the scribing device is characterized in that: the Z-direction transmission module is arranged on the gantry frame cross beam, the Z-direction transmission module is connected with the scribing mechanism, the scribing mechanism comprises a mounting frame, an elastic compensation component arranged on the mounting frame and a scribing pen connected with the elastic compensation component, and the elastic compensation component provides elastic buffer force for the scribing pen so as to control the distance between the scribing pen and a surface to be scribed of the die table to be consistent;
the elastic compensation component is arranged on the fixed bracket in a reciprocating and movable manner along the height direction of the scribing pen; the elastic compensation assembly comprises a floating support sleeved on a fixed support, a compression spring sleeved on the floating support and a universal roller connected and fixed at the bottom of the floating support and used for being contacted with a surface to be scribed of the die table, wherein two ends of the compression spring are respectively propped against the floating support and the fixed support, and a limit nut is fixed at the upper end of the floating support extending out of the fixed support;
a spray system is arranged in the scribing pen, and comprises a scribing liquid container, a spray pump and a spray outlet which are connected in sequence;
the scribing device travelling mechanism comprises a Z-axis driving motor, a Z-direction transmission module, a Y-axis driving motor and a Y-axis synchronous belt transmission module, wherein the Z-direction transmission module is connected and transmitted by the Z-axis driving motor;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a water source, an electric control ball valve, a connecting water pipe and a cleaning joint which are sequentially connected, wherein the cleaning joint is a water collecting container with a plurality of water outlet small holes at the bottom and water absorbing rags arranged at the outer side of the bottom, and the water collecting container is fixedly connected with a floating bracket of the scribing device;
the frame travelling mechanism is provided with a frame travelling height adjusting device, and the frame travelling height adjusting device is structurally characterized in that: square holes are formed in upright post bottom plates on two sides of the gantry frame, the frame walking wheel sets penetrate through the square holes, and the frame walking wheel sets are fixedly connected with the upright post bottom plates through L brackets and L bracket fixing bolts; two ends of a travelling wheel shaft of the frame travelling wheel set are processed into a square shape and matched with a strip hole on the L bracket, a threaded hole is formed in the top of the strip hole, and a pressing shaft bolt is arranged;
the frame running gear is last to be equipped with leading wheel and track clearance adjustment structure, leading wheel and track clearance adjustment structure are: the guide wheel shaft is processed into an eccentric shaft, one end of the eccentric shaft is provided with a guide wheel, the other end of the eccentric shaft is provided with threads, the end part of the eccentric shaft is processed into a square head, the other end of the eccentric shaft with threads is inserted into round holes of column bottom plates on two sides of the gantry frame from bottom to top, a spanner is used for adjusting the square head at the end part of the eccentric shaft to compensate the installation error between the guide wheel and a track, and then a locking nut is used for locking the eccentric shaft;
the rack traveling mechanism is provided with a gear elastic pressing mechanism, and the gear elastic pressing mechanism is structurally characterized in that: the X-axis driving gear motor is arranged on the motor support, the motor support is connected with upright post bottom plates on two sides of the gantry frame through a motor support rotating shaft, the screw plates are fixed on the motor support, the spring support is fixed on the upright post bottom plates on two sides of the gantry frame, and the compression bolts sequentially penetrate through the compression springs and the spring support and are screwed into the screw plates on the motor support.

The automatic scribing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the track is two parallel tracks, each track comprises a T-shaped track, a connecting plate and a bottom plate, the T-shaped track is fixedly connected with the connecting plate through bolts, a threaded plate is fixedly welded on the connecting plate, a width adjusting bolt is mounted on the threaded plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate through a height adjusting bolt, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the ground through an expansion bolt.

The automatic scribing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the input end of the control system is communicated with the factory intelligent control system, the code scanning gun and the memory, and the output end of the control system is connected with the control rack travelling mechanism, the scribing device and the cleaning mechanism.
4. A scribing method using the automatic scribing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pasting a compiled two-dimensional code on each bench mould of the production line;
(2) The control system of the automatic scribing equipment starts a code scanning gun to scan codes of the current bench formwork, and feeds code scanning information back to the intelligent control system of the factory;
(3) The factory intelligent control system invokes the CAD drawing of the corresponding component to be produced according to the received code scanning information and outputs the CAD drawing to the control system of the automatic drawing equipment, and the control system of the automatic drawing equipment converts the CAD drawing into a machine code;
(4) The control system of the automatic scribing equipment controls the frame travelling mechanism and the scribing device travelling mechanism to travel according to a new scribing drawing track issued by the factory intelligent control system according to the acquired machine code;
(5) The control system of the automatic scribing equipment simultaneously starts a spraying agent system of the scribing device, and the frame travelling mechanism and the scribing device travelling mechanism drive the spraying agent system of the scribing device to scribe on the die table according to the new scribing drawing track;
(6) The memory stores the drawing trace information of the new drawing on the bench formwork;
the step (4) is preceded by the following steps: the control system of the automatic scribing equipment acquires whether the current bench mould has the data record of the last scribing from the memory according to the current bench mould code of the code scanning gun, if so, a frame travelling mechanism and a scribing device travelling mechanism are started to travel according to the last scribing track;
simultaneously starting a cleaning mechanism, and driving the cleaning mechanism to clear the last scribing track of the current die table by a frame travelling mechanism and a scribing device travelling mechanism;
after the frame travelling mechanism and the scribing device travelling mechanism drive the spraying agent system of the scribing device to finish scribing work on the die table according to a new scribing drawing track, the control system of the automatic scribing equipment transmits a scribing work completion instruction to the intelligent control system of the factory, and the intelligent control system of the factory arranges the next die to repeat the steps (2) to (6) after receiving the scribing work completion instruction.
