本发明涉及一种捏合式切生槟榔装置,属于食品加工技术领域。其包括底座,所述底座的一端安装有刀具,另一端安装有第一支撑板,所述刀具与所述第一支撑板之间安装有导柱,所述导柱上设有第一弹簧,所述底座中设有滑槽,所述导柱和所述第一弹簧安装在所述滑槽中,所述第一支撑板中安装有顶针,所述底座中还安装有第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板中设有第二手柄。本发明解决了用小刀切生槟榔效率低及切开过程中存在的安全隐患问题。

一种捏合式切生槟榔装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种捏合式切生槟榔装置,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
槟榔果实长圆形或卵球形,长30-50毫米,宽20-35毫米,生槟榔的颜色为绿色,中果皮厚,纤维质。种子卵形,基部截平,胚乳嚼烂状,胚基生。花果期3-4月。
海南人吃生槟榔的方法是将生槟榔切开分成4块,然后将一块生槟榔配上包在一种叶子(“扶留叶”俗称萎叶)里的石膏(“灰浆”用蚵壳灰调制而成)放入口中咀嚼。
在切生槟榔时,先用手将生槟榔固定,再用小刀将生槟榔切成两半,然后再将槟榔切成4块,由于生槟榔表面为圆弧面,而且非常光滑,所以在切的过程中往往会出现打滑、小刀伤到手的情况,不仅影响了切生槟榔的效率,还存在着安全隐患。因此,提供一种捏合式切生槟榔装置有着现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述背景技术存在的问题,提供一种捏合式切生槟榔装置。
上述发明目的得以实现,是因为采用了下述技术措施:
一种捏合式切生槟榔装置,包括底座,其特征在于,所述底座的一端安装有刀具,另一端安装有第一支撑板,所述刀具与所述第一支撑板之间安装有导柱,所述导柱上设有第一弹簧,所述底座中设有滑槽,所述导柱和所述第一弹簧安装在所述滑槽中,所述第一支撑板中安装有顶针,所述底座中还安装有第二支撑板,所述第二支撑板中设有第二手柄。
作为本发明的优选,所述刀具中设有圆环,所述圆环的直径在40mm以上,所述圆环正中部设有切刀,所述切刀相交为十字形,且相交形成的4个角均为90度,所述切刀刀口的正中部设有内凹的圆弧。切刀这样设计的作用是能将生槟榔均匀的切成4块;由于生槟榔的宽度为20-35毫米,为了防止切生槟榔时,槟榔卡在底座的圆孔中,所以将圆孔的直径设在40mm以上,弧度的作用防止生槟榔在固定时掉落。
作为本发明的优选,所述圆环的正两侧分别设有方形第一滑轨,所述方形第一滑轨与所述十字形切刀的一横或一竖平行,所述方形第一滑轨中设有第一手柄。
作为本发明的优选,所述顶针中设有冲头,所述冲头中设有圆孔、内凹槽和避位槽,所述内凹槽为半圆球形,所述内凹槽的表面设有防滑纹,所述避位槽相交为十字形,且相交形成的4个角均为90度。避位槽的作用是防止顶针与切刀碰撞损坏切刀;内凹槽作用是防止顶针与生槟榔接触时出现打滑的状况,会使生槟榔歪斜,导致切出来的生槟榔不理想。
作为本发明的优选,所述圆孔中设有方形第二滑轨,所述方形第二滑轨中部设有第二弹簧,尾部设有拉柄,所述方形第二滑轨中相对的两侧面均平行于所述十字形避位槽中的一横或一竖。
作为本发明的优选,当所述第一手柄与所述第二手柄捏合接触时,所述刀具中切刀的刀口在所述顶针中避位槽的二分之一深度处。作用是防止冲针与切刀碰撞。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过拉动拉柄,使生槟榔固定在顶针和刀具中,还通过第一手柄和第二手柄捏合接触来实现切生槟榔的功能,提高了切生槟榔的效率,还解决了用小刀切生槟榔存在安全隐患的问题。

以下将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述:应当理解,优选实施例仅为了说明本发明,而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至5所示,一种捏合式切生槟榔装置,包括底座3,其特征在于,所述底座3的一端安装有刀具1,另一端安装有第一支撑板5,所述刀具1与所述第一支撑板5之间安装有导柱6,所述导柱6上设有第一弹簧7,所述底座3中设有滑槽301,所述导柱6和所述第一弹簧7安装在所述滑槽中301,所述第一支撑板5中安装有顶针2,所述底座3中还安装有第二支撑板4,所述第二支撑板4中设有第二手柄401。所述刀具1中设有圆环101,所述圆环101的直径在40mm以上,所述圆环101正中部设有切刀102,所述切刀102相交为十字形,且相交形成的4个角均为90度,所述切刀101刀口的正中部设有内凹的圆弧105。所述圆环101的正两侧分别设有方形第一滑轨103,所述方形第一滑轨103与所述十字形切刀102的一横或一竖平行,所述方形第一滑轨103中设有第一手柄104。所述顶针2中设有冲头207,所述冲头207中设有圆孔204、内凹槽206和避位槽205,所述内凹槽206为半圆球形,所述内凹槽206的表面设有防滑纹,所述避位槽205相交为十字形,且相交形成的4个角均为90度。所述圆孔204中设有方形第二滑轨202,所述方形第二滑轨202中部设有第二弹簧203,尾部设有拉柄201,所述方形第二滑轨202中相对的两侧面均平行于所述十字形避位槽205中的一横或一竖。当所述第一手柄104与所述第二手柄401捏合接触时,所述刀具1中切刀102的刀口在所述顶针2中避位槽205的二分之一深度处。
当要切生槟榔8时,拉动拉柄201,然后将生槟榔8放在刀具1和顶针2之间,接着松开拉柄201,由于第二弹簧203的作用力,顶针2会牢牢将生槟榔8顶住,接着用双手抓住第一手柄104和第二手柄401,将第一手柄104和第二手柄401捏合接触,此过程中刀具1滑动,从而实现切生槟榔8的功能;本发明通过拉动拉柄201,使生槟榔8固定在顶针2和刀具1中,还通过第一手柄104和第二手柄401捏合接触来实现切生槟榔8的功能,提高了切生槟榔8的效率,还解决了用小刀切生槟榔8存在安全隐患的问题。
