Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于极地冰区海洋油气钻探的浮式平台,包括从上至下依次连接的甲板模块、硬舱和软舱,甲板模块的底部通过均匀分布的立柱连接硬舱的顶部,硬舱和软舱均为中间设置有中心井的圆柱体,甲板模块的中间也设置有中心井,硬舱、软舱和甲板模块的中心线重合,软舱的外径大于硬舱的外径,甲板模块的外径大于硬舱的外径,硬舱的顶部外缘设置有向上向外的环状斜面,环状斜面的顶部连接于甲板模块的底部,软舱内部设有若干压载舱,硬舱内部设置有若干空舱。该浮式平台具有一定的抗冰能力并且在恶劣的海况中具有较好的运动性能,可以全年在中等冰情下作业的钻井平台,以增加钻井作业窗口期来减少项目投入。

Description

一种用于极地冰区海洋油气钻探的浮式平台
技术领域
本发明属于海上油气钻井设备领域,具体涉及一种用于极地冰区海洋油气钻探的浮式平台。
背景技术
过去几十年,北极地区的油气开采作业日渐活跃。然而,北极地区环境条件给海上油气钻井平台的设计、建造与操作提出了特殊的挑战。北极地区海浪波高大,谱峰周期长,北极地区固有的低温和海冰覆盖的条件缩减了传统钻井平台在该区域作业的作业窗口期,仅为约两个月的夏季时间,这样延长了项目周期,也增加了项目的投入。
基于北极地区长期的海冰和恶劣环境的背景,亟需一种具有一定抗冰能力且适用于北极地区海冰条件和恶劣海浪条件的钻井平台。
发明内容
本发明提出一种改进型的钻井平台,具有一定的抗冰能力并且在恶劣的海况中具有较好的运动性能,可以全年在中等冰情下作业的钻井平台,以增加钻井作业窗口期来减少项目投入。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于极地冰区海洋油气钻探的浮式平台,包括从上至下依次连接的甲板模块、硬舱和软舱,
所述甲板模块的底部通过均匀分布的立柱连接所述硬舱的顶部,所述硬舱和所述软舱均为中间设置有中心井的圆柱体,所述甲板模块的中间也设置有中心井,所述硬舱、所述软舱和所述甲板模块的中心线重合,所述软舱的外径大于所述硬舱的外径,所述甲板模块的外径大于所述硬舱的外径,所述硬舱的顶部外缘设置有向上向外的环状斜面,所述环状斜面的顶部连接于所述甲板模块的底部,
所述软舱内部设有若干压载舱,所述硬舱内部设置有若干空舱。
硬舱为主体提供主要的浮力。软舱内部装有压载水和油气载荷,或固定压载来降低平台总体的重心高度。
在正常的开阔海域中作业时,水线位于硬舱中部区域;在海冰覆盖的海域时,水线位于环状斜面的位置;当面临极端海况时,水线位于硬舱较低区域,以增加平台的干舷。
进一步的,所述甲板模块为上端封闭式。
进一步的,所述硬舱侧壁外设置有防撞舱壁。
进一步的,所述环状斜面的外侧设置有防撞舱壁。
进一步的,所述甲板模块的侧壁外设置有防撞舱壁。设置的防撞舱壁在平台发生碰撞和海冰撞击时可用于保护平台主体。
进一步的,甲板模块的中心井、硬舱的中心井和软舱的中心井的横截面均为正方形。
进一步的,软舱的中心井的尺寸小于硬舱的中心井尺寸。
进一步的,硬舱的中心井的四角内侧设置有竖直设置的楼梯井,所述楼梯井底部封闭避免与海水接触,所述楼梯井与硬舱内部的各个空舱相通。
进一步的,所述楼梯井中安装有各个舱室的船用管路。
进一步的,所述软舱顶部和所述硬舱之间采用具有向上向内斜面的斜面舱连接。斜面舱为硬舱与软舱的过渡段,可避免平台安装过程中,软舱完全浸没时的瞬时不稳定。
进一步的,所述立柱共设置8根,分别设置于所述中心井的四个顶点和所述硬舱的外壁顶端,所述8根立柱呈对称的放射状设置。
进一步的,所述空舱的横截面为相同的缺角扇形。
进一步的,所述浮式平台还包括系泊缆,所述系泊缆的平台链通过锚缆管沿中心井连接到硬舱顶部,系泊缆的导缆器安装在软舱的外侧,系泊处理设备安装在硬舱的顶部。
所述系泊缆为锚链-缆绳-锚链的形式,可抵抗巨大的冰载荷和环境载荷。
进一步的,所述硬舱中部外侧设置有防撞架,所述防撞架包括防撞圈和若干支脚,所述防撞圈为水平设置的环状,所述环状的直径大于所述硬舱的外径,所述防撞圈通过所述支脚连接于所述硬舱外壁,所述支脚为倾角45°的“<”形。所述的防撞架位于正常的开阔海域中作业时的水线附近,用于破冰和保护硬舱。
进一步的,所述立柱的高度为5米。立柱可防止甲板涌浪和支撑上部甲板模块的重量。
进一步的,所述甲板模块的横截面为正方形。
进一步的,所述硬舱的直径与所述中心井的长度或宽度比为1.5~2.5。
进一步的,所述软舱的材质为通用钢材。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.圆柱形硬舱可减少主体与海冰的接触面积;
2.中心井用于容纳钻井立管,避免钻井立管遭受海冰的碰撞;
3.大直径软舱装载大量压载水,可降低平台总体重心高度;
4.上部封闭式甲板模块满足冰区作业防冻的要求,也可在平台紧急情况下提供额外的浮力;上部封闭式甲板模块可安装钻机等作业设备;
5.硬舱主体与中心井结构的尺寸较大,可以通过优化二者的关系取得较大的稳性;
6.将系泊缆通过中心井设置,可保护系泊缆不会遭受海冰的碰撞。

所述甲板模块1的底部通过均匀分布的立柱8连接所述硬舱3的顶部,所述硬舱3和所述软舱5均为中间设置有中心井6的圆柱体,所述甲板模块1的中间也设置有中心井6,所述硬舱3、所述软舱5和所述甲板模块1的中心线重合,所述软舱5的外径大于所述硬舱3的外径,所述甲板模块1的外径大于所述硬舱3的外径,所述硬舱3的顶部外缘设置有向上向外的环状斜面2,所述环状斜面2的顶部连接于所述甲板模块1的底部,
所述软舱5内部设有若干压载舱,所述硬舱3内部设置有若干空舱。
硬舱3为主体提供主要的浮力。
软舱5的设计为压载水,固定压载和油的储藏提供了很大体积的空间;软舱5可装的压载很大,可以降低平台总体的重心高度,在作业过程中用于维持平台的稳定性。
在不同作业工况下,平台有三种不同的吃水;在正常的开阔海域中作业时,平台处于正常作业吃水状态下,水线面位于竖直圆柱形硬舱3处;在海冰覆盖的海域时,平台处于冰区吃水状态下,平台水线面位于硬舱3上部环状斜面2的位置;当面临极端海况时,平台处于生存吃水状态下,平台水线面位于硬舱3较低的位置以增加平台的干舷。
中心井6的下部与海水相通,用于容纳钻井立管使得钻井立管免于海冰碰撞。
所述甲板模块1为上端封闭式。
所述硬舱3侧壁外设置有防撞舱壁9。
所述环状斜面2的外侧设置有防撞舱壁9。
所述甲板模块1的侧壁外设置有防撞舱壁9。设置的防撞舱壁9可在平台发生碰撞或海冰碰撞时保护平台免于损坏。
甲板模块1的中心井6、硬舱3的中心井6和软舱5的中心井6的横截面均为正方形。
软舱5的中心井6的尺寸小于硬舱3的中心井6尺寸。
硬舱3的中心井6的四角内侧设置有竖直设置的楼梯井7,所述楼梯井7底部封闭避免与海水接触,所述楼梯井7与硬舱3内部的各个空舱相通。
所述楼梯井7中安装有各个舱室的船用管路。
所述软舱5顶部和所述硬舱3之间采用具有向上向内斜面的斜面舱4连接。斜面舱4的设计能够消除平台在安装过程中,当软舱5浸没在水中以后,由于水线面几何突变所引起的瞬态不稳定问题;上部环状斜面2的设计会对海冰产生弯曲破坏,从而达到破冰的目的。
所述立柱8共设置8根,分别设置于所述中心井6的四个顶点和所述硬舱3的外壁顶端,所述8根立柱8呈对称的放射状设置。
所述空舱的横截面为相同的缺角扇形。
所述浮式平台还包括系泊缆10,所述系泊缆10的平台链通过锚缆管沿中心井6连接到硬舱3顶部,系泊缆10的导缆器安装在软舱5的外侧,系泊处理设备安装在硬舱3的顶部。
所述系泊缆10为锚链-缆绳-锚链的形式,可抵抗巨大的冰载荷和环境载荷。
所述硬舱3中部外侧设置有防撞架,所述防撞架包括防撞圈和若干支脚,所述防撞圈为水平设置的环状,所述环状的直径大于所述硬舱3的外径,所述防撞圈通过所述支脚连接于所述硬舱3外壁,所述支脚为倾角45°的“<”形。所述的防撞架位于正常的开阔海域中作业时的水线附近,用于破冰和保护硬舱3。
所述立柱8的高度为5米。立柱8可防止甲板涌浪和支撑上部甲板模块1的重量。
上部的环状斜面2是一种经过理论证明的具有破冰能力的剖面形式。
所述硬舱的直径与所述中心井的长度或宽度比为1.5~2.5。
