The up-and-down movement of the pressing seat 40 is driven by a second driving unit, which may be a second cylinder 41, the cylinder body of which is fixed on the fixing seat 10, the telescopic rod passes through the fixing seat 10 to be connected to the pressing seat 40, and after the brake shoe bending plate 91 is placed on the supporting surface, the second cylinder 41 is started to move the pressing seat 40 downwards to a position for pressing the brake shoe bending plate 91.
