Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,包括第一过滤管、第二过滤管和杀菌增湿管,所述第一过滤管内部安装有过滤辊筒,过滤辊筒为网桶状,过滤辊筒上端安装有第一刷板,过滤辊筒下端安装有刷毛,所述第二过滤管安装在第一过滤管右侧,第二过滤管内部安装有拆卸式过滤网组,所述杀菌增湿管安装在第二过滤管右侧,杀菌增湿管内部安装有紫外灯和加湿层。本发明具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,采用过滤辊筒,可滚动式过滤空气中的大体积杂质,滚动式过滤配合第一刷板和刷毛可保证过滤的效果,避免堵塞;拆卸式过滤网组的采用可解决过滤小体积杂质的问题,同时可进行更换,过滤效果好;紫外灯和加湿层可对空气进行杀菌增湿。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中央空调通风设备,具体是一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备。
背景技术
中央空调系统由一个或多个冷热源系统和多个空气调节系统组成,该系统不同于传统冷剂式空调,(如单体机,VRV) 集中处理空气已达到舒适要求。采用液体气化制冷的原理为空气调节系统提供所需冷量,用以抵消室内环境的冷负荷;制热系统为空气调节系统提供所需热量,用以抵消室内环境热负荷。
目前中央空调通风设备都是将空气抽入简单处理后进行制冷和加热,而往往不能很好的做到提高空气质量,对空气的中含有的粉尘、异味气体、细菌等等进行很好的处理,空气的湿度也不能保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,包括第一过滤管、第二过滤管和杀菌增湿管,所述第一过滤管内部安装有过滤辊筒,过滤辊筒为网桶状,过滤辊筒上端安装有第一刷板,过滤辊筒下端安装有刷毛,所述第二过滤管安装在第一过滤管右侧,第二过滤管内部安装有拆卸式过滤网组,所述杀菌增湿管安装在第二过滤管右侧,杀菌增湿管内部安装有紫外灯和加湿层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一刷板呈弧形。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述过滤辊筒右端固定有固定盘,固定盘右端固定有动力转轴,动力转轴固定在电机的输出轴上,过滤辊筒内部安装有内清洁架,内清洁架上设有转轴,转轴固定在第一过滤管上,转轴设有两个呈对称分布的固定杆,固定杆通过支撑杆固定在转轴上,固定杆外部固定有第二刷板,第二刷板贴合在过滤辊筒的内侧面上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一过滤管左端安装有进风管,第一过滤管底部配合刷毛设有筛网,筛网下端的第一过滤管上安装有集尘腔。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述集尘腔下端安装有排灰管,排灰管上安装有控制阀。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第二过滤管内部配合拆卸式过滤网组设有阵列分布的安装槽,拆卸式过滤网组由HEPA高效滤网、冷触媒滤网和活性炭滤网组成,第二过滤管外部设有更换门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述杀菌增湿管内部配合紫外灯设有防护罩,杀菌增湿管右端设有出风管,加湿层设置在防护罩右侧,加湿层外部连接有雾化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)、采用过滤辊筒,可滚动式过滤空气中的大体积杂质,滚动式过滤配合第一刷板和刷毛可保证过滤的效果,避免堵塞;
(2)、拆卸式过滤网组的采用可解决过滤小体积杂质的问题,以及,同时可进行更换,过滤效果好;
(3)、紫外灯和加湿层可对空气进行杀菌增湿。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,包括第一过滤管1、第二过滤管2和杀菌增湿管3,所述第一过滤管1内部安装有过滤辊筒6,过滤辊筒6为网桶状,过滤辊筒6上端安装有第一刷板5,第一刷板5呈弧形,过滤辊筒6下端安装有刷毛14,可滚动式过滤空气中的大体积杂质,滚动式过滤可保证过滤的效果,避免堵塞,所述第二过滤管2安装在第一过滤管1右侧,为了解决过滤小体积杂质的问题,第二过滤管2内部安装有拆卸式过滤网组7,所述杀菌增湿管3安装在第二过滤管2右侧,杀菌增湿管3内部安装有紫外灯9和加湿层15。
进一步的,所述过滤辊筒6右端固定有固定盘66,固定盘66右端固定有动力转轴67,动力转轴67固定在电机的输出轴上(电机采用为现有技术,在此不做详细阐述,且附图中未画出),过滤辊筒6内部安装有内清洁架65,内清洁架65上设有转轴64,转轴64固定在第一过滤管1上,转轴64设有两个呈对称分布的固定杆62,固定杆62通过支撑杆63固定在转轴64上,固定杆62外部固定有第二刷板61,第二刷板61贴合在过滤辊筒6的内侧面上。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,是在实施例1的基础上,进一步的,所述第一过滤管1左端安装有进风管4,第一过滤管1底部配合刷毛14设有筛网13,筛网13下端的第一过滤管1上安装有集尘腔12,集尘腔12下端安装有排灰管,排灰管上安装有控制阀。

进一步的,所述杀菌增湿管3内部配合紫外灯9设有防护罩10,杀菌增湿管3右端设有出风管11,加湿层15设置在防护罩10右侧,加湿层15外部连接有雾化器(雾化器采用为现有技术,在此不做详细阐述,且附图中未画出)。

1.一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,包括第一过滤管(1)、第二过滤管(2)和杀菌增湿管(3),其特征在于,所述第一过滤管(1)内部安装有过滤辊筒(6),过滤辊筒(6)为网桶状,过滤辊筒(6)上端安装有第一刷板(5),过滤辊筒(6)下端安装有刷毛(14),所述第二过滤管(2)安装在第一过滤管(1)右侧,第二过滤管(2)内部安装有拆卸式过滤网组(7),所述杀菌增湿管(3)安装在第二过滤管(2)右侧,杀菌增湿管(3)内部安装有紫外灯(9)和加湿层(15);所述过滤辊筒(6)右端固定有固定盘(66),固定盘(66)右端固定有动力转轴(67),动力转轴(67)固定在电机的输出轴上,过滤辊筒(6)内部安装有内清洁架(65),内清洁架(65)上设有转轴(64),转轴(64)固定在第一过滤管(1)上,转轴(64)设有两个呈对称分布的固定杆(62),固定杆(62)通过支撑杆(63)固定在转轴(64)上,固定杆(62)外部固定有第二刷板(61),第二刷板(61)贴合在过滤辊筒(6)的内侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,其特征在于,所述第一刷板(5)呈弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,其特征在于,所述第一过滤管(1)左端安装有进风管(4),第一过滤管(1)底部配合刷毛(14)设有筛网(13),筛网(13)下端的第一过滤管(1)上安装有集尘腔(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,其特征在于,所述集尘腔(12)下端安装有排灰管,排灰管上安装有控制阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,其特征在于,所述第二过滤管(2)内部配合拆卸式过滤网组(7)设有阵列分布的安装槽(8),拆卸式过滤网组(7)由HEPA高效滤网、冷触媒滤网和活性炭滤网组成,第二过滤管(2)外部设有更换门。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提高空气质量的中央空调通风设备,其特征在于,所述杀菌增湿管(3)内部配合紫外灯(9)设有防护罩(10),杀菌增湿管(3)右端设有出风管(11),加湿层(15)设置在防护罩(10)右侧,加湿层(15)外部连接有雾化器。
