The bag opening and pouring operation process is that the bagged powder falls into the frame body 2 through the guide plate 7 by utilizing the action of gravity and inertia, the bag grabbing cylinder 14 is driven, the lower grab hook penetrates through the grab hook hole 24 to stretch into the frame body 2 to hook the bag, meanwhile, the bottom knife cylinder 3 is driven to drive the bottom knife to cut the bottom of the bag, the bottom knife is reset, the side knives on two sides move downwards to cut two sides of the packaging bag, the pouring cylinder 5 is driven after reset, the ejector rod 11 pushes downwards the hinge between the left frame body and the right frame body, the left frame body and the right frame body are opened, the powder falls from the left frame body and the right frame body, the pouring cylinder 5 moves back and forth for several times up and down, the material is guaranteed to be poured cleanly, the grab hook is released, and the empty bag automatically falls onto the empty bag processing device.
The empty bags fall on the conveyor belt of the empty bag handling device, and the conveyor belt 18 is provided with grids to ensure that the powder falls into the bin 4, while the empty bags are above the conveyor belt 18. Along with the transfer of the conveyor 18, the powder packaging bag falls into a bag receiving box 19. The bin 4 and the bag collecting box 19 are designed into a whole, so that the powder cannot fall outside the bin 4 to cause pollution. The bin 4 is separated from the bag collecting box 19 by a baffle, and the upper end of the baffle forms an oblique angle of 45 degrees to ensure that powder remained on the conveyor belt 18 can slide to the bin 4 along the baffle.
The empty bag can be taken out by opening the door of the bag collecting box 19, and the powder bag can be directly packed by sleeving the disposable garbage bag due to the fact that the empty bag still contains a lot of dust, pollutes a workshop and affects the body of workers. Considering that the powder packaging bag is in a scattered state, a photoelectric switch can be further arranged above the inner container, and when the photoelectric switch senses that the powder bag is piled up to a certain height, the PLC enables the bag pressing cylinder 8 to move, so that the pressing block 21 compacts the powder bag. When the powder bags are accumulated to a certain amount, the bag collecting box door at the side edge can be opened to take out, so that dust lifting to a certain extent can be reduced.
