The rear part of the seat post 4 is pivotally connected to the push down rod 31 by a third shaft 13, the third shaft 13 being located above the first shaft; the rear part of the rear link 6 is pivotally connected to the rear strut 2 by a fourth shaft 14, which fourth shaft 14 is located below the second shaft 12 on the rear strut 2.
Referring to the drawings, the cart frame further comprises an opening U-shaped armrest frame 7, wherein the rear parts of the two sides of the armrest frame 7 are respectively connected with the upper parts of the front connecting rods 5 on the two sides, and synchronously move with the front connecting rods 5 to participate in the folding of the cart frame. Specifically, the front link 5 has a front lever portion 5a and a rear lever portion 5b provided separately on both front and rear sides of the rotation shaft 10, the armrest frame 7 has at least side lever portions 7a provided separately on both left and right sides, and the rear portions of the side lever portions 7a are fixedly connected to the upper portion of the front lever portion 5a, and the side lever portions 7a and the front lever portion 5a extend in the same longitudinal direction.
