. Meanwhile, the number of workers can be reduced by the packaging production line for the fresh-keeping bags, so that the packaging cost of the fresh-keeping bags is reduced.
As described above, the invention introduces a packaging production line and a packaging method for the fresh-keeping bag in detail, and the packaging production line for the fresh-keeping bag realizes the automation of the packaging of the fresh-keeping bag by arranging the conveying device, the blanking positioning device, the curved surface labeling device, the transition conveying device and the side labeling device; the width adjusting device is arranged on the blanking positioning device, so that the packaging production line can be suitable for packaging of fresh-keeping bags with different lengths, and the application range of the packaging production line is expanded; by arranging the hairbrush structure on the blanking positioning device, the transverse arrangement of the wound freshness protection packages entering the material channel is ensured, and the packaging effect of the subsequent curved surface labeling is ensured; the material blocking assembly is arranged on the blanking positioning device, so that the freshness protection packages in the material channel are prevented from sliding down from the material channel, and the number of the package freshness protection packages entering the volume label is ensured; the label lifting driving assembly is arranged on the curved surface labeling device, so that the packaging production line can label continuously, and the packaging efficiency of the freshness protection package is ensured.
