The working principle is as follows:
a: when the lobster picking device is used, firstly, the lobsters are poured into the washing device 2, are subjected to first-step rough washing through the washing device 2, are discharged into the water circulation system 50 through the drain valve 11, are treated in the water circulation system, the lobster outlet 9 is opened, the lobsters obliquely come out of the lobster outlet, are picked through the arranged manipulator 13, and are provided with the image sensor NT99140, when the lobster manipulator 13 with the upward back catches the lobsters, the lobster manipulator 13 rotates to convey the lobsters to the conveying clamping device 5, and after the lobsters are caught by the lobsters with the upward belly, the lobster manipulator 13 with the upward belly turns over to convey the lobsters with the upward back to the conveying clamping device 5;
b: the lobster is delivered to the conveying and clamping device 5 after being clamped, the clamping mechanism 30 on the conveying and clamping device 5 clamps the claws at two sides of the lobster, firstly, the second hydraulic cylinder 34 and the movable clamping plate 33 are driven by the third hydraulic cylinder 35 to be positioned at the bottom of the lobster, then the movable clamp plate 33 is driven by the second hydraulic cylinder 34 to extend to the position right below the abdomen of the lobster, the movable clamp plate 33 is further driven by the third hydraulic cylinder 35 to ascend until clinging to the abdomen of the lobster, then the movable clamp plate 33 is driven by the second hydraulic cylinder 34 to stretch outwards, so that the claws of the lobsters can be leveled and pulled to be between the fixed clamp plate 32, then the hydraulic cylinder 35 is slightly tightened upwards, so that the fixed clamping plate 32 and the movable clamping plate 33 clamp the claws at two sides of the lobster, the first rotating shaft 14 is driven to rotate by the first motor 18, thereby driving the second belt pulley 28 and the second belt 29, and then conveying by the second belt 29;
c: back rubbing device 4 through setting up in the transport back of the body device of pressing from both sides 5 tops of getting at the in-process of carrying, can rub the back of the body to the lobster, get rid of the dust at back, it rotates through second motor 20 drive lead screw 23, thereby drive first connecting block 22 reciprocating motion on the lead screw 23, and first connecting block 22 one side is fixed with bracing piece 24, bracing piece 24 bottom is fixed with first pneumatic cylinder 25, first pneumatic cylinder 25 bottom is fixed with washboard 26, thereby can drive washboard 26 reciprocating motion, and the pasting cover has clean cloth 60 on the washboard 26, accessible clean cloth 60 is to the longitudinal reciprocal dust of rubbing of lobster back.
d: according to the back rubbing and cleaning mechanism 25, the fourth motor 55 drives the driving roller 56 to rotate, and the driving roller drives the fifth belt 58 to drive and the driven roller 57 to rotate, so that the cleaning cloth strip 60 is driven by the fifth belt 58, and the back of the lobster is transversely rubbed by the cleaning cloth strip 60. The convex edges 73 on the cleaning cloth strips 60 are used for cleaning gaps between the upper sections and the lower sections of the lobster back shrimp shells, dust is rubbed on the lobster back through the cleaning cloth strips, and the convex edges on the cleaning cloth strips can bring out dirt in the gaps between the upper sections and the lower sections of the lobster back shrimp shells.
When the part of the cleaning cloth strip 50 contacted with the lobsters becomes dirty, the fourth motor 55 drives the driving roller 56 to rotate, the driving roller is in transmission connection with the driven roller 57 through the fifth belt 58, so that the cleaning cloth strip is in transmission connection with the fifth belt, and the clean cleaning cloth strip is brought to the place contacted with the backs of the lobsters through the fifth belt 58. Therefore, the cleaning cloth strip 60 can be utilized to the maximum extent, resources are utilized to the maximum extent, the cleaning cloth strip is not required to be frequently replaced, and the cleaning efficiency of the lobsters can be greatly improved.
The lead screw 23 is driven to rotate by the second motor 20, so that the first connecting block 22 on the lead screw is driven to reciprocate, the bottoms of the supporting rods 21 are respectively fixed with a sixth hydraulic cylinder 63, and the bottom of the sixth hydraulic cylinder is fixed with a connecting piece 71, so that the cleaning cloth strip 60 can be driven to rub dust on the back of the lobster longitudinally. The friction force generated when the cleaning cloth rubs the back of the lobster longitudinally can drive the sixth belt pulley 70 to rotate, and the rotation of the sixth belt pulley can drive the cleaning cloth sleeved outside the seventh belt 69 to move, so that the cleaning cloth 60 rubs the back of the lobster and the dirty cleaning cloth can be moved away. Therefore, the situation that dirty objects which are rubbed out when the back of the lobster is rubbed with dust are rubbed with the lobster body can be avoided, and the cleaning effect of the lobster is improved.
The fifth motor 65 drives the driving wheel 66 to rotate, the driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driven wheel 67 through the sixth belt 68, and the cleaning cloth strip can be driven along the transmission direction of the sixth belt 68 through the friction force between the sixth belt and the cleaning cloth strip 60. Thereby rotating the sixth pulley 70 in the cleaning cloth strip which is then driven by the seventh belt 69. Therefore, when the first connecting block 22 moves towards one direction and moves to be blocked by the supporting column 21 and cannot move, the cleaning cloth strip 60 on the side opposite to the back of the lobster is dirty, the clean cleaning cloth strip can be transmitted to the place contacting with the back of the lobster, and then the screw rod 23 is driven to rotate towards the opposite direction through the second motor 20, so that the first connecting block 22 and the second connecting block 52 drive the back rubbing cleaning mechanism 25 to move towards the opposite direction, and the clean cleaning cloth strip 60 continues to rub the back of the lobster with dust. Therefore, the cleaning cloth strips can be utilized to the maximum extent, the resources are utilized to the maximum efficiency, the cleaning cloth strips are not required to be frequently replaced, and the lobster cleaning efficiency can be greatly improved.
