面料是用来制作服装的材料,面料种类繁多,用来制作户外服装的面料大多具有穿着舒适、吸汗透气等特点。尼龙可以混纺或纯纺成各种医疗及针织品。锦纶长丝多用于针织及丝绸工业,如织单丝袜、弹力丝袜等各种耐磨的锦纶袜、锦纶纱巾、蚊帐、锦纶花边、弹力锦纶外衣、各种锦纶绸或交织的丝绸品。锦纶短纤维大都用来与羊毛或其它化学纤维的毛型产品混纺,制成各种耐磨经穿的衣料。棉涤指的是棉和涤纶纤维混纺的织物,是以棉为主要成份,涤棉混纺物是以棉为主要成份,采用65-67%棉和33-35%的涤纶混纺织成的纺织品,棉涤布俗称棉涤,与涤棉相反。其优点为:涤纶纤维是合成纤维中最主要的品种,学名为“聚酯纤维”。织物坚牢弹性好,是所有纤维中抗皱最好的,耐热耐光,并有较好的一次定型性能。
随着人们对健康和运动的重视程度越来越高,日常的衣物磨损也逐渐加剧;特别是一些热爱健身、户外运动的消费者,他们对于衣物面料的耐磨性的要求越来越高。但是,目前的耐磨面料透气性差,不具有弹性,易损坏。尤其是裤子的面料,不仅耐磨性不理想,较易出现磨损的情况,导致耐用性不理想,而且还容易出现褶皱,影响使用。因此,现有的衣物面料存在着耐磨性不理想、耐用性不理想和较易褶皱的问题。
综上所述,针对现有技术的缺陷,亟待一种耐磨性能佳、不易褶皱的耐磨面料。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种耐磨运动服装及其制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种耐磨运动服装,包括基布层和耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液60-70份、水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份、二氧化硅3-8份、乳化分散剂0.5-1.5份、季铵盐类添加剂1-2份、水20-40份。
在本发明一个实施方式中,所述耐磨层由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液60-70份、水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份、改性二氧化硅3-8份、乳化分散剂0.5-1.5份、季铵盐类添加剂1-2份、水20-40份。
所述改性二氧化硅由下述方法制备:将5-15g二氧化硅加入100-150g体积分数为60-80%乙醇水溶液中,用质量分数为15-25%的氨水调节pH至9-11,然后超声分散20-40min,加入10-20gγ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷以转速为200-400r/min搅拌10-30min,然后升温至55-75℃以转速为200-400r/min搅拌50-70min,加入氯化锌在温度为35-40℃以转速为200-400r/min搅拌2-5h,经5000-8000r/min离心分离20-40min,弃上清液将沉淀烘干,即得。
所述烘干的温度为900-110℃,时间为20-30h。
所述氯化锌与二氧化硅的摩尔比为(1-2.5):1。
所述乳化分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。

(2)将涂层浆液采用涂刷或喷涂方式均匀的涂抹在尼龙坯布或涤纶坯布或锦纶坯布上,晾干,即可得到上层为耐磨层、下层为基布层的耐磨面料;
(3)将耐磨面料按常规运动服装制备工艺加工缝制即得耐磨运动服装。
所述涂层浆液在尼龙坯布或涤纶坯布或锦纶坯布上的涂抹量为5-50g/m2

(1)按重量份称取各原料:水性聚氨酯乳液65份、水性丙烯酸乳液25份、二氧化硅5份、乳化分散剂1份、季铵盐类添加剂1.5份、去离子水30份;将上述各原料以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到涂层浆液;
(2)将涂层浆液采用涂刷方式均匀的涂抹在涤纶坯布(采用长兴腾鑫纺织有限公司提供的克重为65g/m2的涤纶坯布,成分为100%涤纶,纱支75D*150D)上,所述涂层浆液在涤纶坯布上的涂抹量为10g/m2,于温度为30℃晾干48h,即可得到上层为耐磨层、下层为基布层的耐磨面料;
(3)将耐磨面料按常规运动服装制备工艺加工缝制即得耐磨运动服装。
实施例2
耐磨运动服装,包括基布层和耐磨层。
所述耐磨层由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液65份、水性丙烯酸乳液25份、改性二氧化硅5份、乳化分散剂1份、季铵盐类添加剂1.5份、去离子水30份。
所述改性二氧化硅由下述方法制备:将10g二氧化硅加入120g体积分数为70%乙醇水溶液中,用质量分数为20%的氨水调节pH至10,然后超声分散30min,所述超声分散的超声功率为350W、超声频率为30kHz,加入15gγ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷以转速为300r/min搅拌20min,然后升温至65℃以转速为300r/min搅拌60min,加入氯化锌在温度为38℃以转速为300r/min搅拌3.5h,所述氯化锌与二氧化硅的摩尔比为2:1,经6000r/min离心分离30min,弃上清液将沉淀在温度为95℃烘干24h,即得改性二氧化硅。
所述乳化分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
所述季铵盐类添加剂为双亲性O-羟乙基壳聚糖十二烷基氯化铵。
所述基布层的材质为涤纶坯布,采用长兴腾鑫纺织有限公司提供的克重为65g/m2的涤纶坯布,成分为100%涤纶,纱支75D*150D。
上述耐磨运动服装的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料:水性聚氨酯乳液65份、水性丙烯酸乳液25份、改性二氧化硅5份、乳化分散剂1份、季铵盐类添加剂1.5份、去离子水30份;将上述各原料以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到涂层浆液;

所述基布层的材质为涤纶坯布,采用长兴腾鑫纺织有限公司提供的克重为65g/m2的涤纶坯布,成分为100%涤纶,纱支75D*150D。
上述耐磨运动服装的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料:水性聚氨酯乳液65份、水性丙烯酸乳液25份、改性二氧化硅5份、乳化分散剂1份、季铵盐类添加剂1.5份、去离子水30份;将上述各原料以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到涂层浆液;
(2)将涂层浆液采用涂刷方式均匀的涂抹在涤纶坯布(采用长兴腾鑫纺织有限公司提供的克重为65g/m2的涤纶坯布,成分为100%涤纶,纱支75D*150D)上,所述涂层浆液在涤纶坯布上的涂抹量为10g/m2,于温度为30℃晾干48h,即可得到上层为耐磨层、下层为基布层的耐磨面料;
(3)将耐磨面料按常规运动服装制备工艺加工缝制即得耐磨运动服装。
测试例1
将实施例1-5制备的耐磨面料进行耐磨性能测试。根据CEN EN ISO 5981-2007标准进行耐磨性测试。具体结果见表1。

测试例2
将实施例1-5制备的耐磨面料进行抗菌性能测试。采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗30次后的耐磨面料抗菌性能,以白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)为试验菌种。具体结果见表2。

本发明技术方案提供的耐磨运动服装,采用的耐磨面料经涂层处理之后,涂层性能稳定,不仅基布层具有优异的耐磨性能,面料的抗菌性能也得到更好的提升,非常适合作为对弹性和耐磨性能有一定要求的轻质户外产品,满足人们工作和生活的相关需求。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,包括基布层和耐磨层;
所述耐磨层由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液60-70份、水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份、二氧化硅3-8份、乳化分散剂0.5-1.5份、季铵盐类添加剂1-2份、水20-40份。
2.一种耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,包括基布层和耐磨层;
所述耐磨层由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液60-70份、水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份、改性二氧化硅3-8份、乳化分散剂0.5-1.5份、季铵盐类添加剂1-2份、水20-40份。
3.如权利要求2所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述改性二氧化硅由下述方法制备:将5-15g二氧化硅加入100-150g体积分数为60-80%乙醇水溶液中,用质量分数为15-25%的氨水调节pH至9-11,然后超声分散20-40min,加入10-20gγ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷以转速为200-400r/min搅拌10-30min,然后升温至55-75℃以转速为200-400r/min搅拌50-70min,加入氯化锌在温度为35-40℃以转速为200-400r/min搅拌2-5h,经5000-8000r/min离心分离20-40min,弃上清液将沉淀烘干,即得。
4.如权利要求3所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度为900-110℃,时间为20-30h。
5.如权利要求3所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述氯化锌与二氧化硅的摩尔比为(1-2.5):1。
6.如权利要求2所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述乳化分散剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
7.如权利要求2所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述季铵盐类添加剂为聚3-丙烯酰氯基丙基三甲基氯化铵、双亲性O-羟乙基壳聚糖十二烷基氯化铵中的一种或其混合物。
8.如权利要求2所述耐磨运动服装,其特征在于,所述基布层的材质为尼龙坯布或涤纶坯布或锦纶坯布。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述耐磨运动服装的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料:水性聚氨酯乳液60-70份、水性丙烯酸乳液20-30份、改性二氧化硅3-8份、乳化分散剂0.5-1.5份、季铵盐类添加剂1-2份、水20-40份;将上述各原料以转速为200-400r/min搅拌15-25min混合均匀,得到涂层浆液;
(2)将涂层浆液采用涂刷或喷涂方式均匀的涂抹在尼龙坯布或涤纶坯布或锦纶坯布上,晾干,即可得到上层为耐磨层、下层为基布层的耐磨面料;
(3)将耐磨面料按常规运动服装制备工艺加工缝制即得耐磨运动服装。
10.如权利要求9所述耐磨运动服装的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述涂层浆液在尼龙坯布或涤纶坯布或锦纶坯布上的涂抹量为5-50g/m2
