本发明公开了一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,包括外壳,所述外壳的一端外侧螺纹连接有进气管,且外壳的另一端外侧螺纹连接有出气管,所述外壳的内表面设置有隔热层,所述外壳的内侧靠近进气管管口的位置处对称设置有两组导流板。本发明所述的一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,设有履带式陶瓷电加热器和限位座,利用平铺起来较大的接触面积为催化剂载体加热,提高加热效率,然后在保持温度足够的情况下发生氧化还原反应,完全分解尾气中的有机物,提高净化效果,利用弹簧的伸缩性牢牢卡住催化剂载体,固定效果更好,也方便安装与拆卸,同时有效保护载体不受损伤,提高载体的使用寿命,适用不同工作状况,带来更好的使用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及尾气处理领域,特别涉及一种新型汽车尾气净化结构。
背景技术
汽车尾气中含有的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等,因此在尾气排放时,需要对这些污染物进行过滤、净化;现有的汽车尾气净化结构在使用时存在一定的弊端,汽车在行驶的过程中,产生的震动较大,不断的震动对净化结构内部的载体会造成冲击,时间长久会减少载体的使用寿命,同时现有的大多数净化器不具有加热结构或者加热结构的热效率低,导致尾气的净化不够充分,在使用过程中带来了一定的不利影响,为此,我们提出一种新型汽车尾气净化结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,包括外壳,所述外壳的一端外侧螺纹连接有进气管,且外壳的另一端外侧螺纹连接有出气管,所述外壳的内表面设置有隔热层,所述外壳的内侧靠近进气管管口的位置处对称设置有两组导流板,所述外壳的内部从左向右依次安装有第一催化剂载体、第二催化剂载体和第三催化剂载体,所述第一催化剂载体、第二催化剂载体和第三催化剂载体的内部均斜向贯穿架设有履带式陶瓷电加热器,所述履带式陶瓷电加热器的内部固定安装有加热履带,所述履带式陶瓷电加热器的外侧包裹有硅胶层,所述履带式陶瓷电加热器的一端面连接有两组导线;
所述第一催化剂载体、第二催化剂载体和第三催化剂载体的上下端面均固定安装有限位座,所述限位座与外壳之间设置有粘连层,所述限位座的内部中间位置处开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的两侧均焊接有滑道,所述安装槽的内部活动安装有活动板,所述活动板与安装槽的底部之间连接有六组压缩弹簧。
优选的,所述隔热层的内部填充有石棉,所述导流板焊接在外壳的内侧。
优选的,两组所述导流板之间设置有挡片,所述第一催化剂载体和第二催化剂载体之间、第二催化剂载体和第三催化剂载体之间均开设有空腔。
优选的,所述第一催化剂载体、第二催化剂载体和第三催化剂载体均为三氧化二铝材料制成,形状为网状。
优选的,所述履带式陶瓷电加热器形状为矩形,采用陶瓷片加热,30秒之内可升至500℃。
优选的,所述外壳的侧面设置有翻盖,所述活动板的内部安装有减震垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该新型汽车尾气净化结构,通过设置履带式陶瓷电加热器,具有快速升温、耐腐蚀的特点,利用平铺起来较大的接触面积为催化剂载体加热,提高加热效率,然后在保持温度足够的情况下发生氧化还原反应,完全分解尾气中的有机物,提高净化效果,通过设置限位座,利用弹簧的伸缩性牢牢卡住催化剂载体,固定效果更好,也方便安装与拆卸,同时利用压缩弹簧和减震垫缓解外界的震动力,有效保护载体不受损伤,提高载体的使用寿命,整个净化结构简单,操作方便,使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

如图1-3所示,一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,包括外壳1,外壳1的一端外侧螺纹连接有进气管2,且外壳1的另一端外侧螺纹连接有出气管3,外壳1的内表面设置有隔热层4,外壳1的内侧靠近进气管2管口的位置处对称设置有两组导流板5,外壳1的内部从左向右依次安装有第一催化剂载体6、第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8,第一催化剂载体6、第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8的内部均斜向贯穿架设有履带式陶瓷电加热器9,履带式陶瓷电加热器9的内部固定安装有加热履带10,履带式陶瓷电加热器9的外侧包裹有硅胶层11,履带式陶瓷电加热器9的一端面连接有两组导线12;
第一催化剂载体6、第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8的上下端面均固定安装有限位座13,限位座13与外壳1之间设置有粘连层131,限位座13的内部中间位置处开设有安装槽132,安装槽132的两侧均焊接有滑道133,安装槽132的内部活动安装有活动板134,活动板134与安装槽132的底部之间连接有六组压缩弹簧135;
隔热层4的内部填充有石棉,隔热保温水平较高,导流板5焊接在外壳1的内侧;两组导流板5之间设置有挡片,第一催化剂载体6和第二催化剂载体7之间、第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8之间均开设有空腔,较少阻力,为气体的流动加速提供空间;第一催化剂载体6、第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8均为三氧化二铝材料制成,形状为网状;:履带式陶瓷电加热器9形状为矩形,采用陶瓷片加热,30秒之内可升至500℃;外壳1的侧面设置有翻盖,打开翻盖用来清理或者更换载体,活动板134的内部安装有减震垫。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种新型汽车尾气净化结构,在使用时,尾气通过进气管2进入到净化结构的内部,首先经过挡片被分散,顺着两侧的导流板5均匀流向第一催化剂载体6的横截面,第一催化剂载体6的内部斜向贯穿架设有履带式陶瓷电加热器9,加热履带10平铺的面积大,同时位于载体的中间位置,接触面最大,有利于快速、均匀导热,同时陶瓷材质耐腐蚀,通过利用导线12连接电源,履带式陶瓷电加热器9通电,在短时间内将加热履带10迅速升温到二百度,然后通过硅胶层11优良的导热性将热量快速传递给第一催化剂载体6内部的若干组载体孔,在高温下利用催化剂对尾气中的CO、HC和NOx三种物质进行高温氧化还原分解,变为无害的水和二氧化碳,水会转化为水蒸汽,与二氧化碳一起溢流出去,接着利用第二催化剂载体7和第三催化剂载体8依次对剩下的尾气进行净化,保证净化时间和效果,最后尾气从出气管3处排到自然环境中,催化剂载体的上下端面均设置有限位座13,用来对催化剂载体在外壳1的内部进行有效固定,同时限位座13也通过粘连层131与外壳1进行胶接,将催化剂载体放入限位座13内部的安装槽132中,与活动板134接触,原来伸出位置较多的活动板134被挤压,顺着两侧的滑道133向安装槽132的底部移动,压缩弹簧135被压缩,从而将催化剂载体牢牢卡在安装槽132中,取出载体时,压缩弹簧135得到复位,同时压缩弹簧135和活动板134的内部的减震垫均起到缓冲力的作用,达到减震的目的,较为实用。

所述第一催化剂载体(6)、第二催化剂载体(7)和第三催化剂载体(8)的上下端面均固定安装有限位座(13),所述限位座(13)与外壳(1)之间设置有粘连层(131),所述限位座(13)的内部中间位置处开设有安装槽(132),所述安装槽(132)的两侧均焊接有滑道(133),所述安装槽(132)的内部活动安装有活动板(134),所述活动板(134)与安装槽(132)的底部之间连接有六组压缩弹簧(135)。
